Beautiful property especially for its value.

Location slightly sketchy like one street over is hookers two streets up is Gucci it’s odd. The showers were a little smelly like mildew and they said they had parking but it’s first come first serve on a busy street and three spots is all they have. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful also they had a beautiful pool buttt they close at 7. Which the whole point of the beautiful pool is to see everything at night. But you can’t access at night.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Walking distances from everything was good.

Breakfast was not worth the price. The location is great for the day, during the night it’s sketchy (not the hotels fault but maybe they could make you aware of the situation and of the police presence)

The local Greeks will tell you this is the worst area in the city (meaning run down and with lots of homeless population) but we still felt safe and that’s probably why it was so cheap! It’s a really nice hotel with serviced apartments. We had great service throughout our stay with great security. Our rooms were cleaned every day that we requested it. The air conditioning was the best I’ve experienced in Europe. The rooms are very quiet, even being right next to the elevator, I couldn’t hear any hallway noise. The pool was beautiful and clean. The staff went out of their way to help us and others. Very good value. A lux experience overall.

It was hard for taxis / Ubers to get to us (according to them) but that was still okay. Just be sure to add an extra ten minutes to your travel time because it takes a little longer to connect with an uber.

The location is great for visiting the main attractions of Athens. We took the metro and in less that 10-15’ we were in each place. Station was less than 10’ walk The room has a very decent size and it was clean The pool area (although small) was enough to have a quick dip after sightseeing. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. It was great to have a mini fridge and a little sink in the seating room area. I think the hotel should add a microwave to make it even more complete.

The breakfast wasn’t nothing special and the area was quite small. Around the area of the hotel there was a lot of homeless people and it can feel a bit unsafe, also it isn’t pleasant to see (obviously no hotel problem as they can’t do much) we never had any issues but it might be worthy to take in mind while moving around in the dark. The rooms aren’t soundproof and you can listen the busy road all day and night. We were in the first floor and it was very loud. I think hotel should work in better soundproofing measures.

Breakfast doesn't have a good variety of food, every day it's the same thing, if you arrive after nine in the morning some items are already gone (like fruits and utensils cups) and the cleaning of the tables is not very good/hygienic (the same dirty cloth is passed everywhere) the pool could have a parasol and for some reason there is music playing in the hallway of the apartments from nine in the morning until ten at night, if you want to sleep early or have children who sleep you have to listen to music, very annoying.

The room was very clean and the rooftop pool was a lovely touch to have in central Athens. Although the area itself wasn’t great, the transport links were great and it was walking distance to some of the nicer neighbourhoods.

Although not the hotels fault, the location (although central) was a little dodgy. Lots of homeless and drug addicts right outside, we saw a bit of suspect behaviour in the evenings, it’s not somewhere you would really want to go out and eat etc but it’s central enough to quickly walk into the nicer parts. Having said that, we never felt unsafe nor get any trouble day or night. I felt the food / drink selections by the pool could be better, very limited menu.

The property was beautiful, so modern and aesthetic, the bathrooms were also really stunning, very cool designs (especially for us who love a mirror pic). We had the 2 bedroom room for 5 people and it was perfect for us! The pool was incredible with beautiful views. The properly did match the expectations!

Unfortunately it’s not the best area to walk around (homeless around) but this is nothing to reflect on the property, we still felt very safe and easy access to metro! We emailed to say we were checking in early hours (we paid for the night before) and even though we booked 5 people the sofa bed wasn’t made up so we had to do this ourselves and the man on reception helped find sheets, would’ve been nice to had an apology the next day. There’s not much food and drink which was a shame, so hard to spend the day at the pool as no real restaurant which was a let down but we did order the options available as was very impressed, however the only drink options was orange juice or 3 alcohol options, a bigger selection would be more ideal! Overall was a great base, even for larger group!

The breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful! We stayed with our kids, aged 11 and 8. Exploring Athens on foot or by public transport was quite tiring for them, but the thought of returning to the pool helped motivate them to keep going.

While the issue isn't with the hotel itself, the location can feel a bit problematic at night due to the presence of homeless people—though they didn’t cause any trouble. Thanks to the pool, the easy access to public transportation, and the view of the Acropolis from the pool area, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was lovely bright and modern, and the rooftop pool and bar was a great feature to see the city and the acropolis. The location to Monastraki square and plaka was fantastic a quick 15min walk got you straight to these areas with plenty to look at on the way. And bars to stop for a drink. Omonia metro station is literally a 3 min walk.

The area was quite dodgy this is no reflection on the hotel, we had absolutely no issues and we were not in anyway affected or concerned for our safety but it is important to people to be vigilant and mindful. Any large city has homeless people and unsavoury characters but it is important not to be naive and have your wits about you, especially around omonia train station.
