Very nice and helpful staff. Location was good as is very close to Megaron where I had to go for work but at the same time very close to the center that could be reached in half an hour walk or just two-three metro stops. Breakfast was very good, continental and with delicious Greek products too. Bed was comfortable with many pillows to choose. I also ate at its restaurant and the service was very good and so was the meal.

Rooms were a bit on the small size but it is to be expected in hotels in central locations in European cities. Also it would be more convenient if check-out was at 12:00 instead of 11:00 to give some more time after breakfast.

This is a quality venue, with attention to detail and very friendly staff. The location is convenient. All and in all, it always offers a great experience (have stayed a couple of times there).

Considering the attention to detail and overall quality of the venue, one would expect to have a complementary bottle of water in the room. Not all guests are accustomed to drinking tap water.

The location is nice, not far from the city centre. Also the hotel is really clean!

If you want to iron tour clothes, take care of it in advance because the hotel provides the most horrible iron I’ve ever met! Also it is strange that 4star hotel provides small bottle of water only for the first night stay…in general it was nice!

Nice and clean hotel. What definitely needs to be mentioned is super friendly and helpful front desk staff, who assisted and did their best at any wish. Same with restaurant personnel - all personel at this hotel is just making you want to come back again. That was my second stay there, and definitely not the last one. Room was not super spatious, but this I knew from the hotel info. Location is not far from the city centre, but well comunicated. Breakfast was OK, all fresh and of fine variety.

We have stayed at Golden Age before and as always we were more than satisfied. Staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also suitable for those who want to explore the city by metro, as the nearest subway station is less than 3 minutes walking. Last thing, don't be bothered by the cat, it stays just by the pavement, adding a nice touch to the fuzz of the city :)

The breakfast selection was outstanding! Something for every palate. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and huge! There was a very spacious balcony that overlooked a park. Lots of space to store the luggage and clothes. Bathrobes and slippers were provided.

No washcloths we’re provided. The bathtub was slippery.

In a great area near to the metro line. Many things to see within a half an hours walk. Lovely breakfasts. The room was spacious. There were many cafes/places to get takeaways nearby. The iron and ironing board in the room were very useful. There were plug and USB sockets both sides of the bed.

I travel to Athens often and would tell that I had the best stay in Athens in this hotel. It was deluxe room at the 6th floor. Quite spacious, with a comfy bed, good sound isolation, ok breakfast and helpful staff. Easy access to metro (direct lines from airport). Some nice museums are nearby. Will stay again for sure

The doors to rooms are heavy and every time you close it, it makes a lot of noise. I woke up because of it. If the hotel management would be able to solve it, that would be awesome!

The front desk was very heplful, they helped us about the parking. After check out we were able to stay in the lobby. They were very nice people. The AC’s were working really good. The towels ans sheets were very clean. I lost the parking ticket they helped me to get a copy.

The staff was great! I had an issue with the air conditioning and they went up and fixed it straight away. The hotel was located in a great place for me personally, close to the city centre and to the office.

The breakfast wasn't great for me personally. It offered different things but I wished it had some great bread with more choices on what to put on the bread. I felt a bit uninspired. It also seemed like the towels were washed every day which is unnecessary and bad for the environment.
