The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very kid-friendly—the children’s bed was prepared with a Coco-Mat mattress and pillow. The rooftop is amazing; we could use it whenever we wanted, and it offers a clear view of the Acropolis. They give us free mini bar drinks at checkin, also offered cocomat sleepers which are made out of the coconut!

I loved everything there!! I will come to stay in the same hotel next time in Athens and I am willing to pay more and get a room with a better view. (This time I chose a room with city view, it wasn’t bad but after knowing cocomat services, I am willing to pay more.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home and even allow you to bring your breakfast to their attic roof top ( with amazing view ) Our daughter also forgot about her teddy bear and the staff was nice to safekeep for her for us to return to pickup after our cruise. Our family really love the coziness and the location is superb being near to many spots by taxi..Just that one downside is that the hotel room won't have much view ( which can be accepted as it is in city center ) Overall highly recommended for families with children

Nice spacious room with a big balcony, perfect for our long weekend away with our baby.

It felt like the room was lacking an instruction manual? We couldn’t figure out how to call down to reception using the phone in the room, and also had issues understanding the aircon settings. And finally we never got a working wifi password - it wasn’t a huge deal but these small things would make a great stay even smoother/better. Also there are two steps between the exit of the elevator and the front door. This makes it tricky with suitcases and a baby stroller. The staff were always on hand to help lift which was greatly appreciated, but a ramp would make it even smoother (and more accessible for all).

I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel and appreciated the overall atmosphere and service. However, I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding the breakfast offerings. At the moment, the breakfast selection feels rather limited, especially in terms of vegetarian and vegan options. Expanding the variety to include more plant-based and vegetarian-friendly items—such as plant-based milks, yogurts, cheeses, cold cuts, and a richer selection of fruits, vegetables, and cereals—would significantly enhance the experience and better accommodate guests with different dietary preferences. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing your breakfast evolve to reflect the same quality as the rest of your hotel.

Location and neighbourhood were absolutely perfect. Walkable distances to main points of attraction. The rooftop for both breakfast in the morning and a chill evening offered a great view over Athens. The team was friendly and helpful. The big room was spacious and beautiful.

The check-in was a bit rigid with the receptionist not as friendly as all other team members got us used to during the 3 days. One of the small rooms was very very small and it was a very cigarette-like smell that made it unpleasant to stay or sleep in the room.

the hotel is in a very nice area. many restaurants and coffee shops. the crew was excellent specially Andriana from the reception. all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay, the hotel is located on a lively big street so we always felt safe coming back in the evening. The location is great, walking distance to the national park and the square, you can also easily walk to Plaka since it’s downhill, but there is also a metro station nearby that makes everything easily reachable. The hotel itself was super nice as well, very clean, the room was nicely decorated, when we arrived we got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was greatly appreciated. Although the balcony was looking over the street there was no noise at night, so we slept with no issues. The beds were super comfortable as well. The staff has been extremely nice and helpful. We were able to visit the pool (located at their other hotel just a few minutes away) and the breakfast was amazing! Overall would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Location is fabulous (and super safe) near an excellent seafood restaurant and all sorts of shops, bars in stylish Kolonaki. Easy walk into Pagrati or Lycabetus and more. Fun, hip, with an amazing breakfast and nicely appointed rooms.

Nothing. Loved everything and it’s my second time staying here.

The location is perfect! It is not within the crowded areas but very close to the center. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast places, bars, etc.. around it. The hotel staff was more than everything! They were very kind, helpful, and all the good words that you can list!!! I have nothing to say but thank you! The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was everything that you'd need or beyond your needs. I'll definitely come back and I won't need to search for a hotel as I already found the best one! Thanks for making my trip beyond my expectations.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The position was great. Very lovely neighbourhood. Easy to walk to attractions and also restaurants in the evening. The staff are fantastic- so friendly and couldn’t do more to help us. The rooftop area is great and wildly under used which was brilliant for us as we had our breakfast there, pre dinner drinks and chilled reading late afternoon each day.

There wasn’t anything i didn’t like but it would if been even more amazing if there was a gym and/or a pool.
