Super comfortable bed, paid nice price, functioning air conditioning, staff was helpful, I would come back.

I saw many comments complaining about the area, that is central but a bit decadent. If you worry about that, the safest route from the Omonia station to the hotel and vice versa is by the 3IS Septemvriou avenue, and not the other streets because they are full of drug addicts and prostitutes. I would do this route that I mentioned everyday, including at late night, by myself, as a woman and felt safe like that, had no problems.

The rooms and the hotel are very clean and the food was good. The stuff were very very kind. We needed to contact the hospital and the receptionist Maria helped us even with this. The location is exceptional in Athens, we reached almost every thing by walking. I recommend this palce and we'll definitely book there in our next trio to Athens.

The elevators were a bit small but this wasn't quite problem.

The staff were excellent. Maria (reception) is great, I had a complaint during my stay and she sorted it out nicely. The breakfast was nice for the amount of money paid. The size of the bed was great, and my room had a balcony (although small), but it was great having that provision. There are several restaurants around there, where you can have traditional Greek gyros and souvlaki. Overall, the room is great.

There are no soap dishes on the bathroom wall.

Clean and comfortable. Nice staff, 24 hours reception, smooth check in at 1am and deposit my luggage.

Don’t have hair dryer. The shower head is too low and fixed. The location let me feel bit dangerous but it’s not hotel’s fault.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was perfect for the day ahead, with a great vegetarian range. It was only a 20 min walk from the airport bus stop to the hotel and metro stops 5 mins. The pizza from the shop next door was delicious. I would highly recommend a visit!

The area was a little run down, the bar lady was a little abrupt. No tea and coffee in the rooms.

Hotels in a good location, amenities close. The area is a bit rough at night but for adults it's an ideal and convenient location for traveling around athens. Omonia square is a 5 minute walk with all major transport links and is a route for all sight seeing buses.

The areas a bit rough but nothing terrible. The nights come alive with streetwalkers and homeless but the rooms are quite and you can't hear anything outside

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for an upgrade as the budget room I'd booked had no window. The charge for a much better room with balcony etc was minimal and the new room a great improvement. Breakfast was very good value with something for everyone. The area is fine. It's very close to not only Omonia but also Exarchia. I can understand why some might not feel safe but as long as you keep your wits about you it's not a problem.

My upgraded room didn't have a Netflix enabled TV while the budget one did. Not such a great problem but it would have been nice

I was actually satified with my stay and do not exactly understand such a low rating. My room was spacious and had a balcony. Even though the area is recognized as dangerous, I felt very safe. Metro station as well as the old town are within easy walking distance. Some grocery stores, restaurant and bars just behind the corner. For me it was good value for money.

Breakfast was a bit boring - same every day. Some problems with locking system of the room.

Excellent location. The Omonia metro station is like a 5 mins walk. The bus stop is also nearby if you fancy using public transport, this hotel is at the right location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful, they let us check in early. Also stored our luggage post checkout and let us sit in the lounge in the evening while we waited to take the train to the airport.

The wifi connection never worked. We were on the 7th floor and got absolutely no internet connectivity there. We had to use our mobile connections for internet work. When we raised this at the reception, they said they'd be looking into it, but couldn't fix it right away (we were there only for a night, so they might have looked into it later). They did provide an alternate wifi connection, but that only worked at the reception area, not in our room.
