Excellent location very close to metro stop, cafe’s, restaurants

Bed was a bit too firm for my preference

A very nice spacious apartment which was very clean and comfortable. The roof garden has an excellent view of the Acropolis although there's no bar or other facilities. Good restaurants are nearby next to the entrance to the Wyndham hotel, If you want an excellent roof terrace with a restaurant and a bar the Stanley hotel has one open to non-residents. There are no restaurant facilities onsite, instead there's a QR code to a food service and meals including breakfast are delivered although the room didn't have a table or cutlery (disposable cutlery is delivered). If your room includes breakfast you get an allowance of 12 Euros per person, the breakfast items we had included a fruit salad, eggs and omelets and were quite acceptable.

As other reviews have mentioned the location isn't ideal as although its only 200m from some big name hotels its on the edge of a red light area, you can avoid this by using the main street but there were still dodgy characters hanging around. I would say female travellers especially solo should go elsewhere.

Really comfortable and nicely private. But the reception staff and driver were absolutely exceptional. Reception staff friendly, helpful and professional. The driver waited for 1 1/2h while I dealt with baggage reclaim at 1 30am-3am and then drove me to a pharmacy to buy contact lens solution because my suitcase was delayed at no extra cost! Good bathroom and shower. Room cleaned and new towels every day. Quiet and good air con. Good fridge and coffee making facilities. Great view of Parthenon from roof terrace. Near interesting restaurants and great connections to places of interest and airport via metro.

We have been staying in the Hotel for 3 nights and all we have to say is that is perfectly clean, the room was so large, like a small apartement, they have been cleaning it every single morning and we had everything we needed! Thanks a lot to a kind receptionist which helped us about everything we needed! We would definitely recommend this stay!😍

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they also had a really interesting self check-in system which was great since we arrived to the location quite late. The water was warm, the shower was pretty strong. The room and the hotel entirely was really clean. All the appliances were present and worked perfectly. There were complimentary bottles of water and tea/coffee. The room itself did not have a view of the Acropolis, but the view from the roof bar was incredible, especially at night when the Acropolis is lit. The wifi was pretty decent, it was not the best, but I was able to watch the quarter-finals of the UCL with little to no lag.

The room would get slightly cold come morning, and you the windows don't block out the sound well. The location was quite close to the centre and all the landmarks, however, we had to walk through a very questionable street on our way to the centre, or lose 10 minutes going around that area.

The facility is really modern, clean. The keyless check-in process was smooth. Communication with staff was very quick and they were super helpful.

The location. The hotel is only a bit outside of Omonia, the area of homeless and drug users. The first day when we arrived, we didn't know and take a walk to the end of Isonos street, where a lot of homeless were sitting around and it made us super nervous for the rest of our stay. For the rest of the trip, we had to stick with going back to the hotel by taxi or walk on the big streets only.

Very comfortable room, good size with great bathroom and aircon. Conveniently close to metro and bakery and a short walk to the plaka district. Very friendly receptionist and happy to oblige. Nice rooftop space to enjoy the views.

Rooms are a little noisy as the suites back onto a busy street. Air plugs were provided which was a nice touch.

It is a great place, exactly as on the pictures. It was sparkling clean, well equipment, in a good neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly, provided us with useful information. There is a big bakery just around the corner open 24/7 , restaurants nearby. It is a walking distance from the main attractions, but there is also metro station nearby. Everything was perfect!

Spacious and comfortable rooms, kept very clean daily and staff were prompt and very helpful. Location is very handy to metro line 2 and a 15-30 minute stroll to main tourisr areas.

Per other reviews, as you exit to the right of the hotel there’s a couple of blocks of “sketchy” establishments and their customers, as well as urban decay. However, no one approached or hassled me and I felt quite safe all the time, even very late at night. This is very easily avoided by exiting to the left of the hotel and then walking one or two blocks left or right as you walk to tourist areas.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to everyone. The apartment has everything you need, and the staff made everything super easy too. It is the perfect place to relax and rest after a busy day of sightseeing and it really feels like a home away from home. The touristic centre can be easily reached by bus in no time, and walking is also very safe if you wish to. Thank you for an amazing time in Athens!
