Exceptional Stay – Beautiful, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding! The location was very comfortable (even though this district is not very popular) everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. The room exceeded our expectations; it was even more beautiful than the photos! Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure comfort and convenience. The space was not only aesthetically pleasing but also fully equipped with all essentials, including toiletries, an iron, a hairdryer, and even a drying rack for laundry. The two balconies provided a lovely space to relax, and the peaceful atmosphere in the evenings made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were fantastic—both stylish and exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable, with constant housekeeping ensuring everything remained spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishes, and even an oven, making it easy to prepare meals if needed. The staff were brilliant! Charis helped us so many times! He was always ready to help and his attitude to job was high level and very professional. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we will definitely be returning—both myself and my friends! Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, well run and very comfortable. The staff is excellent friendly and attended to our every need. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance.

The area is undergoing lots of renovations and it has traditionally been an area for the young artsy crowd so there is lots of graffiti. There is also an anarchist element that occasionally clashes with the police. We were there just after one such incident and so there was a heavily armed police presence in the neighborhood. It was disquieting but everyone was out the bars and restaurants were full and we still had a good time.

Cleaning: The room was clean and tidy with attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. The bi-daily cleaning service was sufficient for our stay. Customer service: The reception was available 24/7 either in person or by phone, to assist with any requests. We found the staff to be incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. A warm welcome and exceptional hospitality made our stay remarkable. Location: -Vibrant and artsy neighborhood. -Conviniently located in the city center + parking. -Plenty traditional restaurants and bars with modern-funky style. Other comforts: -Semi floor with storage lockers with personalized code. -Comfortable and stylish bathroom, fully equipped with a variety of high- quality amenities. -Practical room arrangement with fresh sent. -Cozy mattress.

Very nicely appointed rooms, very clean and modern, even a nice balcony. Modern shower. Everything spotless. Good location near Archeology museum, everything within walking distance. Charis was very attentive and available at all times via WhatsApp for any issue. Bonus hint: if you're renting a car, no need to avail yourself of the parking garage at 10€ a day — I managed quite easily to find parking spots on the street. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days but this is just fine

Two small improvements I could think of: supply soap bar in addition to liquid soap, and artificial sweetener in addition to regular sugar in the coffee corner

We rented this place last minute and it was a great choice. It is located in a "different part" of Athens which gives you a new perspective of this beautiful big city. Streets full of street art I loved the most. Comunication with host went through WhatsApp and was very clear and responding immediately. Room itself is not too big even for 2 skinny people, but sufficient for sleepovers and chill. Nice bathroom with good lighting. Towels, sheets clean. Overall good choice and would come back.

Our room was situated to the street which was a bit noisy (but the true is we forgot to ask for quiet room in advance) Definitely I would change the blanket to sleep under, it was ugly and not nice to touch even with my hands. It is a small/cheap change to chose some chic blanket more eye and touch pleasing which suits the athmosphere of the place more, my personal opinion :)

Everything went smoothly, every detail was thought of for a simple, comfortable stay. They provided 2 keycards, extra toilet tissue, bottled water, paperwork detailing emergency phone numbers, etc. Everything was clean, and everything worked. The price was reasonable. I absolutely loved the neighborhood - it was quiet and local, but a 20 minute walk from all the big attractions. It is covered in fascinating street art and has plenty of little streets to discover with local shops and delicious restaurants and tavernas and coffee shops and bars. Though there was no staff on site, they were very responsive via whatsapp even at odd hours.

There are no amenities in the building (e.g. breakfast, a gym, pool, common area, etc.), and no staff - it's really more like an AirBnB than a hotel. I didn't mind this at all, but some people might so I thought I should mention it.

The Exarchia House Project rooms were very modern, clean, comfortable. The bathroom shower was luxurious, the towels plush and the soap, shampoo and conditioner of good quality. The TV was large and modern with free streaming services. There was coffee, water and a cafetière. The reading light a nice luxury. I visited Athens many times over the last 40 years and the room was the best value I have yet to experience.

Excellent quality of services in a brand new, beautiful and spotless hotel in the heart of Athens. Comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms, with many luxurious amenities. Very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms! Everything is perfectly organized. Entry is by code and whatever you need the owners are always willing to help (either in person or via WhatsApp) and at the same time very kind and friendly. The neighborhood is one of the most central in Athens, next to public transport and with a multitude of shops, cafes and restaurants. They can also organize day trips for short getaways outside of Athens.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel in one of the most central neighborhoods of Athens. Comfortable and stylish rooms, with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Spacious and spotlessly clean bathrooms with a host of luxury amenities as modern hotels should have. Check-in is very easy with a code sent by the hotel which gives flexibility in the arrival time throughout the 24 hours. The owners are very kind and willing to help with anything you need. They respond instantly to all messages and give the best advice and instructions for anything we need in Athens. You deserve many congratulations for the excellent work you have done. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay with you again. Thank you for everything.

Really nice host. Gave us recommendations about where to eat and what to do and we didn't get disappointed. The room itself looked really new/fresh renovated to us. So everything was on a good standard. Smart TV, USB slots beneath the bed, etc. The only thing we also read about in former posts. At first glance, the neighborhood doesn't look that inviting. But, it's only the first glance. It is a kind of alternative quarter. You will see some strange looking people, but everyone was super friendly and the restaurants etc were amazing. We were happy to be in this part of the city because it wasn't as touristy like other parts of the city. In short words, we would definitely stay again in this hotel.
