The studio had everything I needed, it was clean and well equipped. All kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment are almost new. Location is perfect, with everything around you and a short walk to Syntagma square and the Metro station.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on arrival. The studio is in the back of the building with the rear of it on a street, so it could get noisy at times.

Location is amazing close to everything. Staff are helpful. Very clean. Safe place. I don’t care that it’s half floor down /ground. Great apartment. I was there for 6 nights. If I’ll come back I’ll take it again.

Safe box need to be clear how to use. No laundry machine. Trash bin in the kitchen is too small.

Location was the only thing good. Everything else… a nightmare

No windows, no fresh air. Is not a ground floor is underground!!! You feel like you are in a bunker. Horrible cigarette smoke smell in the room. Bugs(huge !!!!!) in the bathroom. Dirtiness, no cleaning. Nespresso machine but 0 capsules, not even 2… No facilities, no services, no customer service. Called for parking information and the lady told us that we can google it …. The first 2 parking places had no available place and for the third one we paid almost 100 euros for 3 nights Terrible noise: from the elevator, from everything…

Furnishings were new and unit was fresh and recently remodeled.

Check-in was horrible - confusing and difficult. Our confirmation email gave us a totally different address! We were walking from the train station with lots of luggage. We found another couple walking from the train, looking lost also. We discovered we were both looking for the same unit. It was already dark outside. We called the Property Manager and finally someone answered and said we had the wrong address for our stay. She wanted copies of our passports to be emailed to her before she would give us the info to find and get inside the unit. We told her we had already sent this through booking.com. She said she was not getting her info properly from booking.com. It seemed as if we were bothering her. We finally got inside and all was well after that except there was a ‘remodel’ going on in the building and the noise started very early each morning.
