It's brand new! You will find yourself in a clean, very well equipped and easy to access apartment with good a sound isolation. Wifi is also quite fast, if you're a digital nomad you will have no issues working remotely. It's also in the walking distance from the most important spots in Athens.

It's not the best neighborhood but as long as you don't bother people you will be fine.

It was nicely equipped and comfortable, mostly clean , only the balcony was dusty in the room of Andromeda (on the roof top, view is nice in the evenings and nights from balcony and terrace), I cleaned it by myself. I stayed also my first week in the room Chameleon, it was also very clean, however no terrace or balcony, it was good though.

For staying in the room Andromeda, note that it is on the 7th floor and the elevator is till 6th , if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up and down, that part is not very comfortable. Also the luggage storage/locker room is on the -1 floor and no elevator again, it’s also not very comfortable, you should change the luggage storage/locker room on to the 0 floor. When you are traveling alone with heavy luggage this is really not easy taking it up and down alone. The area of the building is not in a very nice district, sometimes it seemed dangerous in the evenings and also needles/garbage at some parts of the street nearby. When you are alone traveler, not really recommended to walk and be alone there.

Quiet, safe, clean and has all the facilities you need. The overall design and make up of the apartment itself is fantastic and you have everything you need in an apartment from cooking supplies to an ironing board and iron. There is a washing machine downstairs and a little garage style gym that will get you through a nice workout with benches, bars and a good amount of plates. The building is generally very safe in of itself and is close to much of the downtown attractions, I had no issue walking everywhere in Athens. Staff interaction is limited but they seem generally helpful, the owner himself actually was very helpful as he came to my aid when I had locked myself out once. The price is also phenomenal.

The street can be sketchy at night.Mind your own business after 8pm, don’t be loud and you will be fine however.

Everything was cool.

Some streets around seem dangerous.

Top quality, brand new and very comfortable apartment. Great gym downstairs and nice balcony to chill in mornings and evenings.

The apartment had everything, specially in the kitchen. All was new. It was a walking distance to the Acropolis (20-25 min) The area looks not too nice because of the graffiti, but all Athens is full of graffiti. The area was quite and easy to find.

The cushions of the chairs outside at the balcony, were not too clean. However, we didn't have time to relax there, we were always walking to Acropolis, which is very nice, full of restaurants and shops.

Clean, well organised and equipted apartment, easy check in, quite street (comparing to others in Athens), good security, no major issues.

The only disadvantage of this apartment is the street on which the house is located, some abandoned houses around the area and some weird people on the street. We were only guys, so it didn't scare us, but someone might feel awkward. It all looks fine just 2-3 streets away, so no big deal.

The location is very nice, silent, its almost in the cener , the room is very clean and have good and enought facilities.

I thing very thing is ok for me, i have no negative a idea. But a little bit recommendation., the face Washing cabinet is very little maybe better to make biger than.

-Good location, close enough to everything, but far enough to be not too hectic -We stayed on the 6th floor, with nice views over the rooftops and a generous patio style balcony -Enough space for a couple so that everything could be stored and stay nice and tidy

If hard pressed, I would say the building site on the other side of the road, but we were overall very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, clean facilities, helpful staff with great communication. Very secure with 2 security gates and a locked door to the apartment. Loved the large glorious jasmine bush on the balcony. Easy 10 minute walk to Athens’s best coworking space Pi55!

The basement laundry is a little grim, but it works. Returning after dark revealed some seedy activities in nearby streets, so would be inclined to return before 8pm if possible.
