Convenient location for markets, fabulous alleyways to explore, transport (metro and bus) as well as points of interest. Rooms were very large, clean, beds soft, serviced daily and breakfast was plentiful with great selection. The added complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. Overall very happy with our stay.

Nothing to note. I had read previous reviews about the neighbourhood but we had no issues walking at night and did not feel uncomfortable at all.

Staff was nice, always ready to help. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Room size also was really good. Breakfast was ok, but didn't changed during our stay.

I hated the fact that after a night flight we had to wait till 3pm for checkin (every year checkin time is shifted to later). Still good that our baggage has been stored. Location was close to main places to go, but the area was bad, there were many drunk, homeless people around, prostitutes around 9pm on the way to the hotel. I usually went back to hotel early, but still would meet such people.

very very pleasant staff!!! they upgraded my room for free, presented a bottle of a good red wine, also they allowed me to make late check-out at 13:30! room is really big with two zones, TV in each. breakfast is good but it is the same every day.

it is obviously not about the property, but about it. Location! Omonia is very unsafe. every evening you see prostitutions, homeless, they sleep everywhere, the block is stinky and dirty. so in the evening time it is looked and really was unsafe

I stayed in this hotel for a week and I overall enjoyed it. The external appeareance of the building is old yet very tidy. The rooms are clean and elegant, with everything you need for a comfortable staying. The staff is great, they are very kind and helpful. The price is not bad if compared with the quality of the accomodation. The position is great, very near to both the metro and the bus stops and there is a great variety of restaurants and shops in the vicinity.

I suggest to expand a bit the choice of food in the breakfast, the quality is great but still the variety of dishes can be enhanced a bit. Furthermore, the area is not great, even if I understand that it is not at all the hotel management team's fault. That part of Athens is not great, especially during the night, and it is quite dirty but if you pay enough attention to your surroundings, your staying will be overall safe and I affirm that as an alone woman.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was close the centre with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes.

Whilst the location was very convenient to transport links and walking distance to the centre , it's very run down area with a lot of undesirables around at night.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Adjustable AC. Very good bathroom except the cord of the hairdryer is too short. Good breakfast.

Nothing significant..the door handle of the bathroom came off but when I mentioned it to the staff they said they'd take care of it quickly. Location is close to the metro, and one stop from Syngrou station, which is the closest to Ermou street, so this is practical. However, the location is in a sketchy area with a handful of drug addicts, homeless people and a few prostitutes. This shouldn't be an issue for a group of adult travellers but not safe for a single woman.

When we first saw the neighbourhood we were ready to give up the non-refundable 3 days that we have booked. But we decided to stay and thought we would just be taking Uber specially at night. Luckily we gave it a chance. The hotel is nice, breakfast has a lot of selection. I do not have complaints. Location as to proximity to attractions? some are walkable if you have the strength. Otherwise just Uber to Stygma (€4-€5) or Acropolis Stn and start walking from there.

I liked the room overall, everything clean and working well, good value of money, the breakfast was very delicious and have a lot of options, very nice service and respectful people, will be coming back.

The walls are very thin, you can hear people's conversations outside the room when they pass, can hear the water running in other room's toilets as well, the cleaners were very loud in the morning, elevators were not working most of the time or take long time to arrive, they are small as well.

The location is very convenient to Omonia Station, an important hub in Athens, although it is not in the flashest part of the city but that didn't concern us. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the buffet breakfast was generous and of a very high standard. In fact, the hotel was almost worth if for the breakfast alone! I would highly recommend this place

The lift/elevator system could have been better. It didn't seem to coordinate well at times.

We were given bigger room. Good sound insulation. Breakfast.

To put it mildly not the nicest Neighbourhood. And to my taste a bit too cold / formal interior of rooms.
