The flat was really good, clean, and a great value for money. The location is very central and very easy to find.

Because of the Alexandras Avenue, the accommodation was really noisy. Also, the flat door is not soundproof either; I could hear people in the corridor as if they were in the flat. A small improvement could be the check-in process. I had not received the code despite arriving three hours after the check-in time, so I had to call the concierge.

The building was fantastic. Very clean, and modern with a nice small kitchenette. There was enough storage room for our luggage and the bed was really comfortable. The location was mostly good, next to a really nice and large park over the road and every day we walked to wherever we were heading like the Acropolis. It also was relatively easy for the taxi to drop us off and pick us up for the airport.

While the building was fantastic and pristine, the area it was located was not so and it did make me and my partner a bit concerned, especially because some of the graffiti was bigotted. That said, nothing happened and we saw no-one that made us concerned. And not too far away there were a lot of police in Riot gear every day. The TV didn't have (or at least we couldn't find) any streaming apps on it to watch additional content. But, we only looked for something the first night after we arrived - after that we were out and about too much to really bother with TV.

The apartment is at a good location with the park across the street and a neighborhood with plenty small shops, cafes, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The city bus tour station was 10 min walk away to go to all the main tourist locations in Athens. At the apartment; having the balcony was a great addition allowing lots of light into the apartment. The availability of washing machine was great.

The street is noisy when opening the balcony door. the bedrooms are small with tight space around the bed. The essentials are there in the kitchen but not much for those who like to prepare their own food.

The building is fantastic, modern with luxurious touches. The apartment was amazing - Very clean, spacious and modern with a nice small kitchenette. Very nice and modern bathroom and so comfortable bed! The fridge was equipped with a bottle of water, the kitchen had complimentary coffee, sugar and some nice snack bars, which was a nice gesture. The location is mostly good (depending on where you want to go) next to a really nice and large park over the road, walkable distance (10-15 minutes) to some central parts of Athens (Kolonaki, Exarcheia). Excellent service and communication with the staff. Great value for money. Definitely recommended for all kind of travellers!

Location, cleanliness, modern furnishings of the apartment, proximity to parking

We were with a 3-year-old child. The door could not be closed from the inside, so we were worried that at night the child could open the door himself and go out. So my husband slept on the sofa in the living room. The sofa mattress is of terrible quality for an adult. My husband did not sleep for 2 nights. For children over 2/3 years old, it is imperative to have the option to put an extra bed in the bedroom. We are going to book an apartment again for April, and because of these shortcomings, we do not want to book with you again. If you will have the option to put an extra bed (as in all hotels) and you make it possible to close the appartment from the inside, write under the review, then we will book an apartment with you again.

Great location and view. Large space and plenty of room in the apartment. Great partnership for breakfast delivery. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook a few meals during my stay also. The balcony furniture was very comfortable and it was lovely to be able to enjoy the park view.

TV in the bedroom wouldnt allow for You Tube App to cast, only in the living area. I was supposed to travel with a collegue, I am glad she couldnt make it as the second bedroom has an electricity box that continue to flash all night long and this would have been awful for me if I was staying in the room as it lit up the whole room in the dark, and the constant flickering and flashing meant I had to keep the door closed and blinds down when I was watching TV etc.

The apartment was beautiful, outstanding actually. The owner responds quickly and went out of their way to be helpful. Really comfortable with everything you need for your stay. It’s also very close to everything. Highly recommend and we would love to stay again. Everything is new and clean, plus they provide thoughtful extras, we really appreciated the tea and coffee left for us. And also loved the quality bathroom products, in fact I loved the products so much I bought some at the airport. Thank you so much.

Nothing, the apartment was perfect

The balcony, compact kitchen, bed,.fountain shower and large TV's were all fantastic! Perfect, secure location and facilities, and the roof top lounge is a must. Yes next door is derelict however, if you look closely you'll see it's an abandoned open air theatre. Fascinating to see and imagine the history of it. A 2 minute walk from the most delicious deli bakery (think pastries, pies, cakes, bread, salads, breakfast, coffees, ice cream and more) and also a pharmacy and small mini mart. A 5 minute walk down the road you'll find the bustling area of Exarchia, full of high quality, low price restaurants, bars and shops, easy to spend hours in. A 10 minute walk gets you to Victoria metro station (2 stops from Monastiraki and Acropolis) or the hop on hop off red bus. Apartment is cleaned every 2 days and supplies topped up (dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs etc) Staff always on hand via whatsapp, seamless first time access and check out, small hiccup at collecting our luggage on the last day but immediately rectified within 5 minutes (door code had expired, got a new one) We will 100% be back.

The bathroom light is on a timer/movement sensor and switches off after 2/3 minutes when you're in the shower, so you have to open the shower door multiple times to wave your arm around to turn it back on. Not a massive deal, just a bit annoying! The table and chairs, and the sofa are quite uncomfortable.

Very modern and well organised rooms, very friendly house keeping, very easy and comfortable access to the apartment. A short distance from the hotel is the train station making it easy to get around but even easier is to get a taxi. Just wave to them on the street and they stop with no waiting time.

Only issue is the empty building site, part of the hotel building to the right of the hotel entrance, which seems to be up for rent but isn’t looked after. Its part of the hotel building and therefore does not give a good impression at first.

The apartment was very clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant 😊 Great location if you are happy to walk.

The noise of the traffic made it very difficult to sleep. We thought we had the use of the sofa bed but unfortunately, due to miscommunication, we had to wait until the second night to use it. The ' flashing lights' in the main living area can be very annoying to the person sleeping on the sofa bed.
