Excellent location; friendly and helpful staff - perfect for what we needed

A kettle would have been great to make a coffee before breakfast started! Breakfast starting a bit earlier would have been good

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Our room has been cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The bed is comfy. The room could have been better with a kettle to have coffee. Just a 5 minute walk to the Omonia metro station. Despite the area having bad reviews, we felt safe walking even at night as the hotel is in the main street of Omonia. Breakfast was great . The only thing that didn’t go well was on our last night, there was no hot water (showers). I have informed reception of the issue. They said they will have a look at it. We left the hotel without showering in the morning as the issue hasn’t been fixed yet. Otherwise the hotel is really good for the price, staff and location.

I really liked the kindness of the people who were at the reception. They were very friendly, I would also like to highlight the breakfast, it was very delicious. In general, we greatly appreciate the friendliness of the workers.

Chic Hotel proved to be a gem in the heart of the city. Its central location made exploring the surroundings incredibly convenient, offering a true urban experience. The receptionist's warm welcome and assistance with tours to other islands showcased a commitment to guest satisfaction and a genuine desire to enhance the overall experience. We spend just a single night there. The bedroom and the location was superb. Less than 10 min walk to monastiraki where you can take the metro to the airport or explore the old city. The area can look a bit sketchy but there are a lot of other hotels in the area and didn't seem dangerous to us. It doesn't have great views but the hotel is fantastic if you are looking for a place just to sleep and recharge. The staff was super friendly as well and the breakfast was good and had a nice variety even if doesn't look like so at first.

Great value for money compared to a lot of hotels in the area - the rooms were large and comfortable, with good beds and amenities like a fridge. It was quite a hot week in Athens and the air conditioning was faultless. There was a good breakfast bar with lots of choice. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help on a number of occasions with our group - including sorting out breakfast arrangements on days when we had an early start and getting taxis when that was difficult at times. The location is a five-minute walk to the Omonia metro stop, and you could walk to a lot of the sights in Athens within 20 minutes.

The rooms have glass-walled bathrooms of the sort that were in vogue a decade ago: fine for single travellers but I wouldn't want it when sharing a room. As for the location, the hotel is on the edge of a slightly sketchy area. The main street where the hotel door faces is fine, but the side streets are deserted, and the women in our group said they felt safer sticking to the main street after dark.

The hotel was welcoming and pleasant, the staff were amazing and answered all my questions, the breakfast was completely adequate. the Wi-Fi was really good. location was amazing, 10mins from metro station.

The only thing for me, was the space in the toilet area, I am a larger lady, and I felt a bit squashed when using the toilet. Also, maybe a little bit more storage space for clothes.

The location is only a 5 minutes walk to the subway station and if you exit from the hotel and take left there is a street with full Indians and Muslim restaurants in cheap prices. Before I booked I read complaints about the noise but if you close the windows you don't hear anything. The staff was excellent, Maria and David instructed me where to go and how to arrive to places with a lot of patience. Breakfast was excellent and the room's shower was amazing! מומלץ בחום!

There is a lack of light in the room and many switches that don't do anything..

The staff made me feel truly welcome and always greeted me with a smile. Luggage deposit is possible (they provide locks, you just need a 2€ coin). Breakfast included savoury and sweet options. Despite being located on a noisy road, my room was definitely quiet and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever found in a hotel. The photos on their website correspond to what the rooms look like, which is why I didn't take any pictures myself.

The price was a bit high, but it makes sense, since the hotel is just a few minutes away from Omonia's metro station.

Location of the hotel makes it very convenient to travel anywhere as it is very near the metro. Staffs were great and helpful. Nikolaos from the reception was extremely professional and helpful throughout the stay. There was there the other young male receptionist whose name I cannot recall, but he was excellent in his conduct and assistance too. Bravo to the staffs!

The area is quite run down and not very well-maintained. It is safe but I will not venture alone outside beyond 12am. However, for the convenience it provides, it's pretty worth it.
