That I was almost killed on the street. One of the side streets is a camp ground of substance addicts -they dont bother anyone- but some dealers thought that I was filming the scene bc my phone was in my hand and they attacked me with knives!

The Lady at the Reception was exceptional and very very friendly and professional no doubt she is the friendliest stuff there. The Room was clean (that was my greatest concern). Housekeeping stuff is cleaning every day perfectly - so many congrats to them. The walls are very thin so you might get disturbed by an TV next to your room or loud talking, so if you have a sensitive sleep you might put some noise canceling ear stop in your ears - problem solved 😆. The Hotel itself is in a total central position, so you can walk easily every corner of the Center plus Museums and Shopping. Thank you for the hospitality!! 😊😊. I'm looking forward to coming again.

Your day time staff was very helpful. Only if the property provides hot water will be good. The pillows need to be changed. Extra pillows were provided upon request.

At night your workers were too noisy singing outside my room at level 7. Banging on doors. And slamming doors at 3 am. The toilet should come with a shower screen. Doors need to be fixed with eyeholes to check on people knocking at the door. Security could be tighter. The room smells a little bad. Need to install room spray.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and efficient. The concerierge was kind and remembered my coffee choice. I like that we were given a three bed room on short notice.

The shower head holder was broken. The drain cover in the shower was broken. The language on the TV was set with Arabic and we could not change it. It would be useful to have two sets of keys so one guest could rest in the locked room while others were out and return without waking the one who stayed, and the one who stayed could leave and lock the door if they wanted. It would be nice to have lighting over each bed instead of one overhead light that is either on or off.

We needed a hotel room only for a few hours before going to the airport as we had to check out from another hotel and it wasn't worth it to pay a daily rate of an expensive hotel for only 4-5 hours. But we were pleasantly surprised. Big room, very clean, very good working air conditioning, big working desk, great reception, great wifi. I had to work on laptop so this is all that i needed- a quiet room with a working desk. The price was very low so I was pleasantly surprised to get that comfort- frankly speaking the comfort was better in the big room we got that in the previous more expensive hotel were we stayed, were room was half in size.

Area is ugly but ugly is all Athens city centre, with the homeless everywhere.

The location was okay. We got the room in the higher floor with the nice view from the balcony. You had to leave the keys at the reception desk before leaving the room.

In the evening there was an electricity outbreak. In the bathroom there wasn’t any difference in the level of the shower and toilet, so after the shower, the whole floor was wet.

Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was large with air conditioning and a small refrigerator for drinks. The bathroom had good lighting. Every day they did cleaning.

In the area you can see homeless people but nothing dangerous.

For a 2 star hotel it was perfect! The hotel is partially renovated and overall clean. There is a new modern bathroom, there is a fridge, we even had a boiler and cups if we wanted to make tea or coffee. The room was cleaned every day and we had clean towels as well. The staff is absolutly gorgeous and super friendly as well as helpful! Every time we needed something, they would help to the outmost! Omonia square is just 5m walking. There are many shops around and you can eat delisiously.

What we did not like a lot was the beds. The matresses were new but a bit tough and the beds would make a bit of noise when moving. Some of the guests staying were noisy and you would hear them in your room but the staff would do everything to keep things calm for people to rest. The area is not the best, but also not that dangerous as others say in their comments. At night you need to be a bit more carefull. The wifi was ok but not very strong. Maybe one thing that could be improved later is to put a socket near the bed so that you can charge your phone, but that's a small detail.

The room was great, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Easily walkable to the main square and some nice shops in the surrounding area. Great place for people on a budget. Only downside was the noise outside. We stayed here of 2 separate occasions during our stay in Athens, the first time on the 6th floor which wasnt too bad and the second on the 1st which was louder as it was closer to the street. We did still manage to get good sleep while we were here and would recommend to other travelers
