Our large apartment was attractive and comfortable. It had laundry, simple cooking and dishwasher facilities. There is an infinity pool on the roof, which would be fantastic in summer with a view to the Acropolis and the roof garden was pleasant even in winter, also parking and a gym. Location is very good - close to a metro station and many excellent local restaurants, as well as minimarts for picking up basic groceries. It’s possible to walk to the agora in 20 minutes, although the metro is generally faster for other attractions.

We had a big apartment for 5 people on the 6th floor. The apartment was modern and clean, with 2 bathrooms and a big balcony. Good wifi and airconditioning. Very little noise. Nice rooftop pool. Very helpful staff - answers whatsapp immediately (no physical reception). Supermarket 3-4 minutes walk and the metro even closer. (You can reach city centre in less than 10 minutes from leaving the apartment.) Some guests mention that the area is a little rough at night - we felt completely safe, but didn’t walk alone at night ( as is normal in most big cities) Over all, very recommendable!

Improvement suggestions: The kitchen is a little scarcely equipped - for instance no “big” knives for bread and meat and no scissors. It would be nice with one or two sunchairs to make better use of the balcony.

Our family of four adults and two kids booked the three bedroom apartment for four nights. It was very convenient to the metro station for our arrival. The apartment is huge, clean and well fitted out. Very security conscious features throughout the whole complex made us feel safe and secure. We all had tons of space in the apartment to chill out and rest. All the equipment and inclusions were top quality. We took advantage of the washing machine, thanks! The rooftop pool was a real bonus, there was a heatwave in Athens during our stay, and it was so good to be able to really cool down. The staff who we met were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and helped us set up a WhatsApp contact with the apartment contacts. There were plenty of cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the immediate area as well as quite a few mini marts. Thank you for providing an outstanding accommodation for my family.

Not far from the apartment there are many drug addicts in the streets. It is sad, and not unique just to this area of Athens. It did not affect our high regard for the Mosaico apartment.

Our two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, two adults, a toddler and a baby. It was so clean and tidy, with daily room cleans and restocks. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine especially and the washing machine with clothes horse to dry our clothes on the balcony. The location is not quite central but it’s a very short walk to metro where you can reach all the sites easily. You can also walk into the town centre in around 20 mins. There are a few small supermarkets very close to the accomodation and a large supermarket a five minute walk. Everything was perfect! Thank you

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great, the black out curtains made it feel like a comfy pod for sleep. The rooftop pool with view was terrific during the heat wave. This was a wonderful value for the cost. I would absolutely recommend for families! Staff were really nice and helpful but its meant to run as a kind of self serve where you don’t interact with staff much - self check in, etc.

I wish the pool was open a couple hours later. The neighborhood was fine - we never felt unsafe. Easy to use metro and quick stops to even more central areas. But the neighborhood wasn’t charming- it was - gritty. I was happy to be where we were but if your expectations are a charming old neighborhood it isn’t that. But the property more than makes up for that.

Apartment was great. Really clean and comfortable. We’d been a bit concerned about the area having read negative reviews. Yes it was a bit run down but so is lots of Athens and we never felt unsafe even though we are in our late sixties. It’s really convenient for the metro and a hop on hop off bus stop. There are some really good restaurants nearby - Manolis, Thinalos - as well as loads of cafes, bars and snack bars

It would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture - great balcony but nothing on it - although easy enough to put dining chairs out there. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice as would a second bedside table and lamp - but really very minor things - great apartment!

I really loved the property, it was nice and cool (which is needed in the hot Athens summertime!), it was very clean and spacious, the housekeeping lady was super friendly and I had everything I needed. Pool access was easy and view of the Acropolis great - nice and refreshing for sure! Also probably the safest place I have ever stayed in, with doors locking automatically once you are in the room. Felt very comfortable and safe and happy!

The only big negative point is the WIFI - it is terrible and did not work for me at all - I couldn't even access Whatsapp or Instagram, let alone work meetings etc. Please fix your Wifi and you would get 10/10 from me!!

The location was good. Its a little run down, or maybe "up and coming" but really close to the metro, and there are many places to grab a snack or a coffee. The rooms were fine, good size apartment with balcony. Pool up top was great for an early morning or late evening dip. Kitchen was well equipped with hardware, kettle, Nespresso, diswasher, cooker.

The lighting in our apartment was not very cozy, the living room could do with a lamp. The kitchen comes with plenty of hardware, and pots and pans, but no utensils to take advantage of it. There was no bread knife, or anything to cut large items ( Melon ) No tea towels. There was a washing machine but nothing to air clothes on. There was no where in the apartment with a full length mirror

The apartment is in a great location, a few minutes to the metro making it a good location for exploring Athens sites. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very attentive responding to messages within minutes. We especially liked that the apartment was quiet and very secure. The rooftop pool with a view of the Acropolis was great. Overall, the flat was well-equipped and comfortable and I'd definitely recommend it. My only complaint was that the Wifi was quite slow.

AC worked well. Location was very near Metro. Great kitchen with stove and microwave. Also, large size refrigerator and freezer was great. Great electronic shades to block exterior light. Nice balcony. Had pool access on upper floor. Staff also got room ready early to help us since we were arriving on an international flight.

Internet worked well most of the time but did have some periods where it was not working well. Could have used some small side tables in the bedrooms to put phones, etc. on at night.
