The staff was very kind, breakfast is quite good. Omonia Metro station is 5 min walk away (2 Stops from Acropolis). Plenty of little shop in the area. The room is clean, and quite big.

The Hotel is located near the central area of Athen, but in a small, little dirty street with a lot of noise. For us the only one sheet for the double bed was not enough, and there was just one pillow/person.

I liked the location, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning service was very good and the breakfast was fine. The bathroom was clean, pretty big and comfortable. There are shelves for clothes, big wall mirror, so I was very glad for this.

The location is awesome, very close to metro station and just 15 minutes walk to the center, the only thing is there are many homeless people around this street, I think they are not dangerous, but there are so many in that exact street.

It was a 5* family run hotel in a run-down area. But don't let that put u off...... It is in an area of regeneration. 24/7 reception, very friendly staff. We booked the king-size bed. They can order you taxi to & from the airport. All this is for a very reasonable price for a city center hotel. It's comes with a very adequate breakfast. What's not to like. We will be back.......

Super modern like a brand new hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Huge selection of local, Greek, international food variations to have a little test of Athens and Greece. the staff was very nice, always ready to ask questions.

The location of the hotel, but that is not the problem of them. If you close your eyes, ears for 1 minute and 50 meters walking around the hotel you are fine. The center with access to public transportations or even by foot is really close. Shops, restaurants, bars, sightseeing's are by walking distance...

Tins Hotel City was a great choice for my city break in Athens. The room was modern, well-equipped, and very clean, exactly like in the photos. The bed was super comfortable, and the lighting and design gave the space a relaxing feel. The hotel is located in a lively area with lots of cafes and shops nearby, and the metro station is just a short walk away. Everything was smooth and easy. I would happily stay here again!

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and breakfast was good as well as diverse.

One light in the room didn't work, was rather dark there. Before we went to bed, a prostitute knocked on our room door and wrongfully claimed we had called here. Bit of a weird interaction, that I guess one has to expect due to the location being in the red light district or atleast with multiple prostitutes standing within 100m. Some windows don't seal perfectly, leading to quite some noise.

It is quite nice hotel and staff very helpful and kind . Room is nice size and very clean. Breakfast choice was modest but good and fresh .Thank you .

I reserved car part for 2 nights out of 3 we were staying and was confirmed paring is booked however ,in the evening when we came back to hotel we found out that actually parking is full ,as there are only very few spaces available. It looks that parking system works on first come first serve basis rather than pre-booking. Luckily, there is sufficient parking space on the roads around hotel that is free so we managed without it.

good location in center of Athens ... 600m from National Museum, few hundrets meters from metro station, you can walk to all main places ... very friendly and helpful staff ... clean big room with nice bathroom ..every day fresh towels .... available closed parking place (7 EUR) ...

There was nice breakfast but only including ONE CUP of coffe. You have to pay 1-2 EUR if you want other cup of coffe ... Please keep in mind that this is center of city so only after midnight till 4 am there was calm outside - Athens are quite noisy / lively city.

Very friendly stuff, clean rooms and a tasty breakfast. Quite in the center, and restaurants, sights and the metro is close.

The surrounding is problematic. The close streets seem to be a hotspot for dubious people. (homeless, drugs, ...) They never bothered us though, but you will switch the side of the road here and then. I really hope that the city will take actions and start revitalizing the surrounding buildings, as the hotel itself was great.

We stayed in a comfortable and very clean junior suite.The reception staff was kind and helpful.The breakfast, included in the room price, was a bit small,but tasty with salty and sweet options.

Unfortunately the hotel is located in a dodgy area of Athens, I read previous customers reviews, but I wasn't thinking to see so many prostitutes in front of the hotel and drugs dealers and drugs consumers on the street close to the structure.During the night the street was very loud and it was difficult to sleep because the hotel windows and walls are not soundproofing,but in Athens is almost normal to hear noise from the street. I rated the Hotel 9 because it deserves it,I hope with some time the street situation will improve. Not recommended to walk alone during the night in this area.
