The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The décor was modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The apartment were spacious, each equipped with a private bathroom ,The location was excellent, as getting to the city center was easy and affordable, costing only around 7 euros with an Uber.

The Apartment entrance was situated inside a gas station, which was not ideal. !!! It was apparent that there were always people around the entrance, which could be a bit uncomfortable when entering or leaving the building. Parking Issues: One major downside was the inconvenience caused by parked cars in the gas station that frequently blocked the entrance. That was quite frustrating. To get a better understanding of the conditions, the available photos can give you a clear picture of what to expect.

It was immaculate and luxurious, with so much space with many extra touches. There was cooking oil, tea and coffee etc. Complimentary toiletries, slippers, bathrooms amd nice towels. All amenities were in good working by order. The communication was perfect, respectful and super friendly, the location also worked for us. The air con was needed and made our stay very comfortable. It was fabulous. We didn’t need a view, it was quiet, you can’t hear the road with the windows shut. Communal areas clean. This was great value for money, a small mini mart, a gorgeous sandwhich/coffee shop close by, a restaurant too. We parked around the back on the road for free.

The only detail that could be better was that there were feather duvets and one of our party cannot use these. Another option would have been preferred.

Very modern, sleekly-designed apartment. All amenities functioned well, though instructions for using the washing machine would be useful. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Landlord very helpful when electricity went off. His quick response helped resolve the issue.

The location was a 10-12 minute walk from nearest metro. Not in the heart of tourist areas. Not a problem for us, but some may prefer closer access to metro and food options.

I really liked the location, Yiannis, the host who was very helpful and always in communication to see how our stay was. He's a really great guy! The facilities were amazing and really added to our stay at the Pinacota. I really recommend the Pinacota suites to anybody and, in particular, to first-time visitors. Only 10 minutes from Victoria Metro. There is a nice coffee shop to the left called Ensimble and it's really nice. Two bars across the road provide a really nice nightlife to the area. Au Revoir Bar is about 15 minutes away and 5 minutes from Victoria Metro Station. Really recommend it such a nice bar and historic too.

Good size condo unit; modern interior design; functional / complete kitchen.. overall the place have a high end feel.. the owner/property coordinator is easy to talk to and helpful.

it is a minor comment i would say… but the place while not far from the centre is also not that near as well.. a good half an hour walk to acropolis, plaka area… the national archeological museum is 10 minutes walk away….

The location was perfect the apartment was 5 stars. Everything was provided clean and just like what was advertised. Could not have asked for any better.

Struggle to answer this. The only thing I could say was to provide a photo from the street of the front of the building and door. We did walk past it twice before we found it

Room impeccably clean. High quality furniture and fittings. Large bed and great shower. Small but fully equpipped kichenette. Little details (2 Nespresso capsules, bathroom amenities). Organization re keys etc extremely easy and comfortable via Whatsapp. Overall very responsive and friendly communication. Location reasonably good, everything can be reached on foot.

The room is situated on the ground floor with direct access through a flapping door to the lobby. Each time somebody enters or leaves the building, the door will make significant noise, even if locked. Impossible to sleep without earplugs. Bathroom is extremely small. Pillows uncomfortable (for me).

The apartment was modern, well laid out, clean, and had everything I needed. I specifically had wanted a gym, so this was a real bonus. Yiannis was a fantastic host with very clear instructions on how to check in and answered my query regarding checkout really quickly.

It's a bit of a trek to the Acropolis and other archaeological sites...about 45 minutes walk.

I didn't expect much when I saw the entrance to Pinacota behind the local gas station. But the suite was really nice, had all the amenities that I needed and a nice balcony leading to the back garden. Short walk to Victoria station and everything within reach. Suited my needs perfectly.

The location of the flat is excellent! Two very comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms and a very nice big open plan kitchen and lounge. There were 4 of us who stayed and we absolutely loved it as it felt really spacious for a group of 4. Host was lovely and very responsive.
