Super comfortable bed, paid nice price, functioning air conditioning, staff was helpful, I would come back.

I saw many comments complaining about the area, that is central but a bit decadent. If you worry about that, the safest route from the Omonia station to the hotel and vice versa is by the 3IS Septemvriou avenue, and not the other streets because they are full of drug addicts and prostitutes. I would do this route that I mentioned everyday, including at late night, by myself, as a woman and felt safe like that, had no problems.

The staff were excellent. Maria (reception) is great, I had a complaint during my stay and she sorted it out nicely. The breakfast was nice for the amount of money paid. The size of the bed was great, and my room had a balcony (although small), but it was great having that provision. There are several restaurants around there, where you can have traditional Greek gyros and souvlaki. Overall, the room is great.

There are no soap dishes on the bathroom wall.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff, 24 hours reception, smooth check in at 1am and deposit my luggage.

Don’t have hair dryer. The shower head is too low and fixed. The location let me feel bit dangerous but it’s not hotel’s fault.

Hotels in a good location, amenities close. The area is a bit rough at night but for adults it's an ideal and convenient location for traveling around athens. Omonia square is a 5 minute walk with all major transport links and is a route for all sight seeing buses.

The areas a bit rough but nothing terrible. The nights come alive with streetwalkers and homeless but the rooms are quite and you can't hear anything outside

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for an upgrade as the budget room I'd booked had no window. The charge for a much better room with balcony etc was minimal and the new room a great improvement. Breakfast was very good value with something for everyone. The area is fine. It's very close to not only Omonia but also Exarchia. I can understand why some might not feel safe but as long as you keep your wits about you it's not a problem.

My upgraded room didn't have a Netflix enabled TV while the budget one did. Not such a great problem but it would have been nice

I was actually satified with my stay and do not exactly understand such a low rating. My room was spacious and had a balcony. Even though the area is recognized as dangerous, I felt very safe. Metro station as well as the old town are within easy walking distance. Some grocery stores, restaurant and bars just behind the corner. For me it was good value for money.

Breakfast was a bit boring - same every day. Some problems with locking system of the room.

Excellent location. The Omonia metro station is like a 5 mins walk. The bus stop is also nearby if you fancy using public transport, this hotel is at the right location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful, they let us check in early. Also stored our luggage post checkout and let us sit in the lounge in the evening while we waited to take the train to the airport.

The wifi connection never worked. We were on the 7th floor and got absolutely no internet connectivity there. We had to use our mobile connections for internet work. When we raised this at the reception, they said they'd be looking into it, but couldn't fix it right away (we were there only for a night, so they might have looked into it later). They did provide an alternate wifi connection, but that only worked at the reception area, not in our room.

Modern chic design. Room was clean with 3 separate beds as we were 3 ladies traveling together. Good sized balcony, it would be nice to have a small table and 2 chairs to sit there if you feel like it. We found the location suitable for us for exploring central Athens, close to Omonia metro station. A lovely bar adjacent to the hotel and staff were helpful when assistance was required.

AC was not cooling well. We did withdraw the attention to the receptionist on the first day and someone came over to adjust the settings however it still did not feel cold enough (possibly centrally located). Haven’t said that, we did not bother that much as as were out for most of the day. The towels on arrival were only prepared for 2 persons even though the booking was for 3 persons, however we were given another set of towels once we addressed this. The road can get a bit noisy with traffic, thus we had to close the window/balcony door which we had opened to let some air through.

The price and the location were perfect for me, and the room and facilities were nice and clean. Also there was 24/7 check in which was perfect.

The breakfast did not look particularily exciting, but it's not included anyways so I opted for city breakfast instead which was cheaper than the 6 Euros they charge for breakfast

The location is great. About 15 minutes to the Plaka area. The hotel is kind of hidden, so it’s easy to miss. The air conditioning was fantastic and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Small balcony good enough to step out onto if you vape but no big enough to enjoy.

The balcony was tiny but I don’t remember booking a room with a balcony so I was happy to just have this! You cannot flush toilet paper in Greece and it sucked the housekeeping didn’t take the trash during my three night stay.
