We must say, the hotel did not disappoint us. It is located on the unassuming quiet street very close to different transit means, including two subway stations (8-10 minutes walking distance) and buses (three minutes) - and that helps reaching all important attractions without delays. Those who are interested in visiting the Lykabettus Hill, need no more than a 20-25 min walk to the Funicular to the top. One may find good restaurants and tavernas in the vicinity of the hotel; we may recommend the Jonah's Restaurant, a fine dining extablishment. The Hotel is very well maintained, all amenities are in very good working conditions. The rooms are very comfortable - and we enjoyed good and clean beds. One gets a fridge and a safe in the room; also, there are rooms with balconies (we had such a room). The room provides enough outlets; perhaps, the owners may think about installing outlets with UCB connectors. The breakfast is VERY good and filling; one might have only one meal until the dinner time! All food is fresh and well presented; the service is quick and unobtrusive. And the final word is about one member of the Hotel's staff - Mrs.Christina Vetta. Always willing to help, to explain and clarify, to guide fellow travellers. Christina was extremely friendly and courteous to all visitors, so it was not just about us. We wish Christina to stay that amazing person who greeted us in the evening of our arrival. She is the best!

there is nothing that we would dislike

Hotel is 2 min walk from the airport bus stop (Mavilia Square) and also 2 metro stations. The receptionist was super nice, the room was a good size and very clean, bathroom was big with good water pressure. It was very quiet as the hotel is located on a little side street.

The decor is a bit outdated, and breakfast could've been better.

Stuff: Very friendly but professional. Very helpful. Location: Easy access to busses (3mins walk) and metro station (5mins walk). Close to restaurants and a grocery shop. Breakfast: Officiant. Freshly baked pastries, sausages, eggs, beans, cereals and oats, cakes, dried fruits, a few conserves and chocolate spread, bagels, yoghurts and much more. Room: Very clean and warm. Spacious. The bed was really comfortable. There's a mini fridge in the room where we could add our drinks (and it's half full with other drinks from the hotel). The shower pressure was perfect. Really quiet even when the renovations were being done on the floor underneath us.

The elevator was really small and you might feel claustrophobic. No hash browns or mushrooms for breakfast, which I don't mind but my husband was sad about (he can't eat eggs). There was a window in our room that didn't have blinds so as soon as the sun came out, it was too bright and interrupted our sleep. The bed was right in front/next (literally one step away from bed's edge) of the bathroom's door, a bit awkward and uncomfortable.

It was a perfect stay, the lady(I forgot the name) at the reception was super helpful and very welcoming. Overall a great stay and much recommended hotel

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! One of the best things about it is the location—it’s just a short 10-minute walk to the metro, though it feels even quicker. Plus, the 5-day metro ticket is only €8.90, which saved us so much on travel! There are also some adorable coffee shops and cozy pubs just five minutes away, perfect for a relaxing evening. The hotel itself is great—our bed was super comfortable, and we slept really well. We also had a cute little balcony, which was a lovely touch! The TV had a good selection of movies and news channels, and breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of options. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so kind and helpful, which made our stay even better!

John and Christina at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. There are no words our family can describe how extremely thankful we are for their assistance with their knowledge about the area, assistance in transportation and constantly making sure that we were completely taking care of for the two days we were there. John and Christina thank you so much from our family for taking such incredible care of us. Thank you, thank you.. The property is located in a great area. I felt very safe walking around at any time of the day with little shops that you can enjoy something to eat and enjoy the city and very close to the metro walking minute distance truly a great experience for my family and I.

The room itself was great and very spacious, however the bed itself was very small (double bed) compared to the size of the room. The bathroom was very spacious too, and had a lovely shower/bath. Breakfast was nice but a very small breakfast room.

The elevator was extremely small and I can imagine some people might be claustrophobic. The size of the bed was extremely small compared to the size of the room, it was just ‘off’. The location of the hotel is cute, but far away from most sights like the Akropolis and Parthenon

The room was very comfortable & roomy, as far as looks, when entered. We were only there for a very short time

The air conditioner was leaking water on wall, desk, TV etc. The toilet seat was very loose. The shower handrail was loose. A small bedside lamp was very loose and could have been dangerous. I left a note at the front desk about this, but I do not know if management got it since we left at 4:30 AM? We deserved a refund for the room, but could not change since we needed to leave in early morning & did not have time to speak directly to manager!!!!!

Amazing staff! Amazing service! Unfortunately, I was in a very bad accident and was hospitalized at the Euroclinic Hospital. During my stay at the hospital, the Best Western staff were very kind, compassionate and accommodating to my husband. They asked about my condition every day and were very supportive. They even extended his stay even though they were fully booked. We will be returning to Canada via air ambulance this coming Monday, and we will never forget the support and kindness of the Best Western staff! Thank you so much!!!❤️❤️

Amazing Staff. 10 stars to staff and their politeness and customer service. The location is terrific with all the attractions nearby and some nice restaurants at the walking distance too.

The hotel needs some refurbishing. Our AC stopped working midnight and was making loud noises. But thanks the wonderful staff who answered our phone at 4am and gave us a fan so we could sleep peacefully.
