Very good breakfast, spacious room. Very nice pool area, but expects a 25eur/umbrella set purchase in order to use them. Very friendly staff at the reception, helped us with all the questions that we had. Comfortable beds. Good location by metro and to the city, very nice, safe and clean area compared to a lot of other parts in Athens.

The fact that you had to pay extra for the pool although it is used as the main picture for the hotel advertisement in Booking.com. It is fine to pay extra but it should then be marked as an extra area in the hotel facility not as the main "attraction" - the pool was why we chose this hotel. It was also a bit weird that the bathroom was inside the main room - not much privacy.

Breakfast is good. Gym is good. Location is good. Lobby is great (good to have good AC there).

Shower space is too small (I'm just 5.11 and I felt trapped). I guess you can't fix that now, but it is a bit uncomfortable. Swimming pool is OK, but it is MUCH smaller than it looks on the photos. Five people, and it's crowded. Believe me! Having a "minimum consumption" as a requisite to use the pool is a tacky thing. Hotel, don't do it! Closing the pool at 6:30 p.m. when it's so hot and the days are long, doesn't make sense. Good stay, though.

Overall, the hotel has a great look and feel. The lobby is a generous size with plenty of seating and a game area near the bar. The rooftop pool is really cute. We loved the bacon/cream cheese pizza at the rooftop restaurant as well, perfect poolside snack. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel is about 3 blocks from a metro station which was helpful to get around Athens. The breakfast was very nice! Many options and I really appreciated the options for those who needed alternative milks. The food all tasted good and was a great way to start the day.

Despite the very comfortable mattress, the blanket is more of thickened sheet rather than a blanket. You cannot individually control your room temperature and have to ask the main desk to change it for you. Not helpful in the middle of the night! They only gave us one pillow per bed so I had to ask for another as well as a second blanket. There are also no hooks in the bathroom to hang up your towels. We had no place to put them. I would suggest that housekeeping consider a nicer blanket, 2 pillows per bed (this is a 4 star hotel after all) and hooks in the bathroom for towel management after bathing. We also nee

The small pool on the rooftop was a very nice addition as well as the small restaurant/bar next to it. Amazing View of Lycabettus hill. We couldn't here much of noise outside of our room despite that the hotel was pretty full - which is really nice! Gym was pretty good on equipment. The staff very kind, easy to talk and helpful.

Breakfast wasn't the best for a 4* hotel, the options were limited. the room was good in size but the quality of the mattress was below average. We booked a room for three people and the third bed was the room's sofa that was converted to bunk beds - 'mattress' was terrible. I think that's not the best option (especially if the booking is for three adults) as you are limiting your guests to sit on their beds instead of the sofa as it is not easy to bring the bunk beds to sofa and sofa to bunk beds several times during your stay.

A special shout out to Alex and his team on the front desk..I was very sick with an allergic reaction and your night porter was very helpful. They all go above and beyond! The breakfast was great so much choice well done to the catering staff. Cleaners were amazing and the room is perfect with everything we needed and more.

Night one we spent 88 euro in the bar and missed the pool time as closed early!had an issue with having to spend $25 at the bar for my son to enter the pool on our first full day !! The staff member spoke to me like I was an idiot!! She was telling me because there were 3 of us we had to have a big bed not 3 sun loungers?! (Discrimination) What’s the difference when you are not even busy? She told me “tomorrow you can’t sit on 3 loungers!’so guess what we didn’t go to pool or eat/drink in bar!!she needs some more training in manners! I asked to speak to the manger and he didn’t come, this is a very silly policy ,especially as the pool was cold, then it rained so we hardly got in anyway! Can u not just give a water proof wrist band to people who qualify to use the pool?ie your paid guests?!

Slightly outside of the city centre but 5 minutes walk from the Megaron Conference Centre, for a 3 day conference. Easy transport links. Staff friendly and very helpful Comfortable rooms, good size Better than expected buffet breakfast Small but adequate gym Excellent value for money Quiet side road off a busy main road I was travelling alone but would have found the bathroom facilities with a sliding door between the shower & toilet directly into the room a bit awkward, if I was sharing. View from room not the best A bit disappointed that no bottled water was provided

We had a family room with bunk beds and a large bed. The aircon worked (it was 40 degrees outside) and we slept well because of it. Beds were comfortable. The room was fine, a little scruffy around the edges here and there but it was cleaned every day and it was large and the shower was good. Perfect for what we needed for a few days as a family of 4. Be aware you need to pre-book the pool (we prebooked sunbeds online in advance) they charge you a minimum spend of €25 euros for them a bit like they would at beaches in Athens - there are lots of snack and drink options. This info is not on booking.com. The pool was small but lovely to submerged in after a hot day sightseeing. Breakfast was also fine, not the most exciting but there were some good choices. My kids ate cake from it most days!

Only a one thing I would say, although it’s actually reasonably close to the metro (8min walk or less) it was SO hot in august it was quite tiring going anywhere so even short walk was quite full on doing it a few times a day in 38 degree heat (with all the other sightseeing we did) to get out and about and then go out for dinner etc, I might suggest a taxi for some destinations. The beach was 1 hr away by tram and train. Also pre-booking the pool means you have to plan days although you might not need to in less busy seasons.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice common areas with places to meet a few people, work or sit quietly. Excellent location for getting to/from airport and into attractions in center but away from the crowds. Nice smattering of simple places to eat nearby. Very pleasant rooftop cafe and dipping pool. Recently remodeled modern bathroom was immaculate.

Room info on booking.com was misleading. We booked a room with a queen and a twin but hotel substituted a room with the queen (2 two twins pushed together) and a small balcony in lieu of the twin bed. We overheard other travelers with similar issues with a room differing from what they booked. It would have also been nice to have a full length mirror in the room.

The breakfast was great, lots of choice. The hotel is modern and clean. It's about a 7 minute walk to the metro and then only a couple of stops to all the main tourist attractions. The swimming pool was a life saver on hot summer days! We had the family room which was very spacious.

There is an extra charge for using the pool that wasn't indicated at the time of booking.
