First of all, the price was the best "Benefit/Cost" offer during my search for Athens. It has quite large reception/lobby area with 24 hours reception service. The Staff was so kind; smiling face and very helpful about everything you need. *The hotel has also a luggage room that you may leave your stuff even you arrive earlier or if you leave the town later, so that you may enjoy your day without carrying any luggage. In my opinion, the Hotel has such a good location that you may reach so easily by train/metro line directly from the Airport. Then you have only 1 min. of walking from the metro station of the square in order to arrive at hotel. The hotel has only 15-20 mins. of walking distance to the historical and touristic locations. You may easily take the metro as well, in order to reach every point of Athens. *I definitely advise to buy a "3 Days Ticket", so that you may use it during 3 days for all train/metro/tram/bus lines and then back to the Airport again. *You may find nice coffee shops around that square, so that you may take your morning coffee and/or also delicious bread products for the breakfast. *In the comments, it is said that there are a lot of homeless people around that zone; it is true but, they do not bother anyone for anything. So, considering the "Price/Benefit" issue, everything was ideal for the Hotel and for our stay during 3 days. It was a very good weekend. Thanks for everything..

All the staff were professional and really friendly and helpful.

It is what it is. €45 a night. Room was spotlessly clean. Good shower, small balcony to have a smoke. 100 metres to metro. 24 hr attended reception. Bed was comfortable. No bar or dining room but close to alternatives. Perfect for solo traveller, not if you are trying to impress if travelling as a couple. Day pass for metro/tram/ busses is €4.40, really good if you buy some things and want to head back for an hour to unload. Will stay there again.

Location is convenient to get to the metro, but not the nicest area to walk around.

After reading reviews I had my expectations really low. However, hotel actually was great! In every way. Stuff was super friendly, welcoming, always at desk available. Rooms are a bit old, but clean, comfy (beds and linens were great! we slept perfectly comfortably). Room has everything, including a small fridge, also of a very good quality. Bathroom was good, everything was functional. There always was hot water, good stream. Location is good: close to metro station, with couple of good cafes in the area. We saw couple of homeless people at night time, but no junkies, no scary stuff, that was described in other reviews. Really recommend, great quality for the price!

Moskitos. However, that is not on a hotel :) Just bring something with you (yes, even in November!)

Hotel itself was very comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms, cheap, but above all the staff were lovely. Everything was very clean too.

The area itself is one of the rougher parts of Athens, I'd recommend against inexperienced solo female travellers unless they've got a friend with them. However, in terms of getting to the hotel itself from the metro, the streets are safe, just try not to wander far unless you're inclined that way.

My flight was due to arrive around 23:30 and I knew what airlines were like so sure enough it was 1am by the time I was in the city and I was very pleased there was 24 hour check in and I didn't have to stress about that. The man at the front desk was like I'll need your ID to sort out the booking please help yourself to some water and the WiFi code while I sort that out which was very welcome. Every time you go in and out they ask you to leave your keycard at the front so I chatted a bit to the front desk folk and they were always very helpful and had good advice when my plans were a bit fuzzy like finding a taverna with live music etc The room itself was a good size with a balcony I could dry my towel and shorts etc off on after beach trips. The shower had good pressure.

I could hear the pipes when folk in other rooms were brushing their teeth/flushing the toilet whatever. There was a fridge in the room which was good but I think this is the first place I've ever stayed that didn't have a kettle or something like it in the room for boiling water. Minor stuff

Very great system for the keys. When you leave for the day, you give your key to the desk - this keeps it safe and means the cleaning ladies can come without disturbing you. What a fantastic system!

No fault of the accommodations, but this area can be a bit dangerous. If you are a single woman or have young children I would be careful walking the streets, as there are lots of addicts / homeless people. We saw a sleeping homeless man get pickpocketed just around the corner… the hotel is fantastic though!

The hotel's location was outstanding—directly across from the metro, which we needed every day, as all the main tourist attractions were just a short ride away. Using it was a breeze. The entire property was immaculate—huge thanks to the cleaning staff, who clearly take pride in their work. Our towels were refreshed daily, and the reception team was warm and welcoming.

The hotel itself was great—we didn’t encounter any issues. However, the neighborhood around it felt a bit worn down and could use some revival. On a positive note, one day (Wednesday) we arrived back to find an impromptu fruit market and bazaar right outside our door. It added a vibrant, unexpected touch to our stay—fresh produce, lively chatter, and a warm, community atmosphere made it a delightful surprise.

Hotel is definitely dated, but I am impressed what was done with it. Owners definitely tried to make it more modern, more typical of what you can often find common today. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was kept clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious and had free cosmetics available. I had room on the very top floor, so I had big balcony. View was nothing great, but it was there. WiFi worked perfectly the entire time. Easy check in and check out. Localization is great, metro station was super close. It absolutely fulfiled my needs and was exactly what I would expect from a hotel. Which is why I recommend it, as long as you do not expect your hotel to be fancy.

The hotel is very central, 2 minutes walk from a subway stop. The cost is very reasonable, staff are friendly and efficient, and there are options for convenience stores and restaurants all within a block or two. It's only a 20 minute stroll (or 3 metro stops) up to the bustling and central Syntagma Square in the heart of Athens, and that opens up plenty of options for shopping, eating, and getting to the Acropolis or to the Plaka district, both just 5 minutes further away. Likewise the port is only about 20 minutes away on the subway if you're taking a day trip out to one of the nearby islands. Rooms are air-conditioned, which is great in the summer heat, and also have a small fridge in them for anything you want to keep cool. The hotel will also happily hang onto your bags after checkout in a secure room if you have a long while before you need to head to the airport or similar.

The shower is a bit small, but that is the only complaint.
