Modern rooms, nicely furnished and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good as well

The terrace was not accessible, there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel (or was not open when we asked for it)

Stayed for a few days and in three different rooms. The rooms at the front are a bit more modern, but really small and really noisy (shouting/nonsense all night from street). One of the rooms at the back was a bit grungy, the second was perfect. They offered the front room as an upgrade but I would say opt for the back. The "courtyard view" is actually pretty cool as well. The breakfast is pretty good. Everything you need. As always, use cold milk in the coffee not the milk options from the machine as they make out it come out revolting. Some people comment that they don't like the separate toilet and bathroom (and in the case of the front rooms, the sink area separate as well). It is unique. I liked the fact that one person can use the toilet while the other person is in the shower.

The lights are all controlled by an iPad which is super annoying. Really really fiddly, especially if you get up for a pee in teh night and want to turn the loo light on but the tablet throws a wobbly. I gave the low grade for staff because one of them probably lied to us, although other than that incident they were friendly and great. There was a problem with the TV, and when we reported it they said that it was a general network problem and there was nothing they could do. Then we changed rooms and the TV was fine. The problem in the original room was one that I think could have been corrected by plugging in the cable more firmly at the back, but we couldn't access the back of the TV.

The location was excellent and easily assessible to public transportation. The breakfast provided was appealing, healthy, tasty accompanied by freshly squeezed juice which kept me satisfied for a long period. I also had a goddess massage done by Catherine with her magical hands.which relieved the tension in my shoulders and had me feeling relaxed and energized. The beds were also very comfortable for a good night's rest.

Though the lights were modern which reflected a good aesthetics for the room I had difficulty identifying the switches which should be labelled or explained at the front desk.

Feeling so grateful about this hotel ! My room is really beautiful with amazing design . Also upon my arrival the receptionist managed to arrange for me a last minute massage appointment with Christina . She is the best therapist I’ve ever had massage with . Breakfast was also excellent. I really enjoyed that Kubic is a smart hotel and I could use tablets for everything. One of the advantages is that it has excellent WiFi reception , which is important for me because I’m working from my Laptop there with no connection problem . There was not a single thing that could ruin my vacation.

The room was bigger than what I anticipated and all the facilities were really convenient, especially the mini fridge and the tablet to control the lights. It wasn't too far from the touristic areas, only a 35min walk to the Acropolis and 5min walk to the subway if needed! Special thank you to all the receptionnists who were all really friendly as well :)

I didnt go out a lot at night but I felt like the location wasn't the best safety wise within Athens if you plan on going out really late

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Jordan as United cancelled all their flights to and from Jordan Traveling with a wheelchair bound individual and her service dog is no small feet. The staff was so accommodating and helpful really made me feel special

I had to play Tetris to fit the wheelchair into the elevator, and daughter service dog refused to take a different elevator even if she had sit in Brittany’s lap

Staff went above and beyond for us when we needed the valuables left in our rooms during check out delivered to the airport. The timeliness, professionalism and communication were exceptional and we were very grateful for their care!

Location of the hotel is close to a slightly sketchy/run down area of the city which you may need to pass through if you are planning on walking to the Acropolis but we never felt we were in danger.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms equipped with smart home technology. The rooms are very modern and beautiful, as the hotel. However, we faced a number of problems during our stay at the hotel. On the first day, we did not have electricity all evening and night, therefore the air conditioner did not work so it was hot in the room whole night. The next morning the internet was not working, luckily the reception staff helped us a lot with this issue. However, I really hope that this was only a one-time event and is not a permanent :)

Wonderful shower- comfortable bed and pillows but a weird configuration, I had to crawl up from the bottom of the bed in order to get under the covers- close to metro and hop on hop off bus and lots of restaurants nearby- wonderful staff. My only complaint is that there were no drawers in the room

The hotel was very close to Omonia Metro Station. This was very helpful since you can easily travel around Athens via metro and it's very cheap. The staff were very friendly, our room and the hotel in general was very clean. Overall I really enjoyed my short stay in the hotel and the price we payed was worth it.

To be honest, there was no problem at all about the hotel. The only thing that threw us of was the hotel location. Even though it is only a 2 minute walk from Omonia Station, the road that the hotel is in especially the side-streets weren't safe at all and I'd suggest to keep an eye on your belongings when you're outside. I obviously understand that it isn't the hotel's fault.
