The host is very friendly, they are always available, you have breakfast which is ok, you have clean towels, regular cleaning, coffee, everything is great. They are always available and accommodating. Everything is relatively close. All recommendations for accommodation.

Athens itself has two sides, one that you see in the pictures and the other that is unfortunately different. The neighborhood where the apartment is located looks unsafe, but as a woman, who was alone, I was completely safe. The door is safe and there are no problems, so that is also a recommendation.

The hotel was very nice. There was no need for a recepciona, they send all the details by text, there are different codes to Access your Room, so we Felt safe. The Room and the bathroom was clean and tidy, and there is a nice balcony with privacy.

the Location of the hotel is awful, is quite close to the metro Station, but smells awful in the area and we Felt unsecure in the area. The lift is so small, that my husband and I didn't fit with the luggage.

The staff was super friendly and supported me in an unusual situation regarding my stay. My room was being cleaned regularly and generally it was quite comfortable. I loved the huge balcony. The rooms are 5-7 minutes walk from the metro station, which makes it convenient to get anywhere quickly. But for me it was even more important that the Archaeological Museum was really close to the place.

The area might seem dodgy at night, but I personally never had a problem there.

Three of us stayed here for 9 nights. It was comfortable, close to everything we needed (stores, restaurants, subway station), and the hotel itself was very secure. The breakfast of cheese panini, packaged croissant, and hard boiled egg worked for us. It was helpful to have the shuttle take us to the airport.

There were a few small issues, but the owner took care of things promptly.

When compare with other places around, was very economic. Room was big and comfortable. Also reach to the room with passwords and dont need to talk anybody is advantage. To sum up I am sarisfied.

Toilet was super tidy. Water pressure was too low. Room has balcony but the view was terrible ( looks inside of the Indians house ). You need to keep close your curtain all the time because neighboors always lay in front of you .

The host is quick to respond to and address concerns, the room is cheap and functions well. The room has great air conditioning and seems very safe with multiple locks (front door and two more). The balcony is a simple small landing but gives a space to be outside. The property gets a worse wrap then it deserves, it’s simple and straight forward!

The area around the site can be off putting depending on what time you enter/exit the property and which way you approach it (the west road is much nicer with a little shop on the corner, nice staff inside there!) The elevator may not work due to others not closing the door when they exit the elevator. There’s no signage to indicate that the elevator door has to be opened manually (I mentioned this to the host and they said they would put up some signage. If the elevator doesn't come down you may have to trek up the stairs that can be unlit and uncomfortable. Although scary and exhausting, it is safe!

definitely will chose it again for business trips. too good for the price! I’ve read some complaints about the neighbourhood and the breakfast. first of all I was leaving in Athens and I have to inform you that ALL the areas, streets etc around the centre of Athens are dirtier or scarier because you know what? you re in the centre! same in Paris or other countries that are overestimated…. also about breakfast haven’t seen ( at least in Greece) a so cheap room with breakfast!!! you’d have to thank at least about it! i find the owner polite and that he/she cares very much about his clients. thank you

Good value for money. If, like us, you plan to be out all day seeing the sights, then this is a good budget option. It’s an (easy) 15min walk to Plaka & v near the Archeological Museum.

The area is a little bit insalubrious (though nice to be in a non-touristy area). We (an M/F couple) felt totally safe, but a single F *might* not feel comfortable coming home alone late at night. Breakfast fast is minimal (2 processed cheese square sandwiches on white bread + a boiled egg), but you can help yourself to tea & coffee 09.00-10.00

Stayed for a couple of nights and it was really good. Clean linnen and the bed is good too. Modern bathroom and the toilet is also modern which is very important to me. You get breakfast at 9 in the morning, delivered to your room.

There's nothing bad to say in my experience. The area is full of junkies but that isnt the fault of the owner. It's the city center after all. The municipality has to do something about this.

Room was clean, perfect location very near to the metro one stop away from central. The woman who served breakfast was very gentle and available for any needs. Easy self check in & out.

Well, nothing really bad. If I've to say something, I would have expected a better breakfast, a toaster to warm up sandwiches, water in the fridge, something more to eat, a small light on beside table .. small things like these get up the quality and don't cost anything. Also, the area in the night isn't the best I've seen, but being beware as everywhere in the world, it isn't dangerous at all.
