I love the location of the hotel (about 20 minutes of walk from Synatgma square) and how is at the good Crossroad between the urban and rural part, with bus and metro stations positioned at the very decent distances. There's also the park, about a mile of running North West from a hotel (which has an archeological site of Plato's Academy), where you can do exercises during the day, while enjoying in beautiful view of avenues filled with trees of Oranges, lemons and mandarines. Also, the rooms are large and the beds so comfortable, that I didn't wish to get up in the morning. The staff is helpful, if you need an advice about visiting the locations within the city or outside of Athens, while the food (breakfast) is delicious and diverse.

Nothing that would ruin my stay, except that the Wi-Fi connection was a little bit problematic (due to overuse or not Being adjusted to 5G, but I'm not so sure), which didn't bother me, as I've had enough of my own Internet service, and the sink was leaking in one occassion, while I was shaving myself (again, just an excception which is not a big problem).

The Metaxourgeio train station is basically just around the corner ( you walk out and just turn left, near the roundabout ) .. Also, if you like exploring , you can basically walk to the main hub of the city of Athens which is Monastraiki area ..And if you’re not keen on walking, you can just hail a cab at the front , too ! Will cost you around 5 Euros . Booked a twin room with a view , and boy the view was definitely amazing 😊 The breakfast was great, too ( I couldn’t really complain - it’s not five star menu but definitely equivalent to home cooked breakfast which is more than okay. And if you’re not keen to go further around the area and just want to have a nice dinner close by , then try Alexander The Great Restaurant ( was recommended by one of the staff) .. and my friend and I truly enjoyed it .

The shower head and the bathroom door definitely need fixing but was still functional

You cant beat the price. Remember you get what you pay for. I like the breakfast which is perfectly fine. Best of all is shower room available in basement. I had a shower before I get to the airport saving me 90 Euros for two persons if we were to have showers in the airport lounge. One time in Japan, I missed out as there were too many people wanting to have showers. Rememer Athens is extremely hot & humid. I was given a room higher up so I did not have much problem with noise, location is great; average Uber bill is about 6 dollars one way

aircondition is not cold enough when athens is in the thirties(temp) so I arrange the bed such that it is under the aircond. room is a bit small, but room rate is cheap & I cant complain

The balcony and views were great. The mini fridge in the room was very useful as was the air conditioning in a blistering heatwave. Everything was functional in the hotel and it was good for the price. It was a good location for seeing the main sights and being based near the metro was helpful. There were a few useful places nearby such as Bread Factory and the Vietnamese Restaurant.

We felt safe enough during the day and just walked purposely through some of the surrounding areas. No worse than you would get in any major city. At night, we would use the metro which is conveniently close to the entrance of the hotel. The traffic was a bit noisy but you would expect that in a city.

The facilities well matched the star rating, and, location-wise, the hotel is just a short walk from the nearest metro station. Also, without wandering into the side streets, the area appeared to be quite decent and safe. As a bonus point to them, we were offered an earlier check-in as advertised, which we very appreciated after a mostly sleepless night of traveling to Athens.

The breakfast, which was included by default, was probably the most disappointing that we have seen in any 3 (or even 2) star hotel in Greece.

Breakfast was more than adequate, I would say a good Greek breakfast with everything one needs - and more helpings; Room was good, balcony with views of acropolis and hills, beds were very comfortable, ironing board in cupboard & borrow iron from reception; bathroom was slightly small but very clean and fresh towels daily; location was great - taxi stand and subway entrance around the corner, bakery/good coffee/traditional food next door, restaurants nearby; walk to Thissio and Acropolis.

Location- just off one of the main squares, close to Metro and bus stop. Room position - 5th floor. Very noisy frontage but ok when the windows were shut. Balcony - for short periods (see notes about noise). Noise inside the hotel wasn’t a problem. Nice bathroom - quite compact though. Clean. Good elevator.

Noise outside (as per above) No rubber bathmat for shower. No grab - handles in shower. Kettle provided but no instant coffee or milk - and none available at reception.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The hosts were exceptionally kind and always willing to help, providing us with everything we needed and even going beyond that. If I could, I would rate the experience 11/10. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, the support with arranging the quad rental was fantastic, and the overall quality of the hotel was outstanding. On top of that, the peaceful atmosphere made our time there truly unforgettable.

Located in the Busy area probably in Center of Athens , I got a room where from Balcony , I can see the Acropolis , on top of Hill . The Metaxourghio Metro Station is just 5 Mins Walk . The City central square station Syntagma is within 15 mins by Metro . The Breakfast Spread is Quite Ok . A lean Breakfast was available at 6.00 A.M itself , if we want to leave the hotel at early Morning time. The staff was helping and informative with respect to Islands Tour Booking and local Tourism.

Nothing as such, but the water bottle is charged 1 Euro for guests. The Shower holder at the bathroom wall was broken and I have to take the Shower pipe in hand for bathing. This was an inconvenience. Need to be repaired.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. It was close to an MRT, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Good view of Parthenon from 5th floor. 2007 great view from the roof bar, but this was closed Breakfast included a variety of cereals, omelette, fruit, pastries, sausage and tea and coffee. Relatively easy access by trains to Loission bus terminal which has buses for northern Greece including Meteora.

Long distance to airport, 50 euro by taxi.
