The location was in a decent part of town and the big bonus was the yogurt/gelato shop right next door. Sometimes we walked to the downtown area, sometimes we hired a taxi. BTW, Uber is part of the taxi system there. Trash was removed from the apartment each day.

When we arrived, we still had not received the front door code. It was after dark and we tried several different phone numbers to try to reach help. It took over an hour for this issue to be resolved. (Booking.com assured us that someone would get back to us within 48 hours - WOW! so helpful!!!) The local phone number was busy for that whole time. We tried calling, texting and emailing. Quite frustrating. We were starting to panic by the time the local number finally returned our call. We did not like messing with turning on the water heater for a shower. The bathroom was not heated and the bedroom was too small to let the doors open to allow the heat to move to the bathroom.

Location is fantastic. The neighbourhood is very lively and you have everything from a short distance. Access to the metro station is an easy walk with many restaurants, bars markets and bakeries nearby. The apartment is very safe, I loved the fact that there is a little gym where you can get your workout done. We did not use the laundry, but the machines were modern and easily available.

There were minor details of maintenance of the flat that I made Marina aware of. Apart from that, everything was perfect until the very last night when there was some sort of rave/disco club that was through the whole night and it made impossible to sleep. That was a Saturday=>Sunday night, so maybe it only happens on Saturday night? The other days were as quiet as it can be on central Athens, only with the traffic noise and the eventual loud pedestrian on the street , nothing that could disturb much. I hope that the last night was some sort of one-off, I don't see anyone else mentioning about it on reviews.

Location was great. Rooms were generously big, orderly and modern. The terrace was even larger than expected. Whenever I needed something or had a question Marina was available with an answer as soon as possible to help with any requirement or problem that occurred. She also arranged a ride for me to the airport which made my departure smooth and comfortable.

I visited in late December, but it didn't feel like the AC in the room was fully sufficient in warming up the room. Anyways, Athens is an overall warm city and therefore this was not a major problem. Furthermore, I suppose I stayed in a room that was very close to the elevator engine because I could hear clearly every time it moved. During the day it was not a problem but especially the first night it took some getting used to to understand what the source of this noise is and to be able to fall asleep comfortably in its presence.

We had a beautiful stay and our host Marina was vey helpful and easy to communicate with. The flat is lovely, very clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable. The location is ideal to explore the centre of Athens and the vibrant neighbourhood of Exarcheia. We stayed at one of the first floor flats which was very quiet most of the time, except a few times there was some noise from outside. There isn't a lot of traffic around this corner though, so it's mostly peaceful. Had a great time, would definitely return to this in the future.

Excellent location - close to everything you need. Wonderful staff - Marina was very attentive and helpful! The penthouse is a lovely apartment with great amenities. Very clean and spacious with a good view of the city.

Not a huge issue but the lock was a little tricky despite having followed the instructions given. However you eventually you get used to it! The safe was not so straightforward - I wasn't sure whether it needed a pin number or just the key provided. Turns out just the key is fine but having the number pad was a little confusing.

I like the responsive communication direct with Marina. I was very impressed with room as exactly what I was hoping for the long weekend stay. The location was spot on for me and entry, access to the building and apartment both very good and straight-forward. Cleaners excellent. Bed, kitchenette, wi-fi, shower & instructions ensured comfort and wonderful stay. I so enjoyed the facilities and accommodation that I am going to stay here next year. My only suggestion is a few more kitchen drawer utensils which I passed to Marina and I would find a little more surface space helpful in the bathroom - other than that its a gold star from me. Thank you Marina & clean team.

A very cosy apartment for a family stay, clean and convenient, located within walking distance (5-7 min) to the nearest subway station (Panepistimio) and a little further down to Syntagma square. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are also very close. The staff is very helpful and supportive! Many thanks to our host Marina for all her kindness and patience in guiding and supporting us throughout our stay. We would definitely make the same choice should we head to Athens at any point in the future.

Location was great and the balcony had a good outlook onto the tree canopy. Really close to the city centre, only 3 blocks away. There are a few shops around so grocery shopping isn't an issue. There is a little grill bar around the corner that serves tasty food. The Red Sparrow is also worth a look for coffee, beer, pastries and snacks. Our host Marina was really helpful with all the bookings and even offered to sort out transport from/to the airport.

Not much, maybe a toaster and a comfier chairs in the living room, but wouldn't stop us staying again

The property was greatly located and very good value for money. You can walk everywhere in Athens and the area is plenty of nice coffee shops and bars. The apartment was small but perfect for a couple. Loved the terrace and the view of Athens! The host was incredible as well and very responsive. Would definitely recommend it or go back myself.

This is the best location to stay in Athens - you can walk to all central neighbourhoods in the city - and it's safe and quiet street in the heart of all the action of the city. I couldn't recommend the area more. The apartments are all modern and well-appointed and come with daily housekeeping service for your towels, trash etc so you can maintain a beautiful environment easily during your day.
