I did like the staff there, most if not all of them were very friendly. As well loved the room, with a few minor gripes that I'll put below but it wasn't some huge for me to dislike the place, plus breakfast looked amazing.

Well one of the things I didn't like was when I first got to athens to call them back for email verification I believe, she practically brushed me off and told me to basically wait until midnight to do the email verification. That and for some odd reason there was only one key in the entire room that wasn't the room key for locking stuff and it was only applicable to my room.

The studio apartment with a balcony setup was great, the A/C worked great, and the staff were down to earth, polite, and hospitable. There's plenty of little shops nearby open till late, and there's a pizzeria next door along with a cafe across the road. Also, all the main attractions in central athens are within 20 mins walk of the hotel. All the staff speak English, which is a bonus for sure as we didn't speak Greek.

The surrounding area is not the best. However, the city's roads are being rebuilt. In addition, safety wise, there were no issues at all. In almost 2 weeks, no one bothered us.

The 1 bedroom apartment was great. Particularly thrilled that there was a separate AC for each room. Updated design and furnishings and super clean. Also, the staff were excellent...friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and a convenience store within a few steps.

Nothing....everything was great. The location was a slight bit away from the bustling downtown area but plenty of buses (10 min) or a 4 euro taxi ride. I easily walked into the center once, but because of the heat, I relied on buses and cabs.

close to local shops, easy to walk to where ever we needed to be. easy to order food and get delivery. excellent TV and great wifi. Also had a lift which was helpful.

we didn’t get pillows until after the first night and the stove top is rather small so can only use one pot at a time as two pans didn’t fit together.

Second time I’ve stayed here. This time I had an apartment, with four beds. It was perfect for our group, and had everything I needed. The staff were all lovely, giving advice on what to do and where to go, as well as providing safe storage for my case as I had a late flight.

We couldn’t get the safe to work, the staff really helped to try and get it working though. In the end we coped without it.

At first I was worried because of the location but when I entered I discovered a small, clean, beautiful and well maintained hotel.The reception guy greeted me with a smile and super kind service. The room is big and clean and has everything you need! including Netflix There is a restaurant and a mini market near the hotel so that makes it easier The Breakfast has an extra charge, I chose this option and indeed the food is delicious with lovely service! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The 2 bedroom apartment offered plenty of space for us and a bottle of water was great to have on arrival. It's about a 20-30 minute walk to the Acropolis. It's even closer to the natural history museum. We only stayed one night on our way to Naxos. I highly recommend getting a private 2 hour tour of Athens via tripadvisor. That was well worth it. We could get out and explore and then hop back into the air conditioning to escape the 40 C heat and we saw things and views we otherwise would not have had time to see or do.

Breakfast started at 7:30 and we needed to leave then. A 7:00 start would have helped us but it was ok. We got breakfast on the Ferry.

Suitable for our one night stay Breakfast was ok and a reasonable price. Staff were helpful and we were able to have a late check out. Staff were able to organise transport for us. Bathroom and shower were excellent.

A long way from airport so would not recommend public transport when arriving at night. Lift was very tiny. Whole of Athens seems to be covered in graffiti. On arrival we did feel uncomfortable as the area felt a little unsafe.

spacious rooms with very clean toilets and a nice balcony on both sides. also loved the fact that there was plenty of free parking in front of the property. the area was very safe generally.

would have been nice to have some sugar/coffee/tea bags and a bottle of water on the first day to welcome the guests. saves a trip to stores in the night when folks come late

The owners are the kindest people you will meet. we had a lovely time, the rooms are comfortable and everything is taken care of swiftly and smoothly.

I’d recommend this place to men, not to women. And I wouldn’t recommend it to a first time traveler or visitor to Athens. The direct environment of the hotel is fine but the broader neighborhood is one of the worser parts of Athens. You will see a lot of drug addicts and other weird stuff in the hood. We didn’t feel unsafe but it is advised to take a cab to get back to the hotel after dark.
