A new hotel, opened last week. Very spacious rooms, with planty of storage place. Good air conditioning and the rooms is equiped with a small kitchnet with everything needed. The showers and toilets are great, all very clean. The receptionist was very helpful and informative, helped us with everything needed, and gave us great recommendations. As the hotel is new the parking was not operational yet, but he helped us with finding a spot right next to the hotel. The online check in went smoothly. The location is central, with nice restaurants and bars nearby, and within short walking distance from the metro

We were truly impressed by the apartment – we received a very spacious and beautifully furnished room. The entire interior feels modern and high-quality, with a brand-new bathroom featuring Grohe fixtures, along with fragrant soaps and conditioner provided. We really appreciated the small touches like bottled water and coffee in the room. The beds were extremely comfortable – we slept wonderfully. A huge bonus was the option to park directly in the building for €15 – parking in Athens can be a real challenge, so this was a major advantage. Spotlessly clean, equipped with modern technology, and clearly no expense was spared when it comes to quality. Simply put: we recommend it 1000%! 👌

It was right next to a lovely large green park, perfect to take the baby out in and not feel like you’re in a big, chaotic city. Also loved that to get right to the centre of Athens within a 30 min walk and, of course, could be done a lot quicker with the metro which was a 5 minute walk. Was very pleased that there was private parking at the hotel, it made for an even calmer stay as I didn’t have to worry about where I would park the car with a very young baby. Nice little gem to know about, I’ll certainly be back for any future Athens stays.

Excellent location and easy to get there. Also, I liked that I arrived very late in the night and still all the doors were password-based so I could easily enter the building without meeting someone.

There was supposed to be parking there, but it wasn't obvious where it was so I parked elsewhere. Perhaps there are some sports exactly outside the building, but both of them were taken at the time. This should be disclaimed in the hotel's booking page so that people know what to expect and plan accordingly.

A newly renovated and conveniently located hotel, just a short walk from Plateia Agiou Georgiou (Saint George Square). Room 503 was spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming.

The room feels quite exposed to the weather, as it only has glass windows without any protective screens. Installing insect screens would make it more comfortable, especially for guests who want to keep the windows open. Also, there were no sheets provided—only a heavy winter duvet, which isn’t suitable for the warmer months. Lastly, the bathroom lacks any heating, so it might be uncomfortably cold during winter.

We loved the location for a look at different part of Athens for a one night extended stay. It was near Saint Giorgio’s square that has cute cafes, restaurants, and gelato. Also near Fokionos Negri street which is an iconic street for gathering and just hanging by out at sidewalk cafes. Figleaf is an adorable boutique hotel and the suite was comfortable. Appreciate the bottled water and coffee in the room. The price was great on a last minute booking! Communication was great and very responsive. Loved the vibe in the library with music and vibrant colors! We were super grateful for the luggage storage closet they had available when we arrived hours before check in so we did not have to traipse it with us. Host offered great restaurant suggestions as well

Nothing.

The staff were great. They took care of my doughther in a marvolous way with all the respect. They met all her requests. They treated her in a friendly manner when she arrived in the middle of the night. At one point in the middle of the night they even stayed with me to wait for a friend to arrive on a day when the taxi drivers were on strike. I highly recommend them. I would like to mention the owner of the apartments, Mr. Tarek, and Aris, the reception manager, who were simply amazing.

The hotel was clean. The check-in & check-out process was really smooth and fast. You are given pin numbers in order to enter the hotel and the rooms. The hotel is in the center of Athens and as such everything (shops and public transportation) is really close. There was not any nice view of the city but when traveling for business or leisure you don't care about that too much.

A tiny complaint I have is that the beds were really hard (this is subjective and some people like them hard) and the pillows were extremely hard and large - probably for elephants :D (it is likely that because they were new and not used so much). As such, I had difficulty sleeping in these beds. I would suggest the owners to have a look at it and even try to sleep in these pillows and beds in order to verify the comfort. In any case I will choose the hotel again if needed to be in the center of the city.

Indoor, on site , safe garage parking available in the city center, spacious rooms, comfortable beds AWESOME staff. The owner Tarek was always available, extremely welcoming and helpful, suggested where to go and how to best enjoy the city. Aris who works reception was ready to offer suggestions on seeing the historical sites. Room was modern (newly renovated) and had fridge, kettle and coffee and tea.

Entrance to the garage is 1.80 so I had to take the luggage box off to enter, but it was not at all a problem and would rather park on site in a safe garage than not. Just to let future travelers know ahead of time.

The room was clean and aesthetically easy on the eyes. The location perfect for moving around in the city and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom despite the problem I mentioned was modern and well put together.

There was no reception despite mentioning it in the website, the shower handle was unstable and it was falling on the floor and the door was not closing perfectly so the soundproofing to the hallway wasn't ideal. We stayed at 403 which is a deluxe room.
