One of the most artistically made accommodations with all the top notch facilities we can expect. It is very modern, with good sized rooms with kitchen. Every floor has a separate, beautiful seating area, with good sofa and sofa chair and very interesting, large, different photo frames fixed on the wall behind the sofa. The gym is also very well equipped. There is one common area where you can seat and work on your laptop or see TV etc. Overall, its very good value for the amount they charge. Yes, the property is very near from the places of interest and from the Metro train station too. One more thing, since there is no permanent staff in the property, except for the Receptionist, who is available only on week days and during her duty hours, check in, check out and entry and exit during your stay - everything is to be done by the codes they supply on your booking account (no keys in physical form). The codes are supplied just on the date of your check in. So you must be techno savvy and must get the codes for entering the building and your apartment when you reach the place. Otherwise, nobody would help. We actually saw three ladies with booking, waiting at the entry gate of the property on one day, but since they did not have data in their mobile and since they presumably were not techno savvy either, they were not in a position to check in, as the Receptionist was not available at that time. We do not know what happened to them after that

And best of all: no extra fees per load, making it exceptional value for money. Fitness enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the on-site gym is fully functional, clean, and equipped for a complete workout, no token treadmills here. Location-wise, don't be put off by first impressions of the surrounding area, this is simply the character of urban Athens, and it’s safe, central, and well-connected. The metro station is nearby, making getting around the city a breeze. And for sightseeing, the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops just one street over, a perfect option if you’ve got the 3-day pass, as it brings you back right to your doorstep. Now, the real heart of this place: the staff. The front desk team is exceptional, warm, and genuinely welcoming.

I had a great stay at this aparthotel. The space was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, both before and during my stay. They answered all my questions ahead of my arrival, and once I was there, they gave great suggestions for places to visit and the best ways to get around. One feature I really appreciated was the locker for luggage storage after checkout—it was super convenient and made my departure much easier. There is supermarket is just around the corner, which was useful, and most central attractions are within walking distance.

Although the area is clean and conveniently located near many key spots, it may not be the most desirable neighborhood overall

The seamless no-contact check-in and check-out is an excellent automation touch, probably not for everybody, but I loved it. We arrived exhausted after a multiple-hour flight delay and were not ready to communicate properly - but we received the code for the common area and our room within the same day and just entered; Rooms are a bit small (when you use the couch as the bed) but excellently laid out, leaving space for everything you might need. The patio\veranda outside was giant and felt like a personal yard, which was a great touch. There is also no general city noise in the room (apart from unlucky neighbors or construction), lighting is flexible and well designed, and the overall feel is very futuristic, including the common areas;

A couple of problems with the patio -- it's directly under sun with no protection, so during the day it's impossible to go out there and not cook yourself, not to mention it seems that there are suites in the penthouse, since we were splashed with water from the roof accompanied by child laughter; Location is not great. If you go into half the directions you're going to see excellent views and it's very close to touristy spots. However, a step (single) into the wrong direction will get you drug addicts on the streets and trash. Minor problem with the hotel itself - they use cleaning liquids with an aromatic component which can stick in your nose if you're from an unlucky quarter of the population. If it does, it's going to be with you for a long time.

I appreciate the problem solving approach of the hotel's staff. They helped me in two unrelated situations very kindly, which makes me recommend them to anyone who'd like to visit Athens. The breakfast can be ordered from a neighboring restaurant and it's on time and very rich.

I think there could be more than 1 4-piece set of every dish in the kitchen, as it is quite wasteful to run the washing mashine half empty after every second meal. Also, I believe the booking description (1 bedroom, 1 sofa in the living room) is misleading, as these are not 2 separate rooms - which was very important to us.

Sparkling clean and excellent facilities - bed is very comfortable and there’s clever storage, an excellent bathroom and even a couch. No keys needed. Walking distance to plenty of good restaurants.

I liked everything- perhaps some instructions on how to use the Nespresso coffee machine ( I don’t own one ) and how to properly lock the door - it doesn’t lock automatically so I encourage everyone to check that the door is locked when your going out - it needed a few manipulations each time. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Location, comfort and the support we got from staff with a logistical problem related to transportation to our cruise port.

There isn’t 24 hour staff at the front desk. We weren’t sent the email with the “how to get into the building “ instructions until a couple of hours before arrival at a time when we had no internet. Fortunately, there was a resident opening the door at the moment we arrived and she let us in because she had had the same problem upon arrival. It still took a couple of chat messages to get a room code that worked. Apparently when the Internet falters, it de-programs some of the room lock codes.

The building and the room are pretty new and mordern. Our studio has a lovely patio where we could have breakfast. The appliances are good and easy to use. We especially loved the consumables provided: unique local brand, we even bought some of their full-size products at the airport. The hotel provides a breakfast delivery service, which is very convenient -- you can order and have it delivered at your chosen time. We were worried before our trip as some comments said the neighborhood is a bit rough, but it turned out to be fine. The hotel is just 30s off the main road, and it feels pretty safe. The staff members were responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very well equipped and lots of space. It might have been better to have beds further away from the window or invest in some triple glazing to cut down on the noise. Great view from the rooftop. Not far from Metro about 500 metres so easy to get to main tourist sites. Nancy on reception was fantastic and so helpful a real star who deserves huge praise for all her help and advice

We were not keen on the area as didn't feel that safe at night as there were lots of beggars around. The apartment is flanked by two very busy roads so we didn't get much sleep as the traffic noise was constant.
