The apartment was really incredible in all respects! A brand new place with variety of facilities feeling that you really are in cozy and minimal room Location is excellent!! As stands 20 minutes walking from the Center of Athens (Syntagma Square) and Kolonaki Area. Had plenty of options via Underground - 2 stops / bus stops for various sightseeing during the stay and a Taxi Rank / small markets, bakery , coffee shop and restaurants are nearby A special thanks to the Host - Mina who was very kind and happy to assist us Will surely be back next year for the swimming pool on the top :)

It’s absolutely amazing new hotel apartment, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is a perfect base for exploring Athens, it's a nice quiet spot to get away from all the crowds day and night. Nice and comfortable, with everything you could need (including some amazing coffee), including all toiletries which is perfect for those travelling light. This is the best value hotel apartment you'll find and finally the host was brilliant, very friendly and hospitable. Would absolutely recommend, and we hope to return again in the future!

We had an amazing time here. The place is very close to a small market and a coffee shop that are both open 24 hours. Everything was new including the AC, bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. It has a very spacious balcony/terrace great for relaxing (when Athens is not in the middle of a extreme heat wave)

Fantastic little suite with a terrace. Property is all newly refurbished. Everything was spotless as well. Good access via a lift. Less than 10 minutes to the metro as well giving you access to the whole city, airport and port of Piraeus.

Everything was fantastic apart from a lack of a place to sit inside the suite. I used the chairs from the terrace so not bad really!

Amazing personal, cleanliness top notch. We traveled as a family of four and booked a two bedroom apartment with one double bed and bunk bed. Lower bunk bed was so huge you could fit at least one more person. Location was amazing, it was quiet and not sketchy at all. It was about a 10 minute walk from the metro station. There was a private parking behind the apartments that is monitored by cameras. A huge plus for people traveling by car. We recommend it to everyone and we will come back here for sure!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We liked the building that is new, the room is big and very clean with a huge balcony for your morning coffee (which, by the way, is Nespresso gifted by the property together with a goodie box on arrival). We also reached the location easily direclty from the airport with X95 bus and we walked to Sintagma square around 30 minutes. The wifi is fast and we enjoyed the Netflix on the Tv plasma from the room. The owners are very nice and they allowed us to check-in 3 hours in advance.

The shower place is small, but it's not a big discomfort as the water is hot and the cosmetics offered are very good quality.

I would recommend this venue for a trip to Athens. The place is spotlessly clean throughout, and there is good air conditioning which was needed in the 36c heat! There was a good range of amenities in the room, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi is good too. There are good nearby amenities also. The neighbourhood felt safe and clean. There is a '7-11' convenience store and two local bars less than 5 minutes' walk, and some more eateries less than 10 minutes' walk. The main metro line is around a 15-minute walk.

As a purely personal preference and everyone is individual - we felt the mattress was a little soft (we prefer firm). A smart TV rather than a standard one would have been a nice extra. Please don't be put off by this, however!

This is the 2nd time I stay there & definitely not the last. Great location, not in the middle of hustle & bustle yet close to everything. Other hotel’s reviews mentioned doggy streets, noise from the street or the next room but it was not the issue at all. Very clean & still brand new. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Value for money is great. This will be my hotel whenever I am in Athens

My 1st stay I didn’t like the pillows as they are high/thick but for my next stay I asked them if they can provide a different one & they accommodated for that even though they really don’t have options, so I appreciate that

The apartment hotel only opened its doors a few months ago. Everything was brand new. It has a lift which made moving our luggage easy. Our room was big, the ceiling was high and has a wrap around balcony. The furnishings were modern, functional and clean. The wi-fi was very fast and the air-conditioning worked well . The property's location was very good - close to convenience stores, bakery, restaurants, pharmacies, metro station, and tourist attractions.

The apartment has a dining table and a few chairs. It would be even better if a writing desk is also provided.

My wife and I rented this apartment for one night. The next day, we had a VISA appointment at the U.S. Embassy. The embassy is a short walk from the apartment. So we could walk there easily. Parking was also available overnight and even when we checked out early, the owner said we could use the parking lot until we finished our appointment and left. It's the best place to book for people who have an appointment or want to be near to the citycenter Thank you for the great hospitality!
