The apartment is amazing - very comfortable, everything is new (furniture, refurbishment, crockery, etc.). Coffee, basic cosmetics were provided. The place is spacious for 2 people, we liked it!

The location is not very good - dirty and unattractive streets, but not very far from the city center, so in general it was ok. When we came there was no toilet paper, but on the next day the host provided it, so everything was pretty nice. Also the Internet did't work properly all the time, but it was not very critical for us.

This place was totally worth it. Everything was great in the apartment. It was clean. All we needed was there. MOST IMPORTANT WAS THE COOLERS IN THE HEAT. EACH ROOM HAD ONE AND THEY WORKED GREAT. 😃 Even cold water in the fridge. Great service. Easy to make contact through what's app. Location 2 kilometers from Syntagma square on a hill but we found bus line 25 after a while which was great cause the busstop was right in front of the building.

The wifi username and password we were given was not the right one but we got help when reaching out. The beds in the two bedrooms were comfortable but the couch in the living room (a folding sofa) was broken. We told the personal so it should be fixed. Things needed in the apartment: clothespins needed when drying clothes in the balcony and a mop to dry the floor in the bathroom.

Lovely corner flat - light and functional, well ventilated. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well.... good size bathroom and very pleasant living area. We also very much appreciated the balcony. I genuinely loved the flat and the area. There is a small supermarket nearby opposite a patisserie/boulangerie with great ice creams. It is a little bit off the main paths but we liked this. Very close to many little restaurants nearby. Being higher up in the city, in a hilly area, there is always some breeze..

Beds were super comfortable and more than enough space for our group of 5..Great bathrooms with nice toiletries. The apartment was really spacious and quite convenient for getting to most places. Staff are responsive before, during and after the stay.

We had great stay at One Zero Two by Zoia Living. I would recommend to anyone looking to explore Athens and see the amazing sites . Only 20mins walk from Syntagma Square and Monastiraki or 10mins on the bus where the stop was one street over. The staff communicated really well prior to our arrival including instructions how to get into the building and the apartment which was via a lockbox code. The apartment itself looked pretty much brand new, very well furnished it also included toiletries, towels and even coffee pods. The apartment also had a really nice balcony, living room and the bed was comfortable too. If you are looking to see the Acropolis, Temple of Zeus and other fantastic sites I highly recommend staying here. Amazing restaurants and bars were all within a reasonable distance and good transport links

Well equipped apartment, has all the comfort you need for the stay. Clean & neat and look just like promised.

Self-check in was a little unclear at first but later figured it out. Once you enter the building, you need to get to your apartment lockbox to get the key. Not the lockbox at the entrance!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Athens! It’s located in a residential neighborhood, which gave us a more local and authentic experience. If you’re comfortable walking, you can reach the city center quite easily – otherwise, there’s a bus stop right outside the building, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was great: very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a short or longer stay. It felt like a real home away from home.

Spacious apartment with excellent amenities, very clean and really great decor. Fantastic air conditioning. Nice additional touches like fresh coffee pods and chilled water on arrival were great. Communication with our contact was excellent and they were ready for early check in. Stayed for 5 nights with two teenage sons and felt like we all had enough space to relax. Loved it. Short uber trips to the main sites were very easy.

The apartment is spacious, newly decorated and very neat. Location is wonderful, close to most of the attractions and there are many grocery stores and coffee shops nearby. The staff is very friendly in communication.

We stayed for a week, the toilet paper 🧻 was enough only for 3 days, and there is no kitchen towel. We had to buy these basic supplies which normally a property would provide. The bathroom sink wasn’t working properly, water took a long time to drain down. I hope this will be fixed promptly. Choose higher floor if you can, to avoid noises.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zoia living. The amenities of the flat were perfect, besides it was clean. We had air conditioning in all the rooms including the kitchen and the bathroom. The balcony was the cherry on the cake, as we were able to spend sometimes out for breakfast or diner.

Maybe it could be better if the is a maid that who can come every 2 days for the cleaning. However, i would recommend you to pick this accommodation without any hesitation.
