I like the rooftop where you can enjoy your breakfast with the spectacular view of Acropolis.

The only thing I don’t like it where its not the property’s fault was the location is a little bit sketchy especially during the night.

My friends and I had a great stay at the Dunlin Hotel! The place was spotless, well-equipped with all the latest tech, and the staff were genuinely friendly. My room was just the right size, with a comfortable mattress that made for restful nights. The best part, though, was the breakfast area, bar, and smoking section on the 8th floor – the panoramic view of Athens from there is amazing and breathtaking. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

While the area around the hotel might seem a bit rough, and some locals appear a bit unusual at first glance, we encountered no issues during our stay, and the hotel staff assured us that the neighborhood is safe despite appearances. Nevertheless, as with any city, it’s always wise to stay aware of your surroundings.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Shower was great. The whole structure seems to have just been refurbished. There is an awesome view from the terrace (for breakfast or a beer late night). The staff was kind as well. They don't have their own parking lot but a convention with a parking lot (8 eur per night) that is two blocks distant.

The neighborhood is quite ugly and does not look very friendly (however it might be just an impression). There is quite some people smoking on the hotel's street (up to the point it enters the lobby and sometimes you can smell it inside the room if you open the windows).

Everything was fine, the room was spacious and nicely decorated and overlooked the trees in the street, but our relatives had a room in the courtyard and there the view was pretty awful. The hotel had promised us rooms on the top floor but at check in they said they were overbooked and we couldn't have that room. That made me very angry. Breakfast was adequate, although I probably would have liked something hot as well, not just cold sausages and eggs. But the view of the Acropolis from the morning bar at the top was amazing. Hotel is perfectly accessible by metro and then a short walk from Omonia Square, near the historic center of Athens.

The area around the hotel is a bit like Hasting Street in Vancouver - lot of homeless people and strange existences. But that's not the hotel's fault. Personally, the only thing I didn't like was that they didn't keep their promise and give us the room we booked on the top floor.

Very friendly staff, all.so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Reception area is small, but the bedroom was spacious and very clean. The rooftop bar is plain style but nice views. We had breakfast there which was basic enough but was good value (€8 if not included with your stay) as we didn't find many restaurants in the direct area.

The power in the shower is very strong and all the water came out of the shower and into the bathroom, so maybe a full glass door on the shower.wpuld be helpful, but this is just something small. The area/streets outside is not really appealing for strolling around, eap late at night, and might not be ideal for solo travellers. We got taxis to and from the hotel. Uber was especially handy.

The power of the shower - I don't think I ever wrote this in a review but it truly was tremendous! The room was really modern and comfortable. The breakfast was on the roof, plentiful and offering a fabulous view of the acropolis. Despite being warned about the location, I did not notice or feel any concern, the hotel is about 30m off the main road, but our room was really quiet at night and we slept with the window open! It took us only about 20mins to walk to the acropolis and we were able to easily reach all attractions from here by foot. The man at the reception was fabulous, and patiently gave answers to our many questions - thank you so much your advice about buses saved us lots of $$!

The safe did not work in our room, you did offer to repair it, but we declined, I only write this to remind. I really can't think of anything, it was all very well done.

My stay at the Dunlin Hotel was fantastic! The hotel was impeccably clean, equipped with modern technology, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was the perfect size and featured a super comfortable mattress that ensured great sleep. What really stood out was the 8th-floor breakfast area, which also serves as a bar and smoking section, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Athens. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Athens!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. Everything was good. The room is large and clean. Includes air conditioning, a refrigerator and a safe. A comfortable and new bathroom. The room is cleaned every day. The breakfast is basic and good. Very kind staff. The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters from the metro station in Omonia Square. Hope to stay at this hotel again next year. In conclusion - excellent value for the price of the hotel. A. SCHWEIZER

Everything was according to our expectations.

The place was very nice, the room was modern and quite big, and we could see the Acropolis from the terrace. The room had a heating, and on our second night, we also used the a/c in the heating mode, while the weather was windy and cold. Breakfast was on the rooftop with an amazing view, lots of choices and everything was delicious. On the last day of our stay, we had an early flight and had to check out before breakfast, so personnel prepared us a lunch box, which was very nice :) The hotel is very close to the metro, so we took a train from and to the airport. It is easy to take a metro to get to the Acropolis too, but while the weather in the morning was nice we decided to talk, and it took 25 minutes. We didn't find the neighborhood unsafe or anything like that, it was not our first time in Athens and for us, it looked typical for this city.

The breakfast was great and it was included with my reservation - I suggest you check upstairs if it is, because it may be. The view from the eight floor, where breakfast is served, is nice and there is a bar running there. I didn't check it at night but it should be nice as well - the view.

The neighborhood is a bit weird, specially for women alone since there are mostly men around. Nothing actually happened and it's a close walking distance to the Acropolis, but it feels weird. There was also a very loud church bell
