The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and they attend to things promptly. They offered me a room upgrade for free and this made a difference over and above my accommodation a few days earlier. The locations is quiet and safe.

If you are a first time visitor in Athens, the location may be an issue since it is a bit farther away from central touristic and sight seeing areas, and is about 5-7 min walk to the metro station. However, if you like peaceful areas then this is not a problem. The hotel needs some refurbishment to its facilities, otherwise would be considered a bit pricey for what is there. I had an issue with my mini bar not working and a squeaky fan sound from the AC. The outdoor pool is a bit of a disappointment; size is too small and does mot look inviting; which in a way can be one of the pluses of the hotel given the heat in Athens and location of the hotel being somewhat isolated.

It is a quiet hotel in a safe location for a first time visitor to Greece. The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to please the customer. J got offered free breakfast which was a pleasant surprise given there is not many options around the hotel.

It may feel a bit distant from center for those who prefer to be in the middle of the bustle; however there is a metro station within 5-7 mins walk. Given the location, there not many dining options for guests and the room service prices should be slightly kinder.

great staff, very clean and well maintained, breakfast had lots of options and variety, very tasty. Gym was ok, sauna was great. pool is small but still ok. pool terrace excellent with nice sun beds , bar and relaxation.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who were always willing to help and give advice on how to get about and where to go. Gorgeous breakfast, good quality food and drink with plenty of choice to please all the family. Clean and secure in the rooms and communal areas. Comfy beds.

The shower pointed in an awkward position so we did get the bathroom floor wetter than we should have.

The location is perfect to discover Athen, close to the metro and it is easy to get around. We liked the choice of breakfast, The kids liked the pool which is much smaller than in the pictures but it was enough for them to play around (12 and 9) safely. The gym was ok for a bit of exercise or just to kill time during a heatwave in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable.

We chose half board and it was a big mistake. There are only two options for starter, salad, main, and dessert every day and they are always the same. We stayed for 4 days, so it got very boring and they were not so delicious either. Although the hotel offers other meals which are not included in the half board service. The only good side is that you can choose to have a boring meal anytime between 12-23:30. More staff in the restaurant are required as they could hardly cope in peak times. I would suggest if the hotel can not offer sufficient half board, then it does not worth putting it down as an option. Alternatively, they could charge a bit of extra for the menu different from the set dinner options but not the full charge.

The breakfast spread was limited but more than adequate. The breakfast was more American and it had all that we wanted. The croissants and apple pie were excellent. We had dinner too at the hotel and the dinner was top class. With a choice of soup/salad, main course and dessert, the dinner was one of the best that we have had in a hotel. The dessert was amazing, I would recommend the orange mousse and the semi freddo. They were delicious :). The front office staff were excellent, friendly and very very helpful. They helped with planning our day activities with very good inputs.

The staff at the restaurant could sport a smile on their faces for sure :). They were attentive and obliged with whatever we wanted but I felt that they were very serious when they could be a bit more relaxed.

Its such a beautiful hotel! The breakfast buffet was great! The temperature for the cold weather was perfect and Athens is such a beautiful place to go to and this hotel helped with the experience.

Since it was winter we couldn’t see the pool but I guess we’ll need to come back in summer and enjoy it!

All the staff were so lovely and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was in a good location.

The pool wasn’t heated enough but we still managed to enjoy it.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Iron board and iron in the room. The shower was good, lights and mirrors for makeup were appreciated. I had a nice city view. The hotel is well-located.

we asked for a better view but manager was not willing to try .view was poor with blocked views of buildings the pick up service they recommended didn’t agree to come into the airport arrivals,instead asked to walk out and find which ended up us cancelling their service
