Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Central location, strategic to sightseeing sites & easy access to the metro. Good working air condition cooling. Overall our stay was pleasant.

We can't think of anything we didn't really like about this hotel. I don't understand those negative opinions. Neighbourhood like others, for example Kreuzberg in Berlin. This hotel is a safe tower. We we're not bothered by anyone, even late at night.

Was very clean, very good shower, comfortable beds and pillows, AC. Very close to the metro and center and in general you can find many things around like to eat to buy etc. For us it was just one night before our flight, so I think it’s very good option.

Indeed, as was mentioned before on this street some « service ladies » but it’s just one spot and in 30 seconds you are in a good area. Visually it might be not comfortable, but nobody touch you or hurt you.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was also a cleaning lady who was very polite and regularly asked if we needed anything. The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it was great value for the money. There’s a souvlaki shop right next to the hotel, and about the location: it’s just a 1-minute walk from Omonia Square and about 10 minutes from Monastiraki.

The location is probably the biggest downside—not just for this hotel, but for most hotels in Omonia. The area has a visible presence of drug use, prostitution, and even people walking around partially or fully naked. Personally, it didn’t bother me much, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children. It also felt a bit unsafe at times, although nothing happened to us. (if u are a girl travelling alone I don’t recommend Omonia at all, pay a little bit more and stay in better location) Nights were very noisy due to the street activity. As for the room, it was extremely small, especially the bathroom. The bathroom had a glass door—not see-through, but not completely private either, so you could still kind of tell what the other person was doing

Small room, but comfy bed, clean; AC worked well, so did Wi-Fi, and the staff was very friendly. Also, the hotel's location is perfect - a 2-minute walk to Omonia metro station, a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square, a very nice bakery 300m next to the hotel, and many 24/7 small shops around the hotel. I would definitely come back when in Athens. Definitely recommend to solo travelers.

Omonia area - yes, the area is not the best, as said in some other reviews, with some homeless people there, but I felt totally safe and would actually say the street looked exactly the same as the majority of streets in the greater center area of Athens, so I definitely recommend this hotel.

It was full worth the price The rooms were new,good internet,quiet,because it was in a side street.300 m from a big square and metro station.Cheap breakfast,small supermarket and a lot of snackbars nearby. 1 km walking or 1 metro station to the acropolis. For me it was safe.It is in the center of the city,People sit outside on chairs or are talking,if they do not have balconys.I know this from other cities.There are also much more expensive hotels in this area.You have everywhere in the city bagging people.It was not more here.They renew the foothpath actually,but no problem. The hotel was great. For the money I could not have expected more. The rooms were clean and tidy and modern looking with a maid service each day that we stayed. We were based on the forth floor but there was a small lift to take us up to our room after spending all day wandering around Athens. In the interest of full disclosure, the only real downside is the location - which is a little seedy to say the least. That being said, this wasn't even a problem as we were out doing touristy stuff during the day, so we only had to walk a short way though it and in the evening we were too knackered to go out anyway!. All things considered, I would stay here again if I revisit Athens.

Room was available early, upon arrival in the morning. Location is very close to the meat- and fish-market. Subway station is very close, Syntagma is only 2 stops away. Wifi was good. Bed was very comfortable. The towels were nice and soft.

There was no refrigerator in the room. In the street of the hotel there are lots of prostitutes and drog addicts. Especially in the evening, but also during the day. You have to leave the room key at the reception. No view from the window, only walls.

Daily cleaning, staff is nice and helpful and location is close to everything.

Kinda looks sketchy outside in the evening, but the people outside are pretty harmless, even if they are on hard times. My partner was catcalled when she went out alone, but nothing serious happened. I was never even looked at by anyone, so everyone complaining must never have seen people addicted to drugs before. Taxis/Ubers are cheap, so just take a taxi when it gets close to midnight if you find the area uncomfortable.

The hotel has 24 hr reception with very friendly staff. Rooms are clean with new little bathroom area, an airco and in our room, a little refridgerator. The hotel is only a few minutes walking away from the Omonia square were public transportation, shops and restaurants are located. In the hallway is a vending machine with cold water and snacks.

The room was practical but not homely and could use a splash of color. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. No breakfast is served, but in the direct area a lot of small cafés and other hotels with buffets are available. The streets in the direct area will be upgraded in the next years, but are now not well known. Although we did not feel unsafe or experienced any trouble, we choose not to walk alone in the evening. It is good to know, but if you don't travel alone, don't let this stop you from booking this nice hotel on a practical location.

The property was clean and well maintained, especially considering the price. Overall an amazing price to quality ratio for this hotel.

Only real "issue" for me was the location. Right around the corner from the hotel there are prostitutes and drug users weren't too far away either. Realistically they were no problem, since it was a 1-2 minute walk to the metro from the hotel door.
