I really enjoyed my stay this hotel. The room was spacious, and our personal balcony was large. Most importantly, the room was very quiet. I am a light sleeper, and not once was my sleep disturbed by outside noise. On top of that, the breakfast was stellar, so many delicious choices every morning to sustain us throughout the day. In fact, the breakfast was so good and bountiful that we usually skipped lunch.

The only thing that could have been better is the location. The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist sites. Due to the distance coupled with the heat, it was typically too far to walk, so we took taxis.

The room was a good size and comfortable, the hotel in general looks good I wouldn't mind staying there again.Location is close to most famous locations in athens The whole stay was good.

I stayed on the first floor I didn't get good sleep for the most part from moving vehicles on the road ambulances you name it. On top of that the hotel usually hosts students for summer I guess. So most of the time they would stay up late walking and talking back and forth in the walk way from one room to another and you can hear each and every foot step that was not so good.

Nice clean room with enough space. Very good facilities including a gym with a sauna and billiards/games room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel continuously pressed to get a transfer from the airport through them. The driver was late and didn’t contact me for over 15 minutes while I kept looking for him. He then said he was outside, but wasn’t there when I went outside. Finally showed up reeking of cologne and not apologetic. Make your own transfer arrangements. I used Uber to go back to the airport and it was seamless and the driver was great.

Decided on a taxi to the hotel as didn't want to try finding it on our own , as it was our 1st time in Athens. As part of the hotel booking process, they sent us a link to book a taxi , using Welcome Pickup, which send you contact details of your driver and a photo of him. The hotel is spotless and welcoming. Breakfast varies slightly every day , with a range of hot and cold options. The staff in the restaurant area where we had breakfast are so friendly and helpful , especially on the 1st morning, when you don't know how to use the coffee machine or where cold milk is etc. I missed the morning welcome off some of the ladies when it was their day off, they made that much of an impact. I hope the hotel shows the ladies this review. Ideally located for buses and metro (about a ten minute walk) and yellow cabs can be flagged down on the street and an average fare into town was between 6-8 euros The coffee shop on the corner Madly Coffee house is open until 9pm and has great coffee

Always a great place to stay, nice rooms, especially when traveling with family. It's a nice family-oriented hotel, their baby rooms are awesome. Also has a nifty small playground for children (+PS5). Breakfast is amazing, with lots of options. Comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. Conveniently located very close to the embassies, the metro and various services. Free haircut/facial grooming is a major plus, hairdressers are very talented. Very friendly and accommodating people.

Nothing, everything is great.

The breakfast was so nice all people working there were so nice and the hotel was a 9mins walking distance from the hotel. And only about 20 mins by bus to city center.

I had an unclean (yellow spotted) towel when i arrived so i left it on the floor to be changed but after two days I got another towel with a dark spot, so it gave me a bit of indication that they are not clean the beddings and towels very well

I LIKED THE MASTER SUITE AND I DID REPEAT MY STAY AT THE HOTEL, AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN. I CONSIDER THIS PRICE OK FOR THIS ROOM. NO SWIMMING POOL NO RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL... LESS FACILITIES BUT STILL A HAPPY STAY THE ROOM IS PERFECT. STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. SUGGESTION IS TO MAKE A ROOFTOP RESTAURANT WITH GARDEN...

No restaurant no swimming pool generally less facilities And a small obrella for the balcony would help

Super kind man upon check in, they offer almost the whole day little luxury cakes, free hairdresser (I couldn't believe my ears) who was very good, coffee/tea/fridge in room, bath tub, very comfortable bed

Location: on a very busy street with cars racing by all the time (but this is the case in most of Athens), the drinks at the bar were expensive, no bathrobe, lack of a terrace or garden (e.g. to eat breakfast)

Nice, clean and quiet area. Very friendly staff. Good location.

I like the hotel but since there was no “Do Not Disturb “ ticket I taped a do not disturb sign in paper and told the front desk. Upon return I was looking for the hair dryer that was inside the drawer that I saw before we left to Meteora but it was gone so i think someone came in and took the dryer. It was not my dryer, I thought that was provided but later on I found the hotel dryer at the back attached to the wall. Nothing was missing just puzzling.

The staff was excellent. There was a large selection for breakfast. And they also took care of the gluten-free guest perfectly. The room was nice and the bed comfortably hard. There is also a small refrigerator and a kettle in the room. And even hairdressing salon is part of the hotel.

A little problem with electricity in rooms. But the staff always helped immediately. If you come from the subway with a suitcase, use the hotel's instructions and walk as long as possible along the main road around the concert hall. All the side roads, even the one on which the hotel is located, have very damaged paving and narrow sidewalks.
