The hotel is a beacon of dazzling white light and chrome, very clean, excellent breakfast buffet and excellent value. Staff, are mostly very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, fresh white linen and towels, well equipped with amenities. It is difficult to find fault, there are a couple of points which I shall mention below. Despite these minor opinions, it is fair to say it is an excellent hotel. Thank you.

I would comment that the room size was fine for one person, maybe a little tight for two. Wash handbasin was very small with the potential to be 'messy.' The lift is an odd shape and perhaps a little claustrophobic for some. The surrounding area off Omonia Square is, to put it politely, not one of the most 'chic' in Athens. None of these are reasons NOT to stay in the hotel.

Great hotel about 12 min walk from minastraki metro station we arrived to be told we'd been upgraded and a free bottle of wine and water were waiting in our room room was very spacious with a shower and a lovely deep bath which is nice after walking the streets of athens all day in the heat bed was very soft and comfortable it's in an area that's a little run down but we didn't feel threatened walking back late at night athens has the same problem as a lot of cities in the world their are beggers and strange characters breakfast was lovely hot and cold food nice fruit coffee machine the receptionists are helpful booked us a transfer to airport if we ever came back to Athens this place is a bargain lovely stay .👌😍thankyou

The rooms were modern and clean. Bed were very comfortable. It was close to everything. Felt safe there.

The beakfast was really good but if you had a toaster it would have been amazing. The lifts didn’t respond well took ages to come then would change direction without instruction. We got stuck briefly between floors. They weren’t very responsive.

As a bonus, there's a fantastic café nearby called Stani — top-rated and definitely worth a visit.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. While the area is not the nicest and most central, the metro station is really near, and it is also within walking distance from some central attractions. Good bakeries nearby. The room and facilities were clean.

The elevators are very slow, and there are only two. We were on the last floor, and whenever a large group arrived, we had to use the stairs at least halfway. The breakfast was decent but not great, and some of the morning staff members (not all) were a bit short and impatient. The room was nice and clean but extremely small. We got a double bed and the mattresses kept on getting separated. No shelves or drawers is the closet, no room to place two suitcases.

This is my second stay here. A good place to stay in the heart of Athens. clean and compact room. friendly staff - Dmithris, Vaya, Mariam and others.. one cannot forget their friendliness. We checked in at night 11 am.. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, my wife's favourite Red, a good one.

My earlier stay was in 405; but this time, got the room on the other side, 910, which is a smaller room, without the sofa. When you are booking the room, ask for the room with the sofa....it is spacious and very convenient.

The hotel is amazing. Very clean and tidy. The staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel is beside the police station and about five to ten minutes walk to OMONOIA metro station. The bed is extremely comfortable. Very classy entrance. Everything is very clean. Breakfast isn't too bad, but the cooked options are very cold. There is also a complimentary red wine and a bottle of water in the room. Not bad for the money

It was a bit noisy at night due to the hotel having students staying overnight during our stay. There were about 70 of them, so they were quite loud and banging. So we had to call the attention of the reception. But we were just unlucky.

Overall the Hotel was very very nice and clean, but staff were a little slow. Also very importantly the bathroom, although it was big enough & clean, the shower cubicle was excellent there was a big dissapointment .

In the Bathroom, The Wash Basin was Very Very Tiny was very difficult to use and one could not wash properly without making a mess around & outside. You could not put your hands under the tap!!!. Also, the Toilet seat was very small. I am small built and it was still small for me, so I wonder how a large person with big Arse would fell.

I got an upgraded room and it was the biggest room in the hotel - I was very happy with the size and the amenities inside. I got a complimentary red wine and a big bottle of water. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. The waiters in breakfast, the housekeeping team and the receptionists were all very kind and attentive. With regards to the location there was only one good thing - it is close to Omonoia Square which means the hotel is close to the metro station and the bus which takes guests to excursions.

The only thing which I didn’t like was the location. The hotel is located in Omonoia which is notorious for drug addicts, homeless people and prostitutes on the roads.
