I like how the place looks and I love the furniture. The vibe is so nice and friendly and the staff is so helpful. I checked out at 11:00 and later in the evening after a nice exploring day, I came back to pick my backpack and I could take a quick shower, they gave me towels. And I really appreciate this. It was my first experience in a hostel and I will definitely come back! The location is very nice and the neighborhood has a lot of bars you can pick from.

The hostel was located in a super central location in the alternative and lively district of Exarchia. Bakery, coffee shops, bus station, bars, lookout from a hilltop, everything within a few minutes walk, still it was very quiet at night. The room was cosy and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the yoghurt offered for breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

We experienced issues with the air conditioning. One night it was super cold, the other the A/C seemed to have been turned off completely. As we could not regulate it on our own we were dependent on the staff, which was very helpful, still, they were not always around. The toilets were really clean, the rest of the facilities not always so much. The lightbulbs in our room could be replaced as only one of five was working. Except for the yoghurt, the breakfast was quite limited: dry crackers and toast bread without a toaster is not really enjoyable, also the coffee was cold and not really drinkable, so we usually ended up in one of the nearby coffee shops for a second breakfast with some pastries. Adding a toaster and/or coffee machine would be a limited investment and make a huge impact.

For a hostel, this place is superb! The location is safe and trendy, and it’s easy to take the bus or metro or even walk to the sights. We had the cute private room in a separate building in the inner courtyard. The garden is an oasis. The lack of a private bathroom was hardly felt at all because of the abundance of facilities in the building. There was AC in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was really squeaky. Every conversation could be heard from the garden next to the separate double room but luckily there are quiet times that people respected at night. The plastic cover on the mattress underneath the sheet made sleeping feel sweaty despite the AC. Little things that could be improved to make the experience extra nice!

My sister and I loved our 4 night stay here. The hostel has a very homely and friendly feeling, we were provided everything we needed, the breakfast ingredients offered was exceptional, loved the yoghurt and fruit and choice of teas. The area is funky with some nice bars and bakeries, and a mini marketnear by. We walked to all of the attractions near by. The bus stop is just up the lane way and got us wherever we needed. The lounge and rear court yard were a welcome spot to relax after exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the front room, which overlooked the laneway, and we loved the outlook, but sleep was also was broken by the noise late at night/early mornings by revellers from the bars. Our room was also next to the front door, and some people had trouble opening it. Maybe a little push sign on the outside of the door will help people trying to yank it open instead of push, and clank the lock numerous times before figuring out how it worked. Not the staffs or owners doing, they were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'd still stay here again though.

Backyard was really cute.

Spotlessly clean hostel, with a unique vintage style, in a beautifully decorated victorian house, with high cielings and winding stairs. Every corner is well thought off and with a nice touch. The 3 women who run the place - are extremely friendly and helpfull who care about the hostel and its guests. Cozy living room, spacious dorms, simple yet comfortable beds, warm duvets and fully heated house. Even bathrooms feel as clean as at home. Free tea, coffee and milk and nice simple breakfast. Thank you!

The kitchen is tiny. Cooking facilities include a camping gas stove which is less comfortable. But fridge is available. For people coming with a suitcase, the location is approx. 20 min walk from the centre but the bus stop is just 2 mins. away.

Double room in the garden was perfect. Breakfast is served overnight so you can catch it even if the departure is early. Very helpful staff! Everything needed for a stay is in there, towels, shower facilities. The location is beyond belief - old Athens area with a lot of anarchy/ alternative movement around, as well as the most stylish bars and busy streets full of Cafe tables. We loved it!

This is not just a hostel but a house with a unique atmosphere and cozy decoration. It was exceptionally clean and the self service breakfast had so many choices. I arrived after the reception had closed and I found welcoming notes with my name decorated with cute stickers. There were plenty of interesting books to read. The backyard is a great spot to take your breakfast and maybe socialize if you're that type. There were people from all over the world and everyone was polite and discreet. It was certainly value for money and I'd choose it again if needed.

There is music from outside till late at night, so you'd better have headphones or earplugs with you in order to sleep well.

I’ve been backpacking through Europe for about 4 weeks now. Quinta was the first hostel I stayed in, and no other hostel has lived up to it. It offers an affordable hostel price without sacrificing any of the comforts of BnB or inn. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate and spacious. The staff is warm and helpful. The breakfast is included in the stay and just right for your morning. Towels are included. I felt safe and at home at Quinta, more than anywhere else on my Europe trip. Thank you so much for all that you do for your travelers!

The place is excellent, nice atmosphere. In the morning simple but nice breakfast.

What made me uncomfortable was the lack of respect from the others I shared the room with regarding bedtime, around 10pm inside the room talking and laughing loudly, even though the Hostel has two areas for this on the lower floor, because we always arrive tired from the tour done during the day, and we simply wanted to sleep in time for the new day.
