The host is very kind and enthusiastic. He gave us some good recommendations nearby and was always available to help. Service was great (very nice showergel, fresh towels and bed linnens, espresso's before we left). When you enter the building, you will find the most beautiful little courtyard. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and nice. Our favorite part was the amazing shower with great water pressure as well as temperature. However, we also enjoyed our little balcony which was a nice spot to enjoy the evening sun.

The neighbourhood could profit from more gentrification, like projects such as this, since there are quite a few of abandoned buildings. However Twin Circle Apartments is a true little gem, located just 20 mins (by foot) from the beautiful city centre.

We loved the room and the shared patio space in the middle of the rooms, we enjoyed sitting outside and chatting with our host George as well in the evening! The location is right in the city center so you are very close to everything and can walk around but it is a bit sketchy area since it's downtown but that's to be expected in a big city, just be careful out at night.

My only criticism would be the bed was not super comfortable and the bathroom has very little privacy for sharing a small space.

Great accommodation. Comfortable, clean, spacious and well-designed rooms, with character, and an excellent internal open-air courtyard for the enjoyment of guests. George is a warm, generous and very amiable host. The location is close to the Metro, which has fast and convenient access to other key neighbourhoods and destinations. It is a slightly sketchy area at night, but a secure and great place to stay. We loved it.

Lovely, newly renovated apartment in an owner-occupier complex in a residential neighbourhood; close but not too close to the busy tourist areas. We loved the neighbourhood which had plenty of local restaurants cafes, bakeries and little supermarkets and metro stations.

Loved the apartment and the only thing that could improve amenity might be having a fan/ceiling for hot weather.

George was awesome. Great communication, very friendly and accommodating. We even sat at the big table in the courtyard one night and had some drinks and great conversation with him, his lady and a man from Pakistan one night. At first, we had wished we had booked in Plaka, but after wandering around that, we were glad we were a short walk away from the sights and crowds.

It didn't bother us at all, but I can see if you were accustomed to only staying at high-end resorts, the neighborhood might come off as a little intimidating. We always felt perfectly safe however, and found many nice, little spots right around us as well.

This little boutique hotel is brand new. Very fine design and very comfortable. The owner george is amazing and took care of all our needs during our stay. We communicate with him before and during the stay and he was amazing. All is very very clean and well maintained. Very good AC (really raer in Athens) and really luxurious bathroom amenities.

It was a gem of an apartment. Very spacious for 2 /3 people but could fit more. It is spotless in every way even down to the gleaming wine glasses and cutlery. White good quality towels provided and tea and coffee very kindly left for us. Air con was excellent and we had a TV. Plenty of seating areas in apartment and the courtyard was very private and you could eat outside too. The metro is only a 5 min walk away and you can get to the main squares and sites very easily. There are also plenty of supermarkets and cafe bars nearby. The attention to detail just made this apartment so special and we felt very safe here. It is an oasis from the centre of Athens. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you George for being an amazing host .. our trip was wonderful

That we were only there for such a short time!

It was an ideal choice for us - the apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. We frequently enjoyed the charming courtyard, where we had breakfast or shared a glass of wine in the evening. The atmosphere was lovely, especially with the stunning tree growing from the center of the table! The host was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Having a supermarket around the corner was really convenient. I would definitely choose this apartment again if I revisit Athens!

In terms of location, the apartment was conveniently situated not far from different public transport options such as the metro, bus, and train. It provided quick access to the city center and main attractions. However, some nearby streets were a bit rough; we walked by a couple of times, especially in the evening when we, as women, were on our own. Although nothing happened, we didn't feel entirely comfortable. Nevertheless, walking to the metro or train station during the daytime was fine. Most evenings, we opted for a taxi or Uber, which was quite affordable.

We stayed here 2 nights before leaving Greece after a 3 week holiday. We love athens and discovering it every time we are here. This area is in full remodelling and is getting hyper with the second. The building was gorgeous, the shared patio super relaxing and peaceful, the room spotless and furnished to perfection. The owner very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!! Hidden gem!

modern and clean with great attention to detail and some nice touches. Close to tube which was an easy and cheap way to explore the city. The shower was luxurious. George met us as the door to ensure we knew how to get in and that was apreciated. The courtyard was a bonus.

I wish I had known we could get here easily on the tube (blue line) straight from the airport. Might have been nice to have a map of the most direct route from the property to the metro.
