We had a wonderful time staying here during our trip to Greece. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained – everything felt fresh and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was truly a pleasure to stay in such a cozy and peaceful environment. The staff were absolutely lovely – always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Greece. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Key to the front lobby door did not work too well and caused some grief a few times. The kitchen sink has a leak and we had to clean up wet floor a few times.

the water wasn't hot, and the internet was very bad, and they took us to another apartment, not we booked

The balcony space and the location

The lady who had been communicating via WhatsApp suddenly disappeared and stopped responding to messages. The last message she sent was Hello? To which I replied politely with information about our flight status and estimated arrival time. She didn't see or answer this message. When we landed I had to look on booking.com to find an alternative contact number. I was then forwarded a lot of instructions on how to collect the key. Please be aware that the apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no working elevator, quite dangerous stairs for little ones and no floor number or numbered doors. The initial sight of the apartment was disappointing. It was quite grubby. we had to search through cupboards to find bedding. The was no heating except by using air-con which blowed out a mix of hot and cold, not very warming. The kitchen is bare basics. No toaster, no hot water. There was a cream cleaning product left on the stove which made me think the stove was damaged until I used it and realised the marks were coming off. No plug to use bathtub, just a temerpramental shower head which was cracked. No toilet paper or bidet to wash after using toilet, shoukd have at least one or the other! On the last day it rained heavily and the living room ceilimg started leaking. All in all it really was just a place to sleep, nothing more. Not an enjoyable stay at all. Athens itself on the other hand was beautiful and the locals so welcoming.
