This was my second visit since the hotel’s renovation, and it was just as outstanding as the first. The hotel offers great value, with brand new, comfortable, and spotless rooms. Both the housekeeping staff and receptionists are warm and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is enjoyable.

Location in the center of athens, metro is 2 min away by walk. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

The neighborhood at night is a bit scary for ladies. Better not to come back at night by walking. Take a taxi or Uber

The hotel was very well upgraded, not so long ago. The superior room was medium-sized and clean overall. The bed was large and comfortable, and so was the sofa bed. I want to highlight that the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We had a little situation with the bathroom door (somehow it stuck and did not open), they offered us a new room, but our wish was to stay, so they called a handyman immediately and resolved the issue within an hour. The breakfast was neutral for me; I was expecting more traditional cuisines, vegetables, and fruits - but they had many options and coffee too.

The only negative aspect is the location. I wasn't aware that Omonia Square's neighboring streets are not the cleanest part of Athens (but that's not the Hotel's fault).

Brand new renovated hotel with nice decoration and above average accommodation.Most of the staff were friendly and helpful (reception and breakfast).The breakfast was nice and the price for January -after January the prices go higher!- was excellent!

Some little problems as all the items are new.Need a mirror in the room.A smile from some person is necessary as the hotel want to proceed in a new era! Our rating is for a nine but we don't want to drop the hotel below average because it will certainly strive for better facilities!

The location was perfect. You could walk to most places. The metro was nearby as well as many restaurants. The staff was fabulous. They stored my bags, as I arrived early. Gave me very good directions to go to areas. Loved the feeling of a boutique hotel, felt more connected to Athens. The property and rooms were spotless and very modern. The. Breakfast was amazing. Very European with sliced cheese, meets, yogurt and more. Also scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs. I loved the breakfast croissants. The bed was comfy and bathroom shower good water pressure.

Little bit of smell in bathroom, but other then that nothing.

The most important value of this hotel are its staff members, so kind and helpful, and very professional. Besides, comfortable and clean room with everything you might want for a nice stay. Quietness and perfect sleep. Location is also very interesting:) And so close to the fantastic National Archeological Museum. Also, direct metro line to Acropolis Hill and Acropolis Museum (just two or three stops). It probably will be my first choice hotel for any future trips to Athens.

Entrance to bathroom - clear "mind the step" marking at the least should be placed there. But that's the only thing, I eventually did not fall:) but kept forgetting about the uneven surface, so it may happen to others as well.

The hotel is newly decorated and clean. The staff is really helpful. Breakfast is really good and there are lots of options. Room is okey and we can find whatever we need, bed is comfortable. We can reach everywhere by walk in 10 to 15 minutes or metro is really close 2 min. by walk.

Only bad thing that I can say is neighborhood. Even it is close to city center, it did not feel really safe. Despite this, we did not experience any bad incidents.

Very nice rooms, very clean in a decent location close to metro station. The newly renovated rooms were very pleasant to stay in. One of the most comfy beds I ever had in a hotel

Can get quite noisy, if someone is in the corridor you can hear everything. Breakfast was very limited and ok quality. There was no Netflix on the tv only YouTube and local tv channels.

The room was clean and provided everything one would expect. The breakfast was good, and overall, the hotel was modern and clean. The location is close to one of the central Metro stations and 20-minute walk from the main attractions.

Though location was central, and said to be safe, it didn't look like it with junkies and prostitutes literally around the corner. We had no problems with them, though I was glad to be inside in the evenings. Despite that the hotel met our expectations.

The hotel is renovated, with everything new. The beds are very comfortable and you have everything you need. The location is good once you are near everything. It is possible to go by foot to Acropolis, Plaka, etc but you can always take the metro that is near. I suggest going by metro and coming back to the hotel by foot, it is really good! Regarding safety, I understand the concerns but didn't have any problem with it

The breakfast is from a 2 stars hotel and there is no variety either much fruit
