I stayed at the hotel for four days, and I can say it was wonderful. Although it’s quite a large hotel, it has a warm, family-like atmosphere. Before arriving, I had two specific requests that weren't exactly simple, yet they fulfilled both, even though they didn’t have to. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and fresh.

For those who have never been to Athens, it's important to know that this part of the city can feel quite rough. In the nearby streets, you may see homeless people and addicts. However, I visit this area regularly and have always felt safe. So, although it may seem intimidating at first glance, I believe it’s worth experiencing this side of a major city. As for the hotel itself, I have absolutely no complaints.

The staff were very amazing really helpful and kind especially The Front Office Manager Mr Vassilis Zozonis and the Operation Manager Mr David Stefanidis its been a while since i met a very kind hotel Manager like them. The rooms were cozy and very clean It was really safe porters are very smart and fast not like other hotels which takes so long to recieve the luggage in the room Very Friendy Environment!

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel and was particularly impressed by the staff. Their friendly and helpful demeanor truly enhanced my experience. The service provided was consistently excellent, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is near the metro station. The hotel is rated 5-stars, but it is not (maximum 4 or 3+ fair stars). The room is spacious, and the bathroom is OK, but everything lacks refinement. The pool on the 6th floor is 40 cm deep and very small (you can use the pool of their partner hotel Wyndham Grand which is across the road, but still this is not what one should expect from a 5-stars hotel), the breakfast lacks variety (we stayed 5 nights there); bathroom amenities were brought once for the whole stay and the room was cleaned only if we asked for it (may be it is a new ecological approach, I don't know).

Lack of diversity for breakfast Insonorisation is poor (you can hear everything from the square in front of the hotel) and from the neighbours from a connecting room.

Exceptional customer service by the manager and all staff. When ever I had a request they actioned it straight away. Lovely Roof top bar, minipool and rooftop terrace. Pool on the terrance has lovely afternoon atmosphere. Great traditional Greek restaurants with great 5 our 5 reviews across the street. Room was clean and neat and larger than normal. Espresso machine was great in my room and jumbo rain shower was lovely.

The neighbourhood is undesirable, dirty streets, homeless, but its hard to escape this in Athens. Hard to find the hotel as signage from the street is hard to see, there is no grand entrance or grand signage anywhere.... I walked past it 3 times before I noticed the sign above a residential buildings door way. Reception needs a major renovation to be more inviting to keep up appreances and match the rest of the property. Pool is really small but it forces you to mangling with the other guests. Ended up meeting people from all over the world. But convenient located within 10m of trainstation and hop on hop off bus so super convenient.

The location was close to the train station, the rail system worked well to get around and the 5-day pass was a great deal. The room was on level 6, very quiet, the view was nothing special, just the surrounding area and buildings. Breakfast was included and was amazing, well worth the money! Lots of food options, fresh and filling. The view from the restaurant was amazing and unexpected, the Parthenon, it was an amazing view for our first morning breakfast in Athens.

Two shower options in the bathroom, one above the bath and an individual shower. Individual shower did not work as expected so we used the bath. There were no shower screens to prevent the water escaping the shower area and so the bathroom floor would get wet.

Convenient location. The bread factory next door was amazing, open 24 hours a day. The front desk team, especially Christina was amazingly helpful. She helped us beyond what we asked for and expected for. The room and the bathroom were big. Her recommendations for a taxi driver to the airport was super nice and helpful. The Deos restaurant on the rooftop was amazing and absolutely stunning with 360 degree view inside the restaurant. The truffle pizza was scrumptious. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Christina.

The breakfast is top class. My favorite was the honey from the honeycomb on the frame from a beehive. The service was great and my family felt welcomed. Everyone was accommodating and willing to help out. They went above and beyond when asked for service. There are a few major pluses with this hotel: 1) metro station Metaxourghio is pretty much right outside the front door and makes travel very easy; 2) there is a 24-hour restaurant next door so if you are catching an early or late flight, you can simply grab something next door and take it to your room; and 3) should you need a taxi, there is a taxi station right out front or the front desk can grab you someone that they probably associate with (so maybe more trustworthy on price).

There are two Wyndham hotels right next to each other and if you don't know it ahead of time, can be confusing. My initial taxi driver took my family to the other hotel, which we simply walked from there to the residence hotel. The bellhop from the Wyndham Grand Hotel even helped us to sort it out. The pool on the roof, is simply a wading pool and best, you can put your feet in. Having said that though, sitting on the roof was nice as they had comfortable loungers. I wouldn't sit there to read though as there is a lot of noise from the traffic circle.
