Wonderful accommodation not far from the city center, great location for exploring Athens. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they try to please us in everything. We arrived early, but we were able to get into the room earlier, which was great after getting up early and traveling. The room is very nice, spacious, and clean. The breakfast is buffet style, and you can also choose from a menu, which is diverse and varied. Sophia, the heart of the breakfast, is fast and tireless. We felt great. The only comment is that there needs to be another hanger to hang the towel. Thank you for everything!

At walkable distance to Exarcheia, Syntagma and Acropolis, and hikable distance to Lycabettus Hill and Theater. Totally safe neighbourhood with a lot of nice places to dine and have a drink. I actually booked a double room but they upgraded it to a junior suite, which was awesome -next time I'll definitely book that one. The room is clean-clean, also, toiletries are Molton Brown, and linens and towels are Guy Laroche. I liked the staff as well, expecially Evgenia, who is in charge of the breakfast service and makes great coffee. The breakfast was really good, there is a buffet but you can also order from a menu, and your food is served hot within a short amount of time.

The location is ideal because it is in Kolonaki, and within a 5-minute walk, you can reach Syntagma Square and Ermou Street. The room was very nice, warm, functional, and had a pleasant atmosphere and decor! We never felt disturbed by street noise, thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows. The staff deserves top marks! Always cheerful and willing to assist us. The breakfast was very good, without unnecessary extravagance. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

My recent stay at Oniro was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel's staff, particularly Sofia Despoina and Ioana, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every morning, Sofia would ensure to have my ‘to go’ coffee was ready and served promptly, a small but essential touch that made a big difference. Despoina and Ioana my front Desk Heroes, incredibly helpful always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests. Overall, my stay at Oniro was exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous and provided everything we needed while staying an extra night in Athens before flying back to London the next day. The staff were incredible, the room was spotless and spacious with an extremely comfy bed and HUGE separate bath and shower. We didn't have a window in our room but that was clearly advertised so we weren't fussed but this is the only thing that would have made it a 10/10. I was so impressed that breakfast was included in the price of the room, this is something you just don't get in England. There was so much choice on the menu and it was delicious. I would 100% stay at Oniro City again if I came back to Athens.

Room was excellent: very clean and spacious, with great attention to small details that elevate the experience from great to excellent! For instance, it had a fantastic small balcony reminiscent of those found in neoclassical Athenian buildings, adorned with flowers. Glass-bottled water, small sweet treats, espresso capsules, fresh towels and bathrobes were provided, meeting the expectations of a 4*+ hotel. Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet. Check-in was fast, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offered a good variety, with an added bonus of being able to order brunch-like dishes such as pancakes or made-to-order scrambled eggs. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of one of Athens' most vibrant, secure, and central neighborhoods. There is a wide selection of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and fashion stores nearby. A tip for visitors: this location is best suited for couples (of any age); families may find navigating the area challenging due to the narrow sidewalks and busy streets.

A hairdryer would be a good addition to the already very well-equipped room (though it might have been available upon request, we didn’t ask). The pillows were not to my liking, but acceptable overall. I would also appreciate branded coffee capsules for the espresso machine. I know these are all very minor details compared to the excellent overall stay! :)

Location was excellent, the rooms are big enough, the balcony was lovely. The breakfast was very nice also, having the option to order and buffet.

The bathrooms had very poor lighting considering the dark marble making it difficult to see for things like applying make up etc. Suggestion could be adding a mirror with a rim light, if additional lighting cannot be added as it can be very frustrating for the ladies before going out. The elevator shaft was very tight, but I do appreciate that is a hard thing to fix. The ladies in reception could have been more warm and welcoming. However the lady behind the bar at breakfast who was lovely.

Nice hotel with interesting designed rooms and very friendly and pleasant service. The breakfast is simple excellent, very large and varied selection of food, everything was tasty. You can use the gym in the basement floor, although it’s not big, but has all major equipment. The hotel is close to city center, metro is about 7 minutes walk. A small moment, the path to the hotel goes up.

Be aware that some rooms do not have windows. For me it was an issue, but they kindly made an effort (special thanks to the concierge ❤️) and changed my room.

Everything was nice. Lovely and kind, helpful staff. I was there for one night only, love the decoration - I believe they upgraded my room, which was so generous of them. The lock in my room did not work, I called the reception, and unfortunately, nothing could be done (Sunday night), but I felt completely safe with the alarm on the door. I was not able to have breakfast in the morning due to an appointment, but everything on the menu looked delicious. I will definitely come back when on Athens again.

Loved the contemporary look of this hotel from the room to the lobby. Breakfast was amazing. Recommend the poached eggs with avocado. Staff was pleasant and helpful and recommended great places to eat. Location was walking distance to museums and art galleries. Stay here - you won’t be disappointed

Other than the room lighting was dim for my liking everything else was perfect. The area is a bit hilly but beautiful architecture and sights to see.
