The location was great and not far from centre of town. The local restaurants were small and family run. The food was amazing on each occasion. The restaurant owners were highly skilled and very friendly. The food was delicious. Asklipiou 61.

The neighbourhood was run down and lots of graffiti . But we found the neighbourhood friendly and approachable. Plenty of cafes and great food from nearby restaurants. No trouble getting around at night. There were a few people begging for money.

We would happily stay here again if returning to Athens! The loft apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The two balconies overlooking the church / Lycabettus Hill were stunning and we were even able to enjoy a spectacular sunset from the shared terrace, too. The area was slightly noisy at night but this didn’t bother us as most parts of Athens felt very lively and - for two women - we felt safe in the neighbourhood / apartment as there were always people around - even late at night.

Wonderful property, well renovated building and tastefully decorated apartment. Comfortable bed. Fully furnished kitchen. Shower was one of the best functioning I ever had. Great location with an excellent cafe downstairs, just across the church, perfect for people watching. Few other good cafes and bars around. Short walk to city centre. Nice balcony with a view over the hill and church, perfect for morning coffee.

A bit unfair to put it against the property as it's city-wide issue: if you're with a car, good luck with finding a place to park. Also, if you're looking for a peace and quiet all day long, church bells will not be your friend.

Great location in Exarchia, out of the tourist areas but easily accessible to them. Very spacious; we loved having a separate living room with the little balcony, very comfortable. Lively area, lots of good restaurants nearby. The cafe next door makes excellent coffee and is perfect for breakfast.

The only service was clean towels every other day. No other cleaning or other service. We don't mind this at all, but others might. Living room was noisy with bar patrons, but balcony doors reduced noise considerably. Again, we didn't mind so much because we're city dwellers -- sounded like home. Bedroom was very quiet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a super area close to all the major attractions. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a modern bathroom equipped with a nice selection of toiletries. The view from my window was also good. One of the best parts of my stay was the view from the rooftop garden. It was absolutely stunning and provided a peaceful place to unwind. The check-in process was digital, which meant I had no contact with staff and it was incredibly smooth and convenient. This made the arrival experience very relaxed.

The elevator was small, but there was an alternative: a very wide staircase next to it. I found Not any uncomfortable situations.

This apartment was amazing! I booked it pretty last minute and did not have time to do a lot of research, so I was very surprised to find the space to be quite large, with TWO huge rooftop terraces looking over Athens. The building is in a really bustling area of Exarcheia, with a cute and busy cafe/bar right downstairs. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable for my weekend in Athens.

I arrived in Athens quite early in the morning and wanted to drop my luggage at the property. I contacted the property via WhatsApp the day before (as instructed in the welcome message here on Booking), but they did not respond to my request - so I ended up having to carry my luggage around until check-in. Because the building doesn't have the host there all the time, I couldn't just show up and ask, so it was a bit frustrating that they didn't respond in a timely manner. This was the only negative part of the experience - otherwise I would have rated this property a 10!

Loved the location and views; loved the functionality of the apartment; and loved the roof-top balcony.

The staff was very responsive via WhatsApp and accommodated my special requests. But, alas, they apparently forgot to reserve the airport-bound taxi that they presumably reserved for me. That said, they rectified this mistake quickly, with an alternate taxi driver and I was delayed only by ½ an hour.

Very modern loft. Easy to get in with codes at frontdoor and apartment door. You get the code a couple of hours before check-in. Nice view from the terrace and rooftop. Quiet when the windows are closed. Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. It‘s a living and students area. 10 minutes to walk to next metro station. There is a luggage storage in the basement. There is also a 24/7 support by telephone- very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back! Loved everything about it.

Had an amazing stay at Hestia - Asklipiou 61. The apartment is located in a fully renovated building and all the rooms/apartments are similar in design, amenities etc. Ours in particular was spacious and bright, very clean and beautifully decorated, just as in the pictures. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the second bathroom was a big plus. Check-in was easy and remote communication with the reception is fast and efficient. But the most memorable was the view, towards Lykabettus hill and a local church and a small park across the street. It's also close to many restaurants and cafes, within walkable distance to Syntagma square and the Akropolis. Don't miss the common terrace upstairs!

Being so close to the church means we could hear the church bells in the morning, but this is hardly an inconvenience.

This place is even better than the photos. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We chose the Comfort room because we wanted the extra long bed. So glad we did because we had a king sized bed and got the best sleep each night. Modern and well appointed in everything you need. Keypad entrance made it easy to come and go without searching for keys. Washing machines in the basement and roof top where you can rest and look out over Athens. It’s about 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station but then realised it was only a 20 or so minute stroll to Syntagma or Monesteraki. Lots of cafes close by, and even a supermarket. Even though there is no in person consierge, can contact hosts via What’s Ap or email. Quick responses and communication.

A little noisy at night with bars near by, but that was only in the lounge room. Bedroom was at back of property, so managed a quiet night sleep.
