The hotel is a beacon of dazzling white light and chrome, very clean, excellent breakfast buffet and excellent value. Staff, are mostly very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, fresh white linen and towels, well equipped with amenities. It is difficult to find fault, there are a couple of points which I shall mention below. Despite these minor opinions, it is fair to say it is an excellent hotel. Thank you.

I would comment that the room size was fine for one person, maybe a little tight for two. Wash handbasin was very small with the potential to be 'messy.' The lift is an odd shape and perhaps a little claustrophobic for some. The surrounding area off Omonia Square is, to put it politely, not one of the most 'chic' in Athens. None of these are reasons NOT to stay in the hotel.

The rooms were modern and clean. Bed were very comfortable. It was close to everything. Felt safe there.

The beakfast was really good but if you had a toaster it would have been amazing. The lifts didn’t respond well took ages to come then would change direction without instruction. We got stuck briefly between floors. They weren’t very responsive.

This is my second stay here. A good place to stay in the heart of Athens. clean and compact room. friendly staff - Dmithris, Vaya, Mariam and others.. one cannot forget their friendliness. We checked in at night 11 am.. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, my wife's favourite Red, a good one.

My earlier stay was in 405; but this time, got the room on the other side, 910, which is a smaller room, without the sofa. When you are booking the room, ask for the room with the sofa....it is spacious and very convenient.

An elegant hotel in the city centre, very close to the Metro station. Very clean room and confy bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. While the area is not the nicest and most central, the metro station is really near, and it is also within walking distance from some central attractions. Good bakeries nearby. The room and facilities were clean.

The elevators are very slow, and there are only two. We were on the last floor, and whenever a large group arrived, we had to use the stairs at least halfway. The breakfast was decent but not great, and some of the morning staff members (not all) were a bit short and impatient. The room was nice and clean but extremely small. We got a double bed and the mattresses kept on getting separated. No shelves or drawers is the closet, no room to place two suitcases.

The hotel is amazing. Very clean and tidy. The staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel is beside the police station and about five to ten minutes walk to OMONOIA metro station. The bed is extremely comfortable. Very classy entrance. Everything is very clean. Breakfast isn't too bad, but the cooked options are very cold. There is also a complimentary red wine and a bottle of water in the room. Not bad for the money

It was a bit noisy at night due to the hotel having students staying overnight during our stay. There were about 70 of them, so they were quite loud and banging. So we had to call the attention of the reception. But we were just unlucky.

I got an upgraded room and it was the biggest room in the hotel - I was very happy with the size and the amenities inside. I got a complimentary red wine and a big bottle of water. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. The waiters in breakfast, the housekeeping team and the receptionists were all very kind and attentive. With regards to the location there was only one good thing - it is close to Omonoia Square which means the hotel is close to the metro station and the bus which takes guests to excursions.

The only thing which I didn’t like was the location. The hotel is located in Omonoia which is notorious for drug addicts, homeless people and prostitutes on the roads.

The location is very close to Omonia which was very convenient to walk to all major landmarks and shopping streets. The breakfast was amazing with kind staff. We stayed there for 5 days and didn't feel like we overpayed for Breakfast. The room was spacious and also had a Balcony.

While the location is central, some ways to the property might feel unsafe though we took another well-lit route once we knew the surroundings. For some reason, our toilet had a very bad (and on one day unbearable) odour every morning. But we didn't complain back then as we were mostly going out in the morning and it didn't affect the room in any way.

The breakfast was okay, not the best I’ve had and definitely not the worst. The hotel was fairly clean and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The first room the gave me the door on the bathroom was broken. The staff immediately gave me a new room on the same floor. The new room had a bottle of wine in it but I don’t drink wine so I left it untouched. This is totally out of the hotel’s control but the neighborhood is a pretty bad one. It’s close to the train station but there are homeless and drug use in plain sight all times of the day. While, I didn’t feel unsafe because the hotel is next to a police station the neighborhood is not the best.

And the location of the hotel is in the center of the city center where everything is accessible, near the metro, restaurants and tourist spots. The hotel staff is polite, kind and accomodative. All the ladies at the receptionist will greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. The only thing I will comment is that the male staff in the reception area (morning staff) need to know how to smile. But the night staff (all of it) are always smiling and they will greet you regardless if it's past midnight. I have a huge respect for the staff in the main dining room during breakfast. They are all very professional and you can tell that even when stressed by the demands of the guests, they remain in their composures, wearing their smiles on their faces, our cleaner at the 8th floor is very diligent and clean.

This is not a negative comment but take it as suggestions. Provide a square towel, hang some paintings in your rooms.
