There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the apartment. Maybe the area it is in but that's if you were being extremely picky. You are not that far from a few restaurants etc and use the FreeNow app to get around and you can get around the city for a relatively cheap amount. The apartment has everything you could need and more. Extremely tastefully decorated and nice little touches such as welcome water,coffee pods and pop. Thank god for the air con in the midst of an Athens heatwave.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the location is great near to the metro station and also the receptionists are very helpful ( Chris and Georgia👍)

We liked everything!) Really nice apartment, very comfortable bed, enough space for two people. Everything was convenient and even more than expected! In the bathroom, there were shower gels, shampoos, and a hairdryer. There was also a fridge with some light refreshments kindly provided — a very nice gesture. A small coffee machine and a kettle were also available. The TV worked well, and we appreciated the blackout blinds since our room faced the sunny side. And most importantly, the air conditioning was a real lifesaver in such hot weather! A very polite young man welcomed us at reception — thank you to him! He kindly let us check in early and gave us helpful advice.

The boat got into contact with us and provided all the information necessary to access the accommodation. It was a large room, clean and modern with all the amenities we could hope for. In a busy part of Athens that is well connected to public transport and easy to get everywhere. The bed was very comfortable, however due to being in a busy area street noise and noise from the apartment was a small issue.

The accommodation only provided a thin sheet to sleep with. We would have preferred at least a blanket as the room is too hot without the aircon but hard to sleep under a sheet with the aircon on.

The room is big with a very comfortable bed. The staff is very helpful and nice. You feel safe in the building. Close to the metro station and you can reach the center easily. They provided water which was very nice to have.

The area is not safe, and I don’t recommend to walk around or to go towards the city center by foot, especially if you are only women. My friend had her passport stolen at the metro station in this area (the police told me this about this area). It is a noisy area as well.

Extremely comfortable bed and good quality bedding. The balcony was big as well as the TV. The room had everything for a very comfortable stay. The metro station is just around the corner and there is a kiosk even closer that sells drinks and snacks.

Really happy overall, but I just wished the shower had more power. If you could increase the pressure, it would be perfect.

The room was very nice and big and had all the amenities you would need. The check in progress and check out was easy and the staff was helpful. It’s quite close to town, around 10-15 minutes and the furthest we had to walk was around 40 min so it’s easy getting to all the must see sites in Athens by foot.

The hotel was quite noise, we could both hear the traffic outside quite loudly. There is also not much soundproofing between rooms, we could hear a lot of noise from the rooms above or next to us which sometimes kept us up at night a bit. Even though the hotel is also quite central the area around it is a bit sketchy.

The apartment was amazing, new, big and comfortable. The view of Acropolis from balcony was very nice. Location is very close to metro station and also walking distance (15min) to city center. Moreover the apartment was pretty quiet compared to other apartments we stayed in during our visit in Athens so that was a plus. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, we only missed coffee machine. The apartment had some negatives, which I am listing below, but I believe they can all be fixed and those we would probably stay there again.

The wifi was really terrible. When we went to bed in the evening we found lots of hair in the bed. Also the bed sheets had many stains on them, thus we did not feel very comfortable sleeping in this bed. Shower has no walls or curtains thus when you shower the whole bathroom is completely wet. The last thing was that we were missing some hangers for our clothes, we asked the owner who promised to bring us some but it never happened.

The apartment is spacious and has the amenities guests need for a comfortable stay. The whole check-in and check-out procedures are easy. Christos at the reception is very helpful and he responded the best way to every single need I had. Definitely a good value for money.

Clean hotel, very nice staff at reception. Room was really quiet and was not disturbed by any other guest or rooms. We had a view on Acropolis. The bathroom had spacious shower enclosure. The location was fine in terms of being as close to metro (2min) and walking distance to city centre (15-20min). However we found the neigbourhood of Monastiraki dirty with lots of abandoned buildings, that might not be very comfortable for late night walks for some (especially lone) travellers. But this has nothing to do with the hotel itself. We didn't mind the location's cons and got used to it after 1st day. The hotel is convenient choice for the price.
