Staff were really helpful and friendly, my room (#320) was really spacious and clean, comfy bed, lovely jacuzzi bath. Good air con. Lovely design to the layout too. The pools are a nice touch albeit quite small, the pool area on the rooftop pool could do with sprucing up a bit as it feels a bit dated/forgotten

Was a little bit worried at first after checking in whilst trying to find my room. The stairwell/hallways have an almost prison vibe to them (see picture below 😂) but the room was superb. The area isn’t the nicest of areas. Seems like quite a poor area. Lots of homeless people, drug addicts, sex workers. Very sketchy area at night. Saying that I never felt unsafe as they tended to keep themselves to themselves. But could be a concern to other travellers, however it wasn’t enough of a problem for me to not to return to this hotel in the future

The rooftop pool was the best. It runs 24/7 and it made our stay in hot Athens more bearable. It’s just a small pool, but as it runs 24h and it’s a small hotel, we were everytime by ourselves.

The neighbourhood is ok, in fact quite trendy. However, there are a couple of back streets next to the hotel to avoid. We were walking with our kids and people while people was injecting drugs right on the street. This is not the hotel’s issue, but we obviously did not like it. There is garbage on the streets and you could see syringes.

The rooms are newly renovated and modern. Large room. King size bed, very comfortable. Chris at front desk was very friendly and helpful. 2 pools. One on roof top has great view. Small but lovely. Breakfast was typical Greek style. Fresh and adequate. Subway is close by and makes it easy to get around. We had a five day pass for 8euro. Also close to amazing restaurants. Rosalie is a good choice

That the pool upstairs was sometimes shut in the morning. We like an early morning dip.

Pleasant hotel with great staff. So very helpful and charming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Room very spacious and bathroom modern. Breakfast was adequate and plenty of it. Location is fine during the day but take a taxi after dark. Not safe to walk around until you reach the other side of the square.

Needs better mirror in room preferably full length.

The staff were very friendly and accommodative The hotel is very close to Omonia station from where you can take the Metro or ΗΣΑΠ and by using these public transport methods you can go to different places in Athens, like Acropolis Museum or Syntagma Square, etc. or even to Piraeus port Very clean and comfortable rooms

The internet connection was a bit unstable, but overall acceptable The area where the hotel is placed is a bit unsafe, because Omonoia in general is a bit downgraded, but if you are careful you will be fine
