It was in a very central location and could easy get anywhere we needed via the trams. The bathroom was beautiful!

The was nothing wrong with the apartment but the Athens in general had a lot of graffiti

The room was large and well furnished, with all useful stuff. The location was good, there are some shop, bar and restaurant and around 15/20 minutes by foot from acropolys.

The score could be highter, but unfortunatly I've found some used tissue, underwear and a used bottle of water under mattress and I think that this in unacceptable. There was too much noise coming from windows (1 window was damaged) and the door. Furthermore would be great to provide more coffee (it was not enoght for 2 people and 3 nights).

The staff were very nice and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The accommodation is perfectly located—just a short walk from the city’s main sights, coffee shops, and restaurants, so there’s no need for public transportation. Both the bed and the bathroom were spotlessly clean at first glance, which we appreciated.

One of the four nights, I found a cockroach walking under the bed. While looking for it, I noticed a significant amount of dust beneath the bed, which suggested it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, during the last two nights of our stay, the shower gel in the dispenser was not refilled, even though we informed the reception both in person and via WhatsApp. Overall, the stay had some great aspects, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and responsiveness to guest requests.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is perfect: right in the university district, so there’s always a great energy. During the day, students bring the area to life, and in the evening, the nearby restaurants and cafés fill up with people so there’s always a great spot to enjoy amazing food. It’s the perfect balance between vibrant and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is served directly in the room, and each room has its own Nespresso machine, so you can start the day with a great coffee at your own pace. But the real highlight of my stay was the staff: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Mei, in particular, was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel at home from the very first moment, offering great tips and a warmth that’s hard to find.

We really liked the room - it was spacious, bright and airy, with a little sitting area and large bed (two singles pushed together which was perfect for us as mother and daughter). The decor was very good, stylish and contemporary but not cold and too over-done. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight, and they even helped us out onto the street with the cases so we could get to our cab.

We felt the location was a little bit off the beaten track although it was quite central. Also the room was quite noisy due to the road outside but probably because of the big window. It wouldn’t put me off returning as long as I had my ear plugs with me. We felt it would be really helpful if the hotel could provide a welcome pack including how to use the hot water (switch behind the door), where the extra bedding is and, very importantly, public transport nearby and how to access tickets etc which isn’t as straightforward as it should be! Any other information like nice local cafes/bars within walking distance would also be helpful as it’s not immediately in a tourist area.

The hot water didn’t work properly, we pressed the button and waited the 20 minutes but still had to shower with cold water, and when the water did get hot it got cold very fast Sometimes the door wouldn’t lock when we left the room

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our kids – they really went out of their way to make things easier for us. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro and close to all the amenities you could need. We stayed in Room 101, which was very clean and well-maintained. As a family of four (two adults and two children), the apartment size was just right for us – comfortable enough for relaxing, though we were mostly out exploring. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the place cool throughout our stay. Another big plus was being so close to great restaurants and grocery stores, which made meals and daily essentials super convenient. All in all, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — everything we needed was just a short walk away, and we didn’t have to use any transportation at all, except to and from the airport. That made our trip super easy and enjoyable. We also loved how clean the place was, especially the bathroom — very neat and well-maintained. On top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Door code system was great because you don’t have to worry about losing the keycard. Comfy bed and the complimentary drinks were lovely. If you’re too tired or lazy to walk out there in the heat to get food, they have a QR code in the room for you to scan and order your food! Didnt try that but also a nice touch.

Would be nice to have a chair/stool in the room type that I was in because there’s nowhere to sit other than the bed. Other than that, all good.

location is safe, they are kind; no carpet like UK :) silence they are helpful when you need something, e.g. I asked about the beach, and they listened to me what I like, how I can get here etc. they helped me to book a taxi because I was confused about some details. The taxi driver was also nice, as they mentioned.

pushing the buttoin to get hot water because you have to wait for it. silence, but in the morning, I heard reception people's shoes/heel's voice (I may be sensitive) the socket of the hair dryer should be fixed for the security. I saw one of the comments about the bug, but thankfully, I didn't see anything like that :)
