Checked in and the vibe at the reception-bar area was mad chill. The staff were super friendly always smiling and big thanks for the upgrade! The hotel’s got that cozy feel definitely coming back again.

The location was good as we walked everywhere we want to go, for example the Acropolis, shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Breakfast was fantastic, many food choice s to select from. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful with where to go/what to see and restaurant recommendations. The check in/out process was quick and easy.

The walkway in front of the. Breakfast line was very narrow and there needed to be more places to put my tray to get my food.

Initially this review was going to be negative in nature as a few (minor) things going wrong were compounding to be an inconvenience. However the fabulous team resolved things superbly and went from strength to strength to deliver an exceptional stay. In particular, John from Guest Relations and Narissa in the Reception Team went above and beyond. The hotel is a great location and has an amazing vice. But it's the Moxy Crew that make the stay and the difference.

Breakfast area can become very busy and difficult to find seats at peak times. The team can be a bit too eager in clearing unfinished breakfast from a table when you have just gone back to the food bar to make additional selections. Appreciate they are trying to ensure tables are made available, given my first point, but can be frustrating to come back and see unfinished breakfast cleared away.

Nice clean rooms with great staff who were friendly and helpful. Assisted us in getting a transfer to the hotel and provided a tired 3 yr old a great experience. The breakfast was very good even if the bacon was a little strange.

Whilst the location it self is great i would advise you get transport or taxis around the city as once you walk a little distance from the hotel some of the areas feel very run down. But this is not a reason not to choose this hotel.

Great location just steps from the metro station so we could easily get around. We came from the cruise port and left via the airport and it was easy to get to and from both. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was just a bit of a walk (~10 minutes) to a greater selection of restaurants than the ones in the immediate area of the hotel which we didn’t rate very highly. No kettle in the room. The Hop on-Hop off bus stopped near the hotel which was handy for us.

Cleaning service would come late at around 5 p.m. Two days in a row when we came to rest, they wanted to clean our room at that moment. We told them that we wanted to rest, but the cleaning lady told us that she finished her work. Only the first day we had cleaning service, the second day not.

The hotel is an ideal choice in many respects. Perfectly located in the city center, it caters both to business travelers and those on vacation. The staff is friendly and very helpful, ensuring that everything is in place so you can truly experience a modern and unique sense of hospitality.

The staff are outstanding. They’re professional but personable. Amazingly helpful. Just super cool, really patient but also kind. I’d stay there again just because the staff were so good. I didn’t get their names but George was super helpful.

Staff was great especially the housekeeping. Rooms were cleaned every day. Excellent location.

Rooms are small but nothing to do about that. Breakfast was advertised at 15 euro per guest. We found great breakfast between 8 and 10 euro elsewhere.

The ideal position to visit Athens by foot or taking the metro nearby. The breakfast. Staff was very nice. The option to leave our luggage after checkout till we went to the airport. The size of the room. Very clean. The safe in the room is always useful.
