The apartment is great BUT the location is bothersome. This is not a good part of the town. Apart from being dirty, it's unsafe and I SAW junkies right on the street outside. This made me scared to be out after dark, even though I really wanted to try out some pubs. If I'm traveling as a single woman or with kids, I'd avoid this area.

Very nice services. The custom services are also easily reachable. The location might be a problem for someone, but not for me. About the mark, as I can only choose either 9.0 or 10.0, I give 10.0 in the end. However, I must claim that I would like to give a mark between them, e.g., 9.5.

Modern apartments, centrally located with great working airco. It comes with a fridge and a small cooking plate. A lot of nice places are within walking distance which is one of the prime reasons to stay at this location. In 3 minutes you are at one of the busier squares. If I were to revisit Athens I would definitely reconsider this place given it's great location and great value for money.

I understand the concerns regarding the neighborhood, I wouldn't call it unsafe but it did have a certain vibe to it. The building and street will initially scare people off. The sofa bed mattress is unfortunately too thin and the frame can be felt through the bed. The cleaning lady did not replace the towels or replenish the soap/toilet paper during our stay, not sure if it was due to us getting up late.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Athens, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The place was spotlessly clean, with well-maintained rooms and comfortable amenities that made us feel right at home. One of the best things about the hotel was its fantastic location – right in the heart of the city! The Acropolis and its surrounding area were just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the rich history of Athens. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of life, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés where we could enjoy authentic Greek cuisine and soak in the local atmosphere. A special thanks to Ms. Sevi, who provided 24-hour support and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her kindness and hospitality truly made a difference! Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for anyone visiting Athens – a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with exceptional service. we had a minor issue at the first day with the building lock and it got solved

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. We had everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The handout provided in the apartment was very informative and really helped us during our stay. The host kindly assisted us in organizing a transfer to the airport, which we truly appreciated.

The hot water was available for only 15–20 minutes after each heating, which wasn't sufficient time for showering comfortably.

The location is excellent if you want to explore Athens. You are literally in the center of Athens town. The Monastiraki train station is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Theatro in Athens! The apartment is absolutely perfect — everything in the apartment is new, with full kitchen appliances, very clean, stylish, and extremely well-equipped with everything you might need. The team is super helpful, they arranged our out-of-hours arrivals and left luggage at the end of the stay. The location is fantastic: just a 5-minute walk to the main areas full of restaurants, bars, and major tourist attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Athens!

The staff was very nice and flexible, the apartment is exactly like on the pictures. Many bars and restaurants are close by to it.

The area where it is located is pretty much a construction site, but it must be only a matter of time until it gets sorted out. Despite work hoing on, it was quiet inside. The sliding door to the bigger bedroom is getting blocked and can’t be closed.
