This apartment was absolutely perfect! The location near the Megaron Concert Hall was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The space was modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished, making me feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. Everything was well-equipped. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended! I will definitely book again on my next visit!

The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed for the stay. The area was a bonus because it was very close to our interest point. The host was available to talk to us even tho we contacted her at a late hour.

It was a little bit difficult to find the apartment because it doesn’t t have a number on the door.

We booked the flat for a culture and shopping trip to Athens. It was ideally placed next to the concert hall and the fashionable town centre. Easy access to the subway, buses and taxis. It was very clean and I liked the minimalist, modern ambience. We didn't notice any of the problems one would expect from a flat located in the basement of a block of flats in a big city. Service was great and we felt well looked after.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable but we mentioned that to the hosts and we noticed that, on check out, they started measuring the bed (I assume to replace the mattress).

I thought it was a great place in an excellent location. It was clean, quiet and offered all the necessary amenities. I didn't notice any of the issues expected from "semi-basement" level apartments in big cities and, in fact, an advantage was that the temperature was always right.

It didn't have much of a view, but this was expected since it's on the semi-basement floor and the flat is anyway in the very heart of the city.

It was my second time in the property and, if at all, it was even better than last time. The bed was really comfortable and, like in my previous visit, the place was very clean. The hosts were nice and helpful..
