Staff were very kind and friendly. Location great, right in city and 2 min walk from metro (1 train stop away from Monastiraki). Smart TV which allowed for screen cast/netflix etc.

We stayed on 7th floor and the elevator was a bit scarey/ wobbly but staff assured us it was fine. Bed a little squeaky but okay for a goodnight sleep. Can see lots of comments about safety of area however seemed fine and nothing you haven't seen before. Also shower head kept coming off.

Definitely the service. The workers were all really friendly. I traveled a lot but the receptionist Christos was by far the most sympatic and honest worker I met in a Hotel ever. Give this guy a raise. And I'm really sorry for your lost. I'm sure your dog is now in a better place waiting for you. Take care and hopefuly we come back and see each other again :)

Some guests were not that clean and made a lot of dirt. But that wasn't the hotels fault at all. So everything good.

I have been staying at Artemision for many year's, the staff is wonderful and the location is perfect. It is not a five star hotel but it is great when you are on a budget.

Had a comfortable stay at Artemision...Close to public transport system & eateries...Walking distance from Acropolis & friendly staff..!!

Great price for a nice comfortable room. In an ok area of Athens, easy to get to Plaka etc but there’s some lovely bars/places to eat if you explore the area. Only down side for the location was the amount of drug addicts around but this is a problem city wide.

There are so many things to like about this place despite the many disadvantages. The location is superb, just 2 stations away via the Metro from Syntagma Square, so quite easy for travellers to navigate. Take the M2 line and get off at Omonia, and it’s just 3-4 mins walk from the metro. The price is also quite a bargain. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, we were given 2 remote controls for the AC and TV. The best thing about this hotel is that it has a functional elevator, so that’s a plus point for those with elderly or large suitcases. The room we stayed in comes with a cute little balcony, the AC and TV were functioning, and we got clean sheets and towels. The bathroom is small, but it does the job, there were also complimentary shampoos and soaps. There are multiple bakeries, mini markets, and bundle shops downstairs so be sure to get all your drinks and snacks supply because the hotel doesn’t offer any tea/coffee making facilities or microwave or pantry.

It’d be nicer if room has kettle and glasses for us to make hot drinks. And also, thicker blankets.

When I book the cheapest hotel in Athen on Booking.com, I don't have hi expectations. But I was surprised. Ok room, clean bedsheets, a balcony and what I really appreciate in a room. A comfortable chair. Very friendly staff let me borrow adapter and water boiler. Old building and nothing like a 5 start hotel but good value for money.

I like location is near by everything. I like that there is always staff in the reception and they are very nice. The rom was very clean.

The staff was very kind and the location was very close to the attractions (most are a few metro stations away or at walking distance).

The wifi was a little bit slow at times and the toilet/shower didn't have much privacy.
