Staff were lovely! Location was very central. 10-15 mins walk to Acropolis and main tourist locations. Great bakery and restaurants around the hotel.

1)Wifi was almost non-existent. :( The wifi in a rural area of Greece was waaaay better. Expected a better wifi considering it is in central Athens. 2)They don’t change the linens daily. Even when there was an obvious dirt due to accidental spillage.

The location is excellent—close to the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops, and within walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and a shopping center. The suite was spacious and included a complimentary macaron, which was a lovely gesture. The staff were exceptional—very helpful and supportive. I had an issue with my luggage at the airport, and they worked closely with me until it was resolved.

The only drawback was the recommendation for the city sightseeing bus. There are actually three different companies offering Hop-On Hop-Off services, and one of them includes a free extra day and cover all Athens. Unfortunately, I was guided toward the most expensive that cover part of Athens and , which didn’t offer the benefit on a second free day. I only had two days in the city, and I took the bus on the second day. Had I known about the free extra day offer, I would have taken the bus on my first day to explore the downtown and used the second day for sightseeing more comfortably. Other than that everything was great

Room was a good size with a comfy king size bed. The rain shower (also had jets too) was great after long days out walking. It was right on top of the Omania underground railway station so it’s easy to get to and from the hotel. Lots of eateries around and a lovely big fountain in the middle of the round about.

Given its location on a big roundabout I would suggest that it should have block out curtains in the windows. This would reduce the lights from the outside but also reduce traffic noise. A few dishes at the breakfast were only warm not hot when self served - food was generally nice but making the food hot would improve the outcome.

The location is fantastic .. hotel is right there when you stepped out of the metro! And in the heart of the square, so easy to get around. And the breakfast menu is really delicious to start you off for the day!

The elevators were quite small but that's a very minor issue.

I always view a rooms bathroom before booking as I believe this gives me a good indication of what the room and rest of the hotel will be like. This hotel had a good size, clean bathroom. The room was also of adequate size for an overnight stopover. Nice touch in the fridge - 2 macaroons. Front desk very professional, all staff pleasant. Breakfast ok, great view of the square. Check in / check out very smooth.

We were checked in earlier. Staff and receptionists are super helpful and kind. They made our stay perfect even though there were small things we wouldn't like. Perfect location. All facilities on place. Good breakfast. Nice view on fountain. Metro station just below the hotel. Very convenient. A lot of shops, restaurants nearby. 20min walking distance to all main sightseeing.

There is a need for improvement in cleanliness in rooms. Noise from the street. Didn't bother us much but for some sound sensitive people it might be a disaster. Lifts are extremely small. We were using only staircase.

Central location, next to the Metro Omonia. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could check in a bit earlier without any problem. We asked for a quiet room (Omonia is noisy) - and got one. The bathroom was the best part of the room - with a funny toilet looking like a chamber pot! The breakfast was fabulous with a large selection of food. The Omonia square is just a 15 minutes walk from the more lively Monastriki area, and it is easy to take the metro to the airport (very packed, hot and takes more than an hour).

The room was in the back, spacious burt a bit dark and sparsely furnished. The bed was only 140 cm! A hotel like this should install sound proof doors - a bit noisy.

Everything was fantastic including reception staff team and security.

The parking is not under the hotel is a private parking 3-4 minutes away and at night quite hard to be found. Also , I asked for gluten free bread and one of the breakfast attendees was really careless when I asked why the break is been toasted as I want plain, not toasted bread 🍞 as toasted is very bad taste and cannot be eaten. She just waved her shoulders like saying - it is what it is our break is frozen and toasted on request.

Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast (tea is also available which was great for me), comfortable bed. The convenient location of the hotel and the nearest subway station (which are super close to each other) makes getting around Athens truly hassle-free. And all of that for a decent price!
