The location was wonderful, the hotel was clean and breakfast was included, which was delicious. The view was also spectacular
The room was very small. There were 2 twin beds out together and a foldable bed. This was pretty uncomfortable for 3 adults and especially that the price was high.

I liked the location, it was quiet and I enjoyed hiking on Lycabettus Hotel. I liked the view from the restaurant and also enjoyed the food.
The gym equipment was not good quality. We booked a room with a panoramic view of the Acropolis but we had no view of the Acropolis from the room, only from the balcony. (We did not use the balcony because it was hot and the people in the next room were smoking on their balcony.) The bathroom was small and it was not possible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor; the poor condition of the floor tells me we weren’t the first to have this problem. Toiletries were very basic and did not include hair conditioner or body lotion.

Excellent location and the views from the restaurant are utterly stunning. Having breakfast overlooking the Acropolis is unforgettable. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. The pool area is fantastic and very clean. It’s like an oasis in the centre of the city.
These are minor quibbles but the showers in the room are a little dated and the taps below make access a little awkward. We also found that the room dividers weren’t soundproof, even when fully shut and secured. You can hear conversations in the adjoining rooms very clearly and this can be disturbing- especially if they are having business calls at unsociable hours.

Great location and the best of the views. The hotel is very conveniently located in the most elegant neighbourhood of Athens, full of nice shops, bars and restaurants, a nice 10 minutes stroll away from Syntagma. The view from the restaurant and the pool floor is stunning, reaching up to the sea. The pool terrace is beautiful and comfortable, serving very nice food and good drinks - by itself it is worth the money. The triple room was spacious and luminous, even if we were looking to the internal courtyard. Cleanliness is what you would expect from 5 stars hotel. We took advantage of the room service - impeccable, timely and with very generous portions of everything.
Lack of power sockets in the room made it difficult to have our phones timely charged and some details in the room denounced their age (e.g. the lamp shadows were a bit rusty in the inside) but nothing major. The mini bar wasn't cooling - but didn't we notice until the last day and didn't have the chance to tell - I am almost sure they would have fixed it on no time.

The hotel itself is beautiful and so is the location. Literally right under mount lycabettus feels like you can touch it. Great view of the acropolis. The rooms are very nice and decorated with class and style. The staff is very sweet and accommodating. The hotel has a pool, pool bar and restaurant. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The breakfast which was included for us was delicious and fresh. The staff was completely on point. Kolonaki is a safe fun classy elegant place to stay and I would absolutely choose this hotel again.
I believe the rooms could be serviced better and swept. Balcony was not swept but the staff was sweet so I felt bad asking.

Great location, wonderful facilities, modern, majority of staff are very friendly and hospitable.
This is our third stay at this hotel, and we will keep returning because of our good experiences. Unfortunately, this time, we had two very bad experiences. Both involved our waiter at the hotel restaurant where we ate both nights. The waiter had the personality of a porcupine. He was extremely inattentive, and on the last night, after waiting for 45 minutes and after repeated requests, we had to threaten to walk out in order to receive our check for the evening. Another American couple had similar problems with the same waiter. This was a unique problem to this visit. The wine steward did a great job of trying to compensate for the waiter’s inattention and rudeness.

The hotel is very nice and has great facilities, including the swimming pool with an amazing view of the Acropolis, same for the breakfast restaurant. Breakfasts is great, with a lot of different tipe of foods, cold and hot. Greek yogurt and fruits are great, as well as the eggs. Rooms are small but comfortable. Location is off the beaten touristy areas, posh and up on a hill, although we went in central August when actually being in the centre could have been better.
Almost nothing, just the swimming pool that wasn’t very clean and the making up of the rooms, which could be a bit better.

We like the hotel, we come here all the time, we love the area and the views from the balcony and also from the rooftop. Breakfast is good and varied but I think it’s ridiculous that a hotel with 500-600€/night is charging you money for the coffee in the morning.
The fact that they charge for any coffee at breakfast. Also, they could use a renovation, for this price per night, the rooms & bathrooms are extremely average, simple, like a 3* hotel honestly

An amazing view of the Acropolis over an extensive breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff who genuinely try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Valet service for parking was much appreciated. A very welcome surprise were the choice of the essential oil fragrances in the hallway and lobby. WiFi and room size were great to get work done but not worry about space constraints. The pool (including rooftop bar) was amazing to take a breather.
It would have been helpful if the hotel reached out to enquire into using a car in advance and providing more elaborate guidance on how to reach the hotel (using a photo of the correct entrance, valet service, keys, etc) before checking in. The hotel is located at a busy spot where quite some cars move around.

Room with balcony and view of Acropolis is unbeatable. The location is also in a nice neighbourhood and one easily walks down the hill to the city centre. Great rooftop swimmingpool in the summer.
Staff consider themselves with their guests to be a ‘family,’ perhaps, but staff also felt a bit as an aged closed community. Some interns and more junior faces may walk an extra mile and change the atmosphere a bit. Food could be better.
