must admit, I was initially concerned about the location after reading some negative reviews, especially since we were two women traveling. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The location turned out to be very safe. We had no issues at all and felt comfortable walking around, as long as we avoided certain roads leading to less socially acceptable districts. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a 12-minute walk from the city center where everything you need to see is. Truly an ideal location. The hotel itself was spotless, with daily cleaning and towel changes, which we really appreciated. The staff was absolutely amazing—always welcoming, friendly, and smiling. Bora, in particular, lived up to all the rave reviews about her! She’s full of energy, genuinely kind, and always ready to help. She even upgraded our room and ensured everything went smoothly. The rest of the staff and security were equally fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. If I ever visit Athens again, I’ll definitely book here without hesitation! Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about my stay. The only minor inconvenience was the street noise, which could be quite loud even with the windows closed. That said, we were so tired from exploring that we slept through it anyway. Highly recommend this hotel for a safe, clean, and friendly stay in Athens!

Like a sanctuary in the busy city, the Ermass was so peaceful and wonderful. Very modern and comfortable with all the little details designed. The quality of the linens and bed and furnishings was great. The location was quiet and very easy to get around to see all the sites. The staff is exceptional and always ready to help. They even have a massage therapist option. I will definitely be back!

The construction wasn't totally complete but I'm sure it will be fantastic to have the rooftop garden with cinema when it's done

Ermass is very new and completly clean and it gives you everything you need, so that you will feel like at home or even better. Also a big plus is, that they allow pets. Staff was super friendly and helped us with every single question we had. We felt really confortable in the apartment and would recomment it for sure!

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel design is stunning and it feels so new and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the amazing receptionist who seemed to be on duty 24/7! The location is perfect for exploring Athens, and the price is unbeatable for such a great experience. Definitely recommend!

It was very beautifully furnished, modern, functional and with an eye to detail. The property was located centrally. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Daphne and her team really know how to make their guests happy. They went the extra mile! Will always come back to stay another couple of nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Ermass Modern Living Apartments in Athens. The room was spacious, and the kitchenette was very well-equipped with all the essential tools. The hotel staff went above and beyond in providing exceptional service, making my experience even better. Highly recommended!

The staff was exceptionally professional, they gave really great directions and suggestions that made our stay in Athens one to remember. The extremities were really new, and it was a place that I will try to book ALWAYS on my stay in Athens. I highly recommend this stay !

Everything was amazing.

The staff were incredibly friendly, very polite and great to chat with. The shower was great and topped off with the most comfortable soft towels!! Comfortable bed and great facilities, including a coffee pod machine.

Omonia isn't the nicest area at night time.

A new, clean and luxurious hotel! Excellent and courteous service. A large, spacious room, allows cooking in the kitchenette. There is a someone at the reception who answers at all hours of the day. I will go back there without a doubt.

Everything was great! Brand new hotel (we were one of the first guests!) with modern design and a lot of amenities!

Unfortunately the spa and the roof garden lounge will open at 1st of August so we didn’t have a chance to chill there!
