Excellent hotel staff, very friendly and helpful and practical. Room was large, location is very central, some people worried about the streets but honestly it felt safe, just a little edgy like any big city such as New York or London's rowdy streets. Even with homeless people on the street, nobody talks to you or bothers you. Bedding, towels and room are very clean, and the staff cleans daily even if you don't want to.

It gets very noisy in the morning, the cleaning staff are loud, but also the downstairs area where the pool and cafe are is in the middle of the building's courtyard, so all the noise goes up to the rooms.

The listed building was perfectly maintained. Also, the archaic features in reception and communal areas(They were antiques...), shows that a lot of time and consideration had been paid to aestethisizing the interior and exterior of building...

The colour of the pool water. After reading reviews for this hotel b4 my stay which commented on the lack of frequency for pool cleaning; I was very reluctant to use pool facilities even though rest of facilities(bathroom, bedroom, communal areas like lift corridors etc.,), proved to be spotless. I'm not sure if dulled water in the pool was due to its size and the light, or lack of light hitting the pool area.. Nb- Pool is very small, but there are 2: 1 on the ground floor by reception, and 1 on the roof(top floor)...I booked it because I wanted to swim at hotel 😔

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Athens Art Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the personalized service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, from recommending restaurants to organizing sightseeing tours. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's elegant bar-restaurant, where I could unwind with a drink and a light snack. Overall, an exceptional stay in Athens.

The room was a great size and staff kept it clean every day. The breakfast offered was a good value for money. The host was lovely and gave great recommendations for places to visit.The balcony was also a great addition along with the pool.Very close to the metro and main attractions in Athens.

The only con is the area it was located in, something to be wary of, but the hotel itself was very safe once you walk five minutes away to the main streets, its better.

Returning visitor here. I had an excellent stay. Easy, secure and simple to book and pay and the prices can be very good especially if you book ahead. The room and the bathroom was elegant and clean. I booked the cheapest available room, since i was staying only for one night (i was traveling for work) and yet it had all i neaded. Air condition, tv, warm water and a good bathroom, plenty of clean towels, kind personell in the reception and in general a relaxing, quiet, clean atmosphere. You should be a little careful about the neighboring area though, especially if you have family.

I like the old and New style. Rooms and bathrooms were modern and beautiful style. 24/7 reception.

Breakfast could have been better. Rather charge more. Very simple. There are people in the neighborhood that are drugusers and you meet them. Just be aware of that. The pool on top is super nice and cool on hots days 🫶💪Thank you:)
